The purchase experience was a little shaky.I end up having to get an outside lender. Then, I've had some issues with my home and it took a while for them to fix them. I still don't have any kind of response with the h*. A or anyone else that's running this show. In this gated community an hour and a half

I was selling and buying at the same time. There was no transparency from the Lennar team on issues with appraisal causing delays affecting close on new purchase. This caused for a very stressful close that could have been avoided. Communication was poor!

Overall, I am very grateful to have completed the purchase process and moved into my home. However, the overall experience during the transaction was stressful and felt unnecessarily prolonged at times. The process often seemed unorganized, particularly when it came to completing and coordinating paperwork with the senior loan processor. Communication regarding required documents and signing timelines was frustrating, as many requests felt extremely last-minute and time sensitive. My name is DeMarco Washington. I was kept being pushed and rushed to complete documents towards the middle and end of the home buying process. There was a handful of resends on Lennar's end as well with most of those documents. Also, I was promised and confirmed that I would get a fridge, washer and dryer on move in day and that wasn't there. I didn't have these items until a week and a half AFTER I moved in. I had food spoiled and laundry built up dirty.

We had a great homebuying experience with Lennar. The staff were helpful and nice, everything has gone as planned and within the correct time frame. They're knowledgeable about helping us find resources, that helped us get closer to our new home. Everytime we had a service request or questions they accommodate us right away. We also love our new neighborhood.

If we are talking quality and craftsmanship, I suggest to shop around at other builders to see their offerings before making a final decision here. If we are talking communication with the sales team, their leadership, the lender, etc.,during the home buying process - decline to further comment.

I had a fast closing since they wanted me to close prior to the quarter ending. They forget you have a career yourself and threaten you with the You need to submit the requested documents within 24 hours. My loan processor was the only reason I stayed In this.. There are hundreds of new homes in this area from competitor builders and I almost walked 3x. I was even told by the rep that work at the tour building for the community well if you think you can find better why are you here? I responded this is my 2nd tour to confirm if I want to confirm but I’ll take my VA home loan and go somewhere ...

The loan processes were long and some were unnecessary. Questions to the loan office/offices were unanswered. The loan also included my credit cards balances that had been paid long before the loan closed. Requested to removed the amount received no response. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to resolve this issue.

Since we are first time home buyers, we did not know anything about the process. We learned a lot as we went. Being new home buyers, we feel that Lennar supported us all the way and looked out for our best interest. Good house, includes front yard landscaping and drip irrigation which was a pleasant surprise along with block walls in the back yard. The house was finished exactly when we were told it would be. I would highly recommend a Lennar home.

Lennar made everything sound really nice in the beginning. Congratulated us multiple times throughout the process, pay our deposit & down payment, had us go through inspection and finalize all the paperwork till the last minute after pushing back our closing date 2 months (3 times) to say that their underwriter could not approve us after all . A waste of time, and so disappointing.

I have to say this experience was amazing being scared to take on such a big responsibility can be scary. But I tell you everyone we as in me and my daughter was awesome. We moved from Perris CA and even were accommodated to go close by in Menifee location to complete paperwork. I LOVE my new community it is so beautiful and quiet clean. I am a 61 year young woman and have even started to walk each morning. I feel safe and I am just so grateful and thankful. If you are looking for a beautiful safe and quiet family friendly community to live in here is the place to be. I would say 10 out if 10.

Everything went smoothly with escrow with only one non-major clinch. There was an issue with one of the water lines caused by the workers but this was fixed prior to move in. Overall the experience with the staff was good.

Firstly, working with Victoria was an absolute pleasure. She made a stressful process easy and (most importantly) fun. Overall, the home is great. I do wish the hinges on the cabinets were soft close and there was one additional one installed to better support the cabinet doors. I also wish the carpet was a higher quality. It’s already showing wear patterns after 2 months in the home. Other than that, very happy with my home.
