Home orientation and walk through is excellent. All issues and repairs were addressed quickly.

This experience was smooth as pie, unlike going to get a home already dolled up. I signed paperwork, which was expected, and everything was easy to read and understand except for the money portion I had to get clarification on it. Other than that I had a good experience and would buy more properties.

Easy process informative and professional experience recommend lennar

I enjoy my new place and the layout of community.

My lot is at least 3 times bigger than my previous home in Moval. Huge house and silent area. No noise or trouble. No problems with the house. Best value compared to other builders.

Everyone was great at lennar. It made home buying easy.

The over all quality built by the Superintendent Oscar shows that he cares about building homes and does not just go through the motions of the building process. Sophie, our sales person is great! She kept us posted along the process and she was knowledgeable and kind. She went above and beyond, sometimes I asked her questions after hours she would still get back me. The walk through orientation with Carlos was excellent. He was very caring and informative; taking his time answering our questions and explaining in detail how everything in the home works. We had some questions after hours when we moved in and without hesitation, quickly responded answering every question. We met the Assistant Superintendent Kevin before the orientation because we were curious how the building process was going and he was very helpful in answering our questions and taking us on a quick tour of the home. We absolutely love our new home. From start to finish, Lennar made it very comfortable and convenient. Our sale person Merry was very professional and willing to help, Dan our lender was awesome, Scott (i think thats his name( head of construction was very helpful, the loan officer ers, then Chris, he is an asset to your company. They all are.

The overall process was easy and not overwhelming. Every person that led us thru the process took the time to make this stress-free.

Worked with Klarissa and she answered all questions and made home buying process easy. I would ask for her, if you are buying a home at Willow Springs, Murrieta. It makes a huge difference to work with someone who is trustworthy, diligent, and truly seems to enjoy helping people. She is quick to respond to any inquiries and takes initiative to make sure the closing process is easy. She follows up, if something is missing. I also spoke with her supervisor Matt and he also does his very best to help resolve any issues. No problems with the home so far and I am certain that if we ever have an issue, it will be resolved.
