Have difficulties with the salesman.

Overall the process was pretty good, and we were given detailed walk-throughs to identify any issues, which they took care of. We were disappointed that the closing took two weeks longer than expected, but that seems to have been due to city issues not in Lennar's control. Overall we are happy with the final product.

I was a cash buyer. I wasn't happy with working with Title company. Customer care after purchase was very disappointed. There was fuse breaker issue with Refrigerator. I requested 5 times and ask sales rep then they finally contact me to fix it. My wooden floor got water damage due to late fix. Water filter in refrigerator leaked due to fuse keeps pop out and ice maker turned off and leak waters on the floor. I have been purchased new home more than 5 times, Lennar was very unprofessional.

Working with the sales team was phenomenal. They were very informed, always accessible, and true professionals. When I moved in, the customer care point person was also fantastic -- professional, responsive, etc. However, I had a water lead, the HVAC wasn't working properly, and the network hub wasn't complete. All of this was fixed (thanks to the prompt action and consistent follow-up of the customer care person), but a new build shouldn't have had these issues.

I will enjoy my retirement in this beautiful place. Thank you.

This is my second residence I purchase fro Lennar. My first residence I purchase was in 2019. I love Lennar homes because of my famililarity with the company and what I can expect when I purchase a home through Lennar. Thank you!

At first I was impressed with the spaciousness of my condo. I was please with the value for the money spent. Now as things go wrong and I'm notice and report to Lennar for repairs, I feel that the quality of construction is superb but the quality of the subcontractors leaves much to be desired.

Overall I’m happy with my decision to buy here. The construction manager is AMAZING!! Nick! I mean, I cannot say enough great things about him and his overall support. My experience was however tainted by Christine the sales person. She was rude, distasteful in the way she spoke to me and my realtor.

Had a lovely, attentive, and thorough homebuying experience with Hyatt and would highly recommend him. The only detail I’d call out is I didn’t learn about the required solar lease/purchase until I had already made a purchase decision. If you appreciate detail you may have a frustrating first few weeks (maybe months) trying to get issues fixed. Missing network outlet, subfloor squeaks, sheetrock mud embedded in carpet fibers, broken shower tile, uneven tile, broken recirc light and the list goes on. I am still working through tickets that have been open for over a month. If you buy with Lennar be sure to be as thorough as you can on pre-close walkthrough. They say there’s no need to worry because you have a year warranty if you don’t catch something, but if you don’t they lose incentive to fix it in a timely manner and you will be left managing open tickets when you’re in the home. With that said the price the price paid made this a great value and I don’t regret the decision at all - would do it again. The team at Lennar is very professional, and very easy to work with. They answered all of my questions and made it easy to understand the process. They were very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend Lennar to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Overall sales process was a chaotic experience including the walk thru process. Then after move-in, we uncovered many defects/poor quality workmanship. Management should help address reported issues in a timely manner. Lack of responsiveness from warranty/maintenance team.

The value of the home is decent for CA. The walls are super thin. I was told I wouldn't hear neighbors as that was my concern with a condo style home. I hear every sound including garages and the closing of doors. I am happy with my home, but wish I'd known what to be prepared for.

I went into buying my first home with such excitement. After signing my papers and doing my first walk through of the home, i realized there were many repairs that needed to be done. Even then, i was still excited because i thought everything would be taken care of. As time went on and walk through after walk through, my excitement became less. The fixes were barely being done and i was being given the run around. After i received my keys, i kept submitting work orders. Shower drains were clogged by cement, bath tubs were cracked when installed, cabinets were installed and wood broke, backsplash was installed as if a kindergarten student installed them. It has been two months and i have barely had anything addressed. As a first time home buyer, this has severely disappointed me. I have since had people i know ask me about my experience because they were interested in buying a unit but i have told them to not buy with Lennar. It has only been a headache and a run around. ... The home looks good, but 2 weeks after the close of escrow the toilet of masters bedroom that has been clogged during construction erupted and poop was was all over our toilet, shower and bathroom. Though Lennar manager responded on time but we were displaced for 2 weeks. We were promised compensation, we left message for the person who was supposed to compensate us he ignored our call and Lennar never call us. It was such a disappointing experience.

We have a lot of issues in different areas including electric and flooring issues, currently are in getting repair but takes too long since report is done to got an response

We were very happy with Lennar when we bought the home and especially our sales agent , Hyatt, but post closing the customer service has been slow, unresponsive and low quality. A number of major issues were incomplete on close and to date have not been resolved. We are frustrated!

Lennar does not seem to stand behind their product, and has substandard work, that is only made worse by the lack of customer service to address issues with their new home construction.

We loved working with Lennar. Heros was great and super helpful.

Much better experience on build quality than recent purchase of D R Horton.

My experience with Lennar has been exceptional! The entire home buying process has been worry-free and my sales rep Lourdes quickly answered any questions I had. I am really impressed with the quality of my home and all of the features that are included.

It went out smoothly

Love having everything included. Could have done a much better job with home cleanliness when we received it. Both interior and exterior needed major cleaning. Follow up to warranty requests are not as timely as they could be. Otherwise, purchasing experience, framing walk through, and home layout are beautiful.
