They say the home buying experience is a stressful process but that was not the case for my wife and I. Kurt guided us through the process step by step with patience and grace. He was responsive to all of our questions, and was able to accommodate to our requests. I can’t thank Kurt enough for his help and guidance.

Overall it was an easy and pretty painless purchasing process from start to finish. From the first time my wife and I met our consultant Kurtis he was very on attentive and responsive. We decided to move ahead with purchasing a home from Lennar during our initial visit to the model home and let Kurtis know. Within 24 hours Kurtis had sent me the necessary documents to begin the process and instructions of where to wire the deposit. The escrow process went smooth and we closed a couple days later than anticipated due to a delay on flooring, which was our fault. During our first walk through there were quite a few minor blemishes throughout the house(paint overspray, wall scrapes & knicks, moldings scrapes, etc) along with the windows being dirty with mud that had splattered on them from the exterior which we documented with their representative. He assured us that the items documented would be fixed for our final walk through. When we came back on the final walk through all the items had been fixed with the exception of the exterior windows still being mud splattered which was not the end of the world but it would have still been nice if it had been taken care of. Once we moved in it came to our attention that our upstairs heater was not working and we contacted the HVAC company that was contracted by Lennar and they informed us that the unit had been wired incorrectly which the corrected. Other than that, the only thing I have found wrong with the house so far is an ethernet port that was wired incorrectly which I fixed myself in about 5 minutes. Best Walk Through experience with Brian. The minor fixes are done smoothly and further fixes are through QR codes and video inspection and all done without any issues. I think Lennar is putting technology in a good use.

Wow what a great experience buying and living here! The most responsive and responsible group ever; Lori the sales agent and Scott the building supervisor are totally awesome. Very nice house equipped with the latest generation of gadgets. The plan is very livable and sensible. Love it so much will be buying at another Lennar community. Highly, highly recommended.

Everything works well except the faucets leak. The Careteam still working on them. It’s been three times and haven’t solved the problems.

Lennar responded to the issues we raised during inspection and after move in a timely and satisfactory manner.

The Lennar team is 10 stars. Great customer service from their sales team to their customer service team that made sure our home was ready for move in. I only have 1 issues. I believe everyone can agree to it as well. The paint is terrible. One layer of cheap paint. You barely touch it and you see the yellow from the base. Charge us an extra $1000 on the home and give us quality. Everything else is quality, but the paint.

Buying experience was great.

My bathtub and shower floors are both stained and even after trying to clean them they remain stained. There were paint splatters all over my floors. Oven had a warped fan and the refrigerator doors are not aligned. I’ve had service people out for various repairs and none of them have been done properly.

This is my 2nd home with Lennar, my sales consultant with Lennar was great but the quality of the home isn’t all there. Too many things wrong with the homes and feels like Lennar looking for excuses not to repair it, I feel like I’m inconvenienced the company. I still have a door that needs to be replaced that hasn’t been. I’m a little disappointed. Good luck asking a manager to call you. Also I hear everything from outside. I wish the walls were a little thicker though. Overall yes I would buy again but next time I would take 5 hours to inspect the entire house on our way walk.

We are excited to find a design and location that fulfilled what we set out to find. Every one in Lennar our third party organized by Lennar we're very knowledgeable and responsive. We have only one serious concern, and that is the organization charged with running the HOA. We have found that the lack of any written landscape guidelines exceedingly annoying. We sent to the HOA office and we have written to the HOA contract email asking for help. Our concern has been compounded with the utter nonsense of charging for doing the review of any landscaping design within our owned walls, quite a scam given we could not locate anyone who could or would provide guidelines. ... Will be great to include more items (yard and curtain ) for the completed house. Need to improve workmanship on detailed finishing.

Lennar mortgage offered a better % rate on an APR mortgage than offered by other lenders. However, the process for completing all of the paperwork involved was long and sometimes very frustrating. We had to deal with many different people in different departments & at times they seemed to lack communicating with one another. At the same time they were professional and courteous and eventually we were able to provide the information they needed, although at times it was necessary for us to provide it several times. It was definitely the most difficult experience we've had when financing the purchase of a home, especially since our down payment was substantially higher than normal. However, once we were moved in Monserrat provided excellent service in responding to and arranging to have items in our new home fixed. Maria, who assisted us in selecting our upgrades did an excellent job too. However, as we paid for the solar and upgrades upfront we do not understand why the expense of those items were included in the total purchase price was listed on our final documents which will result in a higher tax bill for us. That did not, and still does not make sense to us. After having leased a unit in this area we found that the maintenance of the outside landscaping was inadequate for the cost of the HOA fee we are paying. There are many weeds around and the plants in the unit that died in the unit we were leasing were never replaced despite many requests to do so. As far as the price is concerned, the price of the units increased substantially each time a new phase was completed. Consequently we ended up paying quite a bit more than we would have if we had purchased our unit earlier. In spite of that, the purchase appears to be a good investment, because it is located in Irvine, as well as in an excellent school district. We expect the value of the homes being built in this area will continue to increase. Other than the negative experiences listed here we are happy to be living in this community.
