Had a great experience purchasing through Lennar.

Professional team that made our home purchase process very smooth.

Upon closer inspection it was clear that they rushed in building our home. There was still a layer of dust when we moved in; The builder stated they would pay to have a professional cleaner come in but this was never completed and the builder has become unresponsive to any requests. We have ended up deep cleaning most of the surfaces ourselves but discovered several faulty workmanship issues as we cleaned the house. We have placed multiple "warranty" requests in order to request fixes for faulty workmanship (such as for a few large scratches, poor tile work, poor drywall work, etc), but it has been >2 months later and most of our requests are incomplete with long response times. I strongly recommend refusing to move in until all fixes are completed, because it is not easy working with their warranty team. ... More

We are so happy that we have found our new Covello home in Great park built by Lennar! It took us several exhausting months to find this home and it was absolutely worth it. Everything is amazing starting from the home itself and finishing with our new neighbours. The process of buying was smooth and quick, all Lennar representatives were very comfortable to work with. Hopefully our review will help many other families shorten the time spent on finding their dream place to live!

So far satisfied despite the satisfaction on construction maintenance has been dropped from beginning of purchase though.

Lennar is the complete package…literally. From Home Building, Mortgage Lending, Insurance and Title needs, Lennar has it all. They also have a wide variety of Homes and Builds to choose from and various locations to consider. Would totally not hesitate purchasing from Lennar in the future.

for the first-month fixing service, 85% good, a lot of places that need to fix and the worker figures them out on time, but the 15% Is disappointed since they didn't finish them all, I spend an hour to mark the area which they said will come at the other day but they never came back. Now I took all the tapes off, don't want to spend any time finding them again. for the other issue report experience, I feel this is unacceptable. 1.Didn't get 3rd floor AC controller after move-in. 2.after a few months get the controller by a nice guy at Lennar, but the AC still can't work and no one comeback to fix it. 3.we still report the issue on the website. But no one reply as soon as we just moved in, sometimes no reply. 4.we just got this house for 4 months, the dishwasher can't dry, the internet connection has issues. overall, their houses are nice houses, they are in good design, good layout, good space, the community has a lot of activities. still recommended if someone wants to find a place to live. Just wish this builder working on construction details and service since those two points bother me the most. ... More

The Lennar team is 10 stars. Great customer service from their sales team to their customer service team that made sure our home was ready for move in. I only have 1 issues. I believe everyone can agree to it as well. The paint is terrible. One layer of cheap paint. You barely touch it and you see the yellow from the base. Charge us an extra $1000 on the home and give us quality. Everything else is quality, but the paint.

Avoid buying move-in ready homes - you forego the ability to check their work before walls go up. Judging from the sloppy finishes, I wouldn't be surprised if there are latent issues that will arise down the line. Already, I'm dealing with failing grout (within a month of closing) that they attempted to use grout in a tube to fix. Of course it's not holding and they believe owners are clueless enough to believe this is an actual fix and literally stand there arguing (justifying) all the issues in the home.

We made a purchase our house during difficult time in our family (medical issues). However, the process was unexpectedly easy. The Lennar staff support was outstanding!

Seems that the builder are hiring quick help and they contractors are not professional just hiring anyone off the street to get the job done

Overall the experience was Great! The only part that was a little bit choppy was the loan process. Had to reach out a few times to get answers and wouldn’t get clear answers.

Overall it is good experience.

We felt the sales and financing process was professionally handled. However, once in the unit, we had to invest a lot of time dealing with construction related issues. We still have none of the smart home features working since we ran out of steam to deal with that after fixing the elevator mechanics and finally getting phone connectivity in the elevator so that the next time the elevator gets stuck and someone is trapped inside, they have a lifeline.

We moved into a Lennar home in March 2021. The house is nice and we love the layout. It has plenty of room for our kids and whatnot. However, since we moved in we have found all sort of issues. There was a cracked (missing 1/4 )electrical faceplate underneath the stovetop range, and there were trash from wires, saw dusk, gas line caps, etc. We had 7 windows screen that was missing tabs or ripped. One window was installed crooked, 6 windows are scratched. It took the contractor about two weeks to come out just to assess the windows. They haven't follow up, and no calls or anything for almost a month now. I don't why they even installed the screens if they were ripped or missing parts. We also have doors that are crooked and the contractor came out and took care all but one. He said nothing can be done unless they removed the framing, which is a big job. I'll just live with it. The master sink is crooked, broken/cracked support underneath the bathrooms cabinets. Master bad mirror had a defect, shower door had a big scratch, master closet light wasn't attached, and the hot/cold master sink pipes were switched. Before we event parked our cars in the garage, it looked like someone had work on their cars in it. We see oil stains everywhere, and a long cracked in the cement from the garage door to the back wall. They can't do anything unless the crack is 1/4 in size. By that time my warranty would have expired. Our dishwasher wasn't install correctly. The installer forgot to install the feet (the whole unit was just sitting on the floor), and the seals all around. We couldn't figure out why steams was come out like crazy. GE tech came out and installed it correctly the way is should have. He said DON'T USE THE STEAM FUNCTION if you don't want the steam to condensed and water droplets on your floor. What?! Why even have that function then? This isn't really a Lennar issue, but they did use GE so I'm guessing it reflects on them as well. The buying experience is goo, but not great. I don't know about other builders, Lennar's QA or lack thereof needs to be address, or hire new contractors. My advise to new home buyers, check everything before you move in to your new home. Check underneath the stove, cabinets, sinks, drawers, hot/cold fixtures, check your counter top and island for chips. Good luck to would be new home buyers. ... More

Buying experience was great.

Fridge didn’t work, washer and dryer had to be fixed, the stove top fan was broken! There was so many issues it was crazy
