My contract ultimately fell through, yet I am still receiving customer satisfaction surveys — which itself reflects how disorganized and careless this process was from start to finish. Throughout my experience with Lennar, I felt misled, dismissed, and inadequately supported. I am extremely concerned that my garage door issue has still not been fixed. The garage door came off the track, one of the wheels broke, and it damaged the wall. Your technician already visited, took photos and videos, but I have received no updates or timeline for the repair. This is a serious safety and security risk. For two weeks I have been forced to sleep with my garage door completely open, which puts my family and property in danger every single night. This situation is unacceptable.

Our sales person mislead us and we received no support from any Lennar leadership. Our initial loan agent seemed to have minimal understanding and provided no guidance. After moving in, our work orders have received very slow response and unprofessional communication. Poor craftsmanship has been shrugged continuously.

Poor build quality and even worse customer service to address defects

Lennar does not seem to stand behind their product, and has substandard work, that is only made worse by the lack of customer service to address issues with their new home construction.

From start to finish, nothing was done right. It’s over a month since my family moved in the house, Still can’t get anyone to finish installing and repair things that wasn’t installed correctly.
