Have closed escrow 2 months ago but until now Ge dishwasher hasnt worked. Garage doors are 2 different appearance , “temporary garage doors” according to them but theyndont know when new garage doors will come. Too loud noise from hallway bathrooms , told my kids not to shower after 9 as it is like in wall the water sound. I think needs more insulation. I really regretted that i bought it at this price and comes with a lot of issues. And refrigerator door is uneven and and rough metal sticking out of water dispenser , all was requested as service but nothing happening. 2 months ! This is my ...

Main issue has been the elevator where they clearly cut corners and should have worried more about safety

We felt the sales and financing process was professionally handled. However, once in the unit, we had to invest a lot of time dealing with construction related issues. We still have none of the smart home features working since we ran out of steam to deal with that after fixing the elevator mechanics and finally getting phone connectivity in the elevator so that the next time the elevator gets stuck and someone is trapped inside, they have a lifeline.

Lennar - Our salesperson, Donna, was exceptional.

Our salesperson, Donna, was exceptional. It made our home buying experience painless and less stressful. She totally understood our situation (buying and selling our home). The aftersales is a totally different experience. Doug, our Customer service rep, is good but can only do so much. The vendors we dealt with (GE-ref issue and AC issue) were rude, not very understanding and total opposite of Lennar's sales team which sort of negates the good experience we had from the start. This is not our first new home buying experience and will not be the last. Hopefully, it will be better next ...

What we thought would be a simple buying process as options are already picked. However, the quality of materials and parts is subpar, builder clearly does not do thorough inspections before closing to ensure all items are working. Submitted 23 items for repair after moving in. 2 months since closing and only 8 items have been resolved.

The Carpet in my master bedroom has paint stains on it and is very dirty from all the construction workers. Lennar should have it professionally cleaned, after all I bought a brand new condo with a brand new carpet, it should look like one, and it doesn't ! I feel cheated !

Everyone involved with the purchase was ok; a little over the top in loan qualifying. When we took possession we were disappointed in the condition. The house was dirty; left over plumbing parts on the cabinets; paint drips all over the floors; very poor paint finishing throughout; paint still on the glass windows, scratched glass patio doors, and many more. Somebody in senior management needs to be on sight to see for themselves!

Our home-buying experience has been somewhat disappointing. While we were excited to move into a new home, the overall build quality feels inexpensive, with materials that seem below par. We’ve encountered multiple issues, including fixtures coming loose—something that shouldn’t happen in a brand-new house. On the positive side, they do offer a courtesy paint and drywall touch-up, which is appreciated. Their responsiveness to issues has been okay, but not great. Overall, we expected better quality and attention to detail for a new home. While some aspects of their service are decent, ...

The team of staff that made sure the COE is met on time on its deadline did an excellent job that helped me move in. The staff that provided the keys, instructions, etc were great. The stressful disappointment start from Lennar customer care completing issues requested. The resolutions were not acceptable. Please just refer to my requested completion of issues. Second to this is not being provided recycle and trash bins by Republic services going on 6 weeks now. I have been living for so many years in CA and never did I experience this sloppy delivery of service.

Felt like an old style three bedroom apartment. Sharing bathroom especially. Your architect Do not know how to use the space smartly wasted a lot of space . 1. For the price we paid it is not worth I felt 2. Agents pushed us into it when I was away from the country 3. For two bedrooms one bath room 4. 2.1 mil house and no pantry 5. The overall purchase experience from reserving to closing could have been better. We find different folks from sales support to loan, there always been some errors or omissions. After closing, we did a walkthrough the home, and we immediately find out when we standing in the kitchen, the floor bounces when the garage fire door closes. We then test the stability of the floor with others walking around the house, and we also felt the floor slightly bounces as others walk around the home. We mentioned to Lennar representatives but he asked us to submit a response. We also can hear neighbor ...

I hate Lennar's Everything's Included program. Buyers spend hundreds of thousands, sometimes millions for their homes and can't even do something as simple as select what color cabinets or countertops we get. The Everything's Included program is just a way for them to streamline their building process, make as many homes as fast as possible without giving buyers the option to make a house a home.

Lennar sales team is very aggressive and compels to sign the purchase agreement within a day. Once an agreement is signed, Sales team do not have complete information of the home features and takes long time to respond to subsequent queries. Asking if there is an EV outlet provision in garage took almost 10 days.I have to remind 5 times over email to request change in purchase solar agreement. Lennar mandates to buy solar battery which do not make it customer obsessed. I have to put 30k cash just for solar. Besides solar installers takes 1plus months to activate solar system. Lennar design ...

Delays cost me hundreds of thousands $

Lennar delayed the building because of the elevator. Well that delay caused a net increase on my Mortgage interest rate of over 2 points. Which is a lot. Lennar didn’t care. Lennar also cost me another $35k by playing games at closing and tried to delay me again and cost me even more.

This was our first time buying new construction. We thought Lennar was best of the best and instead we encountered problem after problem during the entire process. Sales reps lie. model home, website, and documentation all advertise “everything included” then when you sign off on paperwork and close you find out not everything they said was included is included. They change it up and then tell you sorry you’re out of lucky. Nothing we can do. Lennar mortgage couldn’t get anything straight. Always asking for the same paperwork. Then sending us wrong numbers. Good starter home. Bad everywhere else

Good starter home that is priced better than most other new construction in the area. But, upon closer inspection, there’s always small problems that aren’t major dealbreakers but always a nuance. Customer service is not much better. Online portal to submit requests, disjointed team that doesn’t communicate well with one another. Work orders that drag on for what seems like an eternity. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re able to find a good deal elsewhere.

Disappointed as to how unprofessionally Lennar handled the sale. What was stated and what was said were not correct. Extremely disappointing to keep getting feedback that this is not a custom home, so we need to expect this poor quality of work. Cracks in the tile and imperfect paintings and not aligned walls....first time buying a Lennar Home....maybe the last time too.....

Upon closer inspection it was clear that they rushed in building our home. There was still a layer of dust when we moved in; The builder stated they would pay to have a professional cleaner come in but this was never completed and the builder has become unresponsive to any requests. We have ended up deep cleaning most of the surfaces ourselves but discovered several faulty workmanship issues as we cleaned the house. We have placed multiple "warranty" requests in order to request fixes for faulty workmanship (such as for a few large scratches, poor tile work, poor drywall work, etc), but it ...

The whole process with securing the loan and financing with Lennar was great and seamless. Once you get your keys and sign off on issues in your home you think will be fixed you hear nothing back. It’s like once Lennar got their money I was on my own. I put in three customer care requests and was “supposed to hear back in a week”. Well that was December 4th and today is January 10th.
