I am extremely concerned that my garage door issue has still not been fixed. The garage door came off the track, one of the wheels broke, and it damaged the wall. Your technician already visited, took photos and videos, but I have received no updates or timeline for the repair. This is a serious safety and security risk. For two weeks I have been forced to sleep with my garage door completely open, which puts my family and property in danger every single night. This situation is unacceptable.

Have issues on my new Home

I bought my 1st home from Lennar. Considering my experience I went with Lennar again and that was my blunder mistake I must have ever done. I don't have any issue with the sales, but the Lender gave me a tough time due to Quality of work and STILL I HAVE a problem which is not properly responded. Secondly, response to my problem was not taken properly.

Love my home, the area, and the process except for all the portals!!! You have to register for numerous portals to speak to someone, to pay your monthly HOAs to get any info there is a portal! No paperwork, just more portals!!!

Our sales contacts Jim and Lori were outstanding and very helpful at each step along the way. An excellent process. The site team was responsive to our snag list items and made the move-in much easier. Lennar has however to date been completely unresponsive on getting the solar working after Sunova went into Chapter 11.

The design of my home, a Toscana 2, demonstrated attention to detail and an understanding of what an active 55+ year old needs in today's busy times. All the timelines I was given were adhered to, and the final walk-through that I experienced with Gus underlined that fact. I have been trying to get two issues resolved, and your people have been totally unresponsive. Additionally, I was supposed to have a 45 day touchup, and nobody has contacted me even though I have reached out. The homebound experience was awful as well as it was delayed months until I actually reached out to the department of real estate. Lennar has been a total letdown.

We received a lot of misinformation. About items that were included but really not included. We didn’t realize the home didn’t include this items until walk through, days before closing.

I was satisfied with prompt assistance from Lydia Seidita, a sales resource. Everytime I asked questions about Lennar home purchase process, she stayed on top of the requests. The inspection was completed before closing, and the Lennar team addressed all concerns beforehand. The warranty and support team have been incredibly helpful post-purchase. Peak at Lennar is an untapped Paradise

Like all new homes, issues come up but the process with Dru and his team are second to none. So timely with repairs, so welcoming for feedback, and exceptional with making us feel at ease in our new community. The sales staff at Lennar were really great and helpful. Heroes was very helpfula nd stepped into the void where the person assigned to help us to closing went missing,. Once the contract was signed we were assigned to Paula. who was not always responsive but most importantly when we were trying to arrange utilities and other things we needed right after closing. She failed to get back to us when we were trying to pick up the keys. Heros stepped in and got it done. Thank you to Heros for getting us over the finish line. We love our new home and the construction quality is great.

We had a really great experience buying our LENNAR home. Our agent, Lydia, walked us through every step of the process. She was very patient as we measured rooms in all the models. She was very knowledgeable and was a great resource as we chose our home. LENNAR continues to be helpful and supportive after the purchase, as well. The process of getting any repairs completed is very user friendly and the response time is very quick.
