It’s a beautiful home…but builder’s attention to detail towards quality vs quantity, a lot to be said Missed a lot a details that stick out now…spend to much time trying to fix details afterwards…

Although the purchase experience was fine, there are lots of issues with the house as far as quality of workmanship. I am extremely disappointed with all of the problems that have come up with the house.

Our agent Hyatt was the best, always available to talk and answer any of our questions, especially as first time homebuyers. The home we bought was built well although I could find many small imperfections throughout the house as I spent more time in it. Imperfections such as some walls had paint that was not touched up well, some of the wall moldings appeared as if someone had no patience and just did a fast job, I also found a crack under our kitchen island. The biggest problem we have is a leak in the master bedroom ceiling every time it rains. I have reached out multiple times to Lennar service and always got someone to call me and say someone would be out to check the issue but no one has shown up yet. It has been almost a month since I reported the problem. Also, when it gets windy on some days or nights, the vent flaps (im guessing) click and bang loudly, which I just emailed service to come and check. Lennar has a lot of options that I think will fit every family's needs. Lennar updated us at every step from the start and informed us of all the options and whatnot. There were no surprises. We financed with Lennar Mortgage and closed on time. The staff was helpful, and I wish they had more time when working with a home buyer. I felt I was rushed a few times during the process. Remember to ask for a Pre-Drywall inspection if you want to take pictures/videos for your future reference. We were not allowed to do that inspection because the salesperson didn't have time for that.

Homes are nicely designed, making good use of the little space. But home is not still complete with issues waiting to be fixed after 3 months.

Support for customer centers is good and it is good to receive complaints through video calls.

builder's management is good, but home quality is not good all many window area crack, some roof tile is broken and gutter leaking at corner et.

The overall experience with new home consultants, contraction team and customer care representative was very pleasant.

Great builder - very professional and organized. Staff are very responsive with questions and they are reachable in every way that suits the customer (Phone, Text or Email!) The quality of the materials used are excellent and you can tell a difference when comparing to the homes built by other builders in the same community.

They made home buying process way easier. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

What happened to America’s best builder. We own 3 Lennar Homes and in 6 years they have fallen to a terrible level. We will not buy a Lennar hone in the future.

Service after purchase was excellent!

The home is well built for the most part. Although we're dealing with quite a bit of little things here and there, like outlets not working, or homes not able to be wired by internet companies even though those are our only options. Not sure who's at fault but some of this just seems a little silly given it's a new construction.

Love the home and the layout but the devil and the details definitely made the ownership process a bit lackluster. I had a ton of post-closing repairs (minor to medium) that still aren't complete. The good thing is no one is pushing back on the repairs it's just the sense of urgency you would home for a brand new home.

My experience buying my new and first home was a little more stressful than I expected. I was pressured to move in before everything in my house was completely ready and fixed. Now I am still working on getting everything fixed 2 months later and still have to take time out of my schedule to be around for painters, repair people, drywallers, etc. when this should have all been taken care of before I even got my keys and moved in. Also every time I put a request in for a repair they make me schedule a virtual visit where I show the issue and then they let me schedule someone to come out. I think that is fine for certain problems; however, for more simple or straightforward issues I think that is honestly a waste of time considering I am a single homeowner and have a full time job. ... Greats experience from start to finish!

At closing make sure you look at ever detail when doing walk through. Test everything to make sure its working.

Overall, the buying experience was not bad but quality of the materials for the amount we paid should be at a higher standard. And a better finishing. Thank you.

Responsive, fair quality, pricey, better layout needed

Our only issues have been with the quality of work by floor contractor. And, the technology contractor which made setting up the internet and door bell an issue. Otherwise the Lennar team from beginning to end were great!

System wise procedure is very nice with lennar. For buyers, it's simple and smoothly. Further, after service center is quickly responding. It's excellent experience.

Don't expect to walk into a perfect home. The builders needed to pay closer attention to the details. I've had a lot of issues. Wrong door handles, non working garage lights, leak in the pipe, uninstalled hoses and unleveled doors. It's frustrating to address all of these issues with different departments.

Lennar is outstanding! Highly recommend
