Great home buying experience with Lennar.

The quality of the home is impressive along with upgrades that are standard to their homes. I am very happy with the craftsmanship of the homes The customer service is outstanding. Two people really made me feel valued. Cindy Wilke who greeted me ams helped me decide to purchase a home and Mel Martinez who helped with any questions and actions needed to my home upon purchase. Thank you Lennar!!

Excellent on site support. Eddie and Joseph are exceptional and represent the Lennar brand well.

The quality of the materials used are excellent and you can tell a difference when comparing to the homes built by other builders in the same community.

Lennar's Customer service, on site staff and thorough organizational follow through has has proven to be their greatest asset. Add to that a well built home that I would gladly recommend.

Lennar is the 3rd builder that we had the opportunity to buy a house from. We are happy in the way Lennar communicated with us through the process. Special mention to Desiree our 1st contact person that made our purchase possible by consulting with management re: our realtor was out of the country. Jim M who showed us the house & guided us well. Jon L who is proactive in dealing with our requests after we’ve moved in.

Much better experience on build quality than recent purchase of D R Horton.

Lennar has a lot of options that I think will fit every family's needs. Lennar updated us at every step from the start and informed us of all the options and whatnot. There were no surprises. We financed with Lennar Mortgage and closed on time. The staff was helpful, and I wish they had more time when working with a home buyer. I felt I was rushed a few times during the process. Remember to ask for a Pre-Drywall inspection if you want to take pictures/videos for your future reference. We were not allowed to do that inspection because the salesperson didn't have time for that.

whole system to buy home was very updated. it was helpful during lockdown situation. all included features are very great for young generation.

I called three repairs within one month of move. They were prompt answering and sending for repairs. Overall the buying process is great.

Our agent Hyatt was the best, always available to talk and answer any of our questions, especially as first time homebuyers. The home we bought was built well although I could find many small imperfections throughout the house as I spent more time in it. Imperfections such as some walls had paint that was not touched up well, some of the wall moldings appeared as if someone had no patience and just did a fast job, I also found a crack under our kitchen island. The biggest problem we have is a leak in the master bedroom ceiling every time it rains. I have reached out multiple times to Lennar service and always got someone to call me and say someone would be out to check the issue but no one has shown up yet. It has been almost a month since I reported the problem. Also, when it gets windy on some days or nights, the vent flaps (im guessing) click and bang loudly, which I just emailed service to come and check. Overall, I understand no home is without issues, even a newly built home. I expected the small imperfections in the house but did not expect a roof leak so soon. ... More

Although the purchase experience was fine, there are lots of issues with the house as far as quality of workmanship. I am extremely disappointed with all of the problems that have come up with the house.

Hi Lennar team, overall stands tall in the things they promised and deliver. Quality of the product, Construction qlty, managers like construction managers, Title team, Support team, concierge team standsout on their exemplary support. except few issues - specifically the sales guys behavior, ILG the design studio are the bad experiences.

Our move from the South Bay Area of Los Angeles County was somewhat traumatic because we were leaving a home we had lived in since mid 1977, or almost 47 years. Obviously we had accumulated and saved decades of personal belongings. That alone contributed to much of our discomfort. The Lennar team responded to our move experience and tribulations with care and understanding, but sometimes coping with requirements for passwords and access to many security-related document requirements created further complications and frustrations. We are in our mid 80’s and unaccustomed to much of the current security-related requirements that require numerous methods for identification and security. Nonetheless, Lennar leads the pack for using modern updated online documentation, These new methods and their use by the Lennar mortgage and sales teams created much friction. Now all of that is over and in the past so we can now concentrate on adjusting to our great new residence and accomplish a pleasant settlement into our new home residence in Santa Clarita, CA. ...
