TOO MANY ISSUES FOR A BRAND NEW HOME

Pretty model, good environment, nice people.

Wonderful, professional, timely, conscientious, and quality service!

Choice is theirs. But do not expect a lot. Quality might be lot lower than expectation of buyers. Everyone who saw my house felt sorry for me. And check their included GE appliances especially. Not even buyers choice but buyers will have to deal with the problem.

Great value for your money. Offer inclusive appliances. Friendly staffs.

Overall, Lennar is a great reputable builder and makes beautiful homes. The issue is that when you purchase a model home, things like the automation, thermostat controls, things that have been installed for years, should have been checked and resolved prior to close. Although our consultant and customer care rep were great, the other teams at Lennar really dropped the ball since we had so many quality issues upon move in that we couldn't have known about during the walkthrough. For the price and area we bought in, these types of things should be the standard.

Overall experience has not been pleasant. From the sale process to the closing process and then to moving in has not been pleasant. The sales process was not transparent when we were on the waiting list. When we were walking through, we were not comfortable with the construction manager asking us if we expect everything to be perfect! When closing the worst has been Lennar Concierge who never once responded to our queries- this has been the worst experience. When we moved in, AC was not working, doors started to creak within a week and we did not appreciate the fact that we had to install and program the Ring and the Garage opener. And overall the quality is basic compared to the price. Overall not pleased with the experience at all buying from Lennar or Lennar product. Overall, it's a smooth purchase process, with great online interface. However, the materials used and electrical appliances quality are horrible. Paint, fridge, water heater, AC heater, Wifi switch, all require repair No matching paint for fix up The fridge has damaged connector and wont dispense filter water The water heater switch was not connected The AC air heater has a loose cable and wasn't fixed for over 2 weeks. Not actively fixing the issue with Wifi switch.

Interior paint job could be done better. It wasn’t finished nearly. There is an area where floor was not leveled correctly. Response to issues was satisfactory except the title office was very hard to contact and my messages were often ignored.

Wow what a great experience buying and living here! The most responsive and responsible group ever; Lori the sales agent and Scott the building supervisor are totally awesome. Very nice house equipped with the latest generation of gadgets. The plan is very livable and sensible. Love it so much will be buying at another Lennar community. Highly, highly recommended.

Everything works well except the faucets leak. The Careteam still working on them. It’s been three times and haven’t solved the problems.

Disappointed, my home looks like made from paper, and everything is feak, whasher ,dryer is pice garbage. after 3 months i have to start update and fix everything.i have to spend too much to my new home to be real home.

Size of Homes are Good enough for nuclear families

Lennar is only builder that provides option “Everything included” for their new houses. We really love this great idea and comfortable for home buyers when searching for new home. The service responsiveess is very good. However, the workmanship is not good.

While Lennar has an upgraded feel it is still just a track home. Do not expect the quality of a custom built home. They did not live up to their what is included value. A few things were down graded and some not included at all.

Very easy to do business with. Professional employees. Honest associates. Fun and positive energy throughout the experience.

I just wish the materials used in our home were much better quality . Not like our interior kitchen cabinets which are so cheap with no quality. The shelves inside our kitchen cabinets already are going bad after 4 months . Same with quality and type of paints they used in our rooms . Very cheap . Super weak and cheap materials
