There were so many great incentives that pushed us to buy this house and I’m glad we did. The quality of the house is great. The home buying experience was quick and seamless. We closed in 17 days after waiting 6 months for our home to be built with another competitor (completion kept being pushed out). All in all this was the best choice!

The loan officer we had truly cared about our financial situation and went above and beyond. The home was built well. The appliances provided were upgraded.
