Everyone was great and responsive to any question I had. Very professional

The house was very poor clean, one of the bathrooms had a stain that was hard for me to remove, and the balcony and the home's outside windows were very dirty. I will need to pay somebody soon to do the cleaning.

I will enjoy my retirement in this beautiful place. Thank you.

Our agent Hyatt was the best, always available to talk and answer any of our questions, especially as first time homebuyers. The home we bought was built well although I could find many small imperfections throughout the house as I spent more time in it. Imperfections such as some walls had paint that was not touched up well, some of the wall moldings appeared as if someone had no patience and just did a fast job, I also found a crack under our kitchen island. The biggest problem we have is a leak in the master bedroom ceiling every time it rains. I have reached out multiple times to Lennar service and always got someone to call me and say someone would be out to check the issue but no one has shown up yet. It has been almost a month since I reported the problem. Also, when it gets windy on some days or nights, the vent flaps (im guessing) click and bang loudly, which I just emailed service to come and check. Although the purchase experience was fine, there are lots of issues with the house as far as quality of workmanship. I am extremely disappointed with all of the problems that have come up with the house.

Home quality issues were resolved and they were very cooperative in resolving any issues.

Hi Lennar team, overall stands tall in the things they promised and deliver. Quality of the product, Construction qlty, managers like construction managers, Title team, Support team, concierge team standsout on their exemplary support. except few issues - specifically the sales guys behavior, ILG the design studio are the bad experiences.

Our move from the South Bay Area of Los Angeles County was somewhat traumatic because we were leaving a home we had lived in since mid 1977, or almost 47 years. Obviously we had accumulated and saved decades of personal belongings. That alone contributed to much of our discomfort. The Lennar team responded to our move experience and tribulations with care and understanding, but sometimes coping with requirements for passwords and access to many security-related document requirements created further complications and frustrations. We are in our mid 80’s and unaccustomed to much of the current security-related requirements that require numerous methods for identification and security. Nonetheless, Lennar leads the pack for using modern updated online documentation, These new methods and their use by the Lennar mortgage and sales teams created much friction. Now all of that is over and in the past so we can now concentrate on adjusting to our great new residence and accomplish a pleasant settlement into our new home residence in Santa Clarita, CA. ... Working with the sales team was phenomenal. They were very informed, always accessible, and true professionals. When I moved in, the customer care point person was also fantastic -- professional, responsive, etc. However, I had a water lead, the HVAC wasn't working properly, and the network hub wasn't complete. All of this was fixed (thanks to the prompt action and consistent follow-up of the customer care person), but a new build shouldn't have had these issues.

Lori was very helpful throughout the buying process. The maintenance guys have been very responsive.

Our only issues have been with the quality of work by floor contractor. And, the technology contractor which made setting up the internet and door bell an issue. Otherwise the Lennar team from beginning to end were great!

I was satisfied with prompt assistance from Lydia Seidita, a sales resource. Everytime I asked questions about Lennar home purchase process, she stayed on top of the requests. I really appreciated it. However, for Lennar mortgage application, I was confused and puzzled due to lack of communication and clarity from Lennar mortgage manager. Overall, I liked a new home

It was a great experience. Best home buying experience we've ever had.

The home looks good, but 2 weeks after the close of escrow the toilet of masters bedroom that has been clogged during construction erupted and poop was was all over our toilet, shower and bathroom. Though Lennar manager responded on time but we were displaced for 2 weeks. We were promised compensation, we left message for the person who was supposed to compensate us he ignored our call and Lennar never call us. It was such a disappointing experience.

Overall good product built, maintained, and sold by good people. Promised repairs take a long time to complete. We’re quite happy to be here.

builder's management is good, but home quality is not good all many window area crack, some roof tile is broken and gutter leaking at corner et.

We have a lot of issues in different areas including electric and flooring issues, currently are in getting repair but takes too long since report is done to got an response

Love having everything included. Could have done a much better job with home cleanliness when we received it. Both interior and exterior needed major cleaning. Follow up to warranty requests are not as timely as they could be. Otherwise, purchasing experience, framing walk through, and home layout are beautiful.

Quality of material and the appliances provided are very good. Responsiveness to issues is very slow it almost took 2 months to address one issue out of 5 raised

The home is well built for the most part. Although we're dealing with quite a bit of little things here and there, like outlets not working, or homes not able to be wired by internet companies even though those are our only options. Not sure who's at fault but some of this just seems a little silly given it's a new construction.
