Good service & for take care the problems.

Buying experience was great.

My bathtub and shower floors are both stained and even after trying to clean them they remain stained. There were paint splatters all over my floors. Oven had a warped fan and the refrigerator doors are not aligned. I’ve had service people out for various repairs and none of them have been done properly.

The customer service team is responsive and friendly.

The process of applying for the Loan is painstaking. Loan officer and underwriting office lack good cooperation. They repeatedly asked the same questions or demanded same documents. I suspect that they misplaced the documents submitted. Their computer storage system is not smart enough. They tried to cover (store) a wide variety of documents with very limited categories (label) they created; therefore, you cannot easily find the documents you submitted. I believe they have the same problem; therefore, the easiest way is to ask customer to resubmit the document.

Overall the experience was Great! The only part that was a little bit choppy was the loan process. Had to reach out a few times to get answers and wouldn’t get clear answers.

We've been loving the home so far. There are a few things that have been needing to get fixed but it's been helpful putting in service requests. The repairs haven't been the fastest, but overall we're happy

Sales and after sales support were very good. Cleanliness of the house was poor when received. Interior Logic Group pricing for upgrades were veeeeeery expensive. Options available for upgrades almost none existent.

Lennar is easy to work with, if slightly unresponsive to requests for personal contact for questions. They work mainly on the internet. Overall it was an acceptable experience.

Pretty model, good environment, nice people.

I like this model design than any others.

Good builder, but sales needs to be trained more around smart home tech.

Will be great to include more items (yard and curtain ) for the completed house. Need to improve workmanship on detailed finishing.

Lennar mortgage offered a better % rate on an APR mortgage than offered by other lenders. However, the process for completing all of the paperwork involved was long and sometimes very frustrating. We had to deal with many different people in different departments & at times they seemed to lack communicating with one another. At the same time they were professional and courteous and eventually we were able to provide the information they needed, although at times it was necessary for us to provide it several times. It was definitely the most difficult experience we've had when financing the purchase of a home, especially since our down payment was substantially higher than normal. However, once we were moved in Monserrat provided excellent service in responding to and arranging to have items in our new home fixed. Maria, who assisted us in selecting our upgrades did an excellent job too. However, as we paid for the solar and upgrades upfront we do not understand why the expense of those items were included in the total purchase price was listed on our final documents which will result in a higher tax bill for us. That did not, and still does not make sense to us. After having leased a unit in this area we found that the maintenance of the outside landscaping was inadequate for the cost of the HOA fee we are paying. There are many weeds around and the plants in the unit that died in the unit we were leasing were never replaced despite many requests to do so. As far as the price is concerned, the price of the units increased substantially each time a new phase was completed. Consequently we ended up paying quite a bit more than we would have if we had purchased our unit earlier. In spite of that, the purchase appears to be a good investment, because it is located in Irvine, as well as in an excellent school district. We expect the value of the homes being built in this area will continue to increase. Other than the negative experiences listed here we are happy to be living in this community. The sales and introductory individuals are first rate. Challenges lie in the fact that issues post acceptance of the home are allowed to fester not to any desire of the staff but their ability to harness the follow through of the subs necessary yo not only continue on with the scheduling needs but handle the details to finish. Yes I’m happy. Yes, I’d do it again. Yes, expect issues. Yes, expect delays to resolving those issues. Know they are doing their best. What can you do. It is what it is, a nearly fully satisfied customer.

When we have a problem, they call us back immediately my wife and I really enjoy the courtesy and respect with Lennar

I like Lennar's quality of work. They do right things and the do things right

Interior paint job could be done better. It wasn’t finished nearly. There is an area where floor was not leveled correctly. Response to issues was satisfactory except the title office was very hard to contact and my messages were often ignored.

While Lennar has an upgraded feel it is still just a track home. Do not expect the quality of a custom built home. They did not live up to their what is included value. A few things were down graded and some not included at all.

A fairly average builder based on our experience of buying three new homes in California

Overall it is good experience.
