Most cheapest materials and borderline bait switch tactics

The model home and things in it are much different than the final products or things added to the different homesites. Finish is terrible, materials are cheaper than cheap. It feels like we need to renovate even though it's a new house.... the smallest toilets and appliances.

Cheap materials, marked up prices with tactics to get a sale, poor workmanship shows in the home, unresponsive staff as soon as you close

Not worth the high price tag. Lennar claims to offer quality homes but skimps on materials used in the home. The cheapest grade of apartment paint is used throughout. Poor workmanship skills in the construction teams, scratches on the walls and floors, unfinished corners, peeling paint on doors, missed sealant on exterior walls. Lennar will boast about their customer care team, but in reality they ignore every request and close any ticket as soon as you close on the home. Request a thorough walk-through.
