We recently purchased a home from Lennar at Sierra Bella at Tesoro Highlands and I’m very pleased with both the home and the smooth process from the start. The inspection was completed before closing, and the Lennar team addressed all concerns beforehand. The warranty and support team have been incredibly helpful post-purchase. It’s a peaceful and wonderful community, and I highly recommend it to home buyers. Working with Lennar Mortgage was a great experience! We looked for quite awhile and landed in paradise just north of LA. Jasmine was beyond welcoming and knew exactly where to take us - to our dream home! Like all new homes, issues come up but the process with Dru and his team are second to none. So timely with repairs, so welcoming for feedback, and exceptional with making us feel at ease in our new community. If you are looking to move out of the city and land in paradise with a team that puts you first - Lennar is second to none!

Lennar has a well-organized process for purchasing a house. Their customer service is excellent, particularly Lourdes, who patiently answered all my questions. The sales staff at Lennar were really great and helpful. Heroes was very helpfula nd stepped into the void where the person assigned to help us to closing went missing,. Once the contract was signed we were assigned to Paula. who was not always responsive but most importantly when we were trying to arrange utilities and other things we needed right after closing. She failed to get back to us when we were trying to pick up the keys. Heros stepped in and got it done. Thank you to Heros for getting us over the finish line. We love our new home and the construction quality is great.

From Jim in sales to Mark and Fidel who are helping fix a few little things after move-in, everyone has been great to work with. We couldn't be happier in our new Lennar home.

We had a really great experience buying our LENNAR home. Our agent, Lydia, walked us through every step of the process. She was very patient as we measured rooms in all the models. She was very knowledgeable and was a great resource as we chose our home. LENNAR continues to be helpful and supportive after the purchase, as well. The process of getting any repairs completed is very user friendly and the response time is very quick.

From the start it was difficult bought a lot put our deposit down and a few weeks later we were told that we lost out lot to a cash buyer ! When we decided on another lot we had sold our house and had cash available ! The lending experience was a night mare ! We had a great realtor and helped us but it was right up to the end that they wanted several documents that had been given before ! The communication was not good and the follow up was very slow ? It was very aggravating and nerve racking the entire way !!

Since the close only one Lennar employee (Fidel) seems to genuinely care about the customer experience. I’ve had direct experience with 4 Lennar employees. As a former business executive of multi-national companies in the service delivery and customer experience business, and judging from a customer experience perspective, I would promote 1 of the 4 (Fidel), fire 1 of the 4, and put the other 2 on performance improvement plans. Which, by the way, Lennar needs as I believe the issue is systemic within the culture of Lennar. This is the 9th home I’ve purchased and the 6th new home, I would rate my overall experience with Lennar as mediocre. Not the worst, but very far from the best. Buying a Lennar home was easy straightforward process. I’m so happy with my home.

For the price of this home, the attention to detail should have been greater. The amount of paint splattered and uneven texture and cracks in the caulking is sloppy. I found beer cans in my closet during one of my walk throughs. I have permanent suction cup markers on my counter tops and stains on my UPGRADED wood floors from careless installation. I love the design of my home but the crappy workmanship is very noticeable and disappointing.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of the underwriter. I found their work to be highly disorganized, with significant delays in both requesting necessary documents and providing approval. This caused considerable confusion and frustration on my part. Due to these issues, I was seriously considering canceling my purchase. I would recommend that no further assignments be given to this underwriter, as their performance did not meet expectations. I have decided to submit feedback regarding my unsatisfactory experience with Lennar Mortgage.

The house was very poor clean, one of the bathrooms had a stain that was hard for me to remove, and the balcony and the home's outside windows were very dirty. I will need to pay somebody soon to do the cleaning.

The experience was like I was purchasing a home using the sellers agent to represent me and the agent's primary concern was in the interest of the seller not mine.

All was fine leading up to purchase.Once purchased, your just another number. Slow response to issues. In my case, main issue was quartz counter, peaked at main joint, said it was normal. Interior paint is very cheap. One wipe and your removing paint. Sliding glass lock mechanism is too hard to even open. Hung my own window treatments, nothing is square. Cheap appliances, refrigerator has no capacity. All in all, cheaply built home.

Lennar is the 3rd builder that we had the opportunity to buy a house from. We are happy in the way Lennar communicated with us through the process. Special mention to Desiree our 1st contact person that made our purchase possible by consulting with management re: our realtor was out of the country. Jim M who showed us the house & guided us well. Jon L who is proactive in dealing with our requests after we’ve moved in.

When I reported my problem on the website, I got a quick response. The staff was serious and responsible. Very good after-sales experience！

Fast built but works are not neat. We got crooked attachment plugs, hole in front porch, no shower seal, paints that are already coming off, creaked doors. High ceiling is a plus but still hear people upstairs stomping and moving around so loudly. Thin walls, we can hear people walking upstairs next to our unit. Sales person, loan officers, and customer service are very professionals and answer to all our questions.

We love our new home. And Heros made the home buying experience a breeze.

The overall quality of home is good, the community is not, the landscaping in front of the house is lacking adequate plant material and the community slopes are a disaster. By not making your community improvements a priority (rec centers, slopes, front yard landscaping, street lights, sidewalks) you have and continue to impact your reputation and I would have to assume your sales. Also, the entrance gates do not appear to be designed to control foot traffic, Not sure if this is by design or not. I will need to review your EIR and conditions of approval.
