Overall very happy. But the follow up process for issues with the home is long and not very communicative. A simple "we got this" would go a long way, instead of complete silence.

Worked with Klarissa and she answered all questions and made home buying process easy. I would ask for her, if you are buying a home at Willow Springs, Murrieta. It makes a huge difference to work with someone who is trustworthy, diligent, and truly seems to enjoy helping people. Can’t believe Lennar would want me to reiterate the nightmare of an experience home buying at Willow Springs has been. Fraudulent actions on so many levels, and a home that has had numerous issues within the first week of moving in. Non responsive customer service department. Love the location, but absolutely shocked at the multitude of issues upon move in, and the fact that they are still unresolved six weeks later!

Constant threats of losing your deposit even though they didn't approve you and sends you to another place to get approved very sketchy. They approve you even though you cant actually afford a property to make a sale. The house itself was way overpriced for the area in what you actually get, no fans anywhere in the home and all bedrooms don't even have lights wtf is that. A bunch of damage that was identified through the walkthroughs that still have not been fixed and its been 3-4 months already. They leave you with a dirt backyard no grass or anything and left a BUNCH of construction trash ...

Wow, where do we start? When we actually stepped into the home, it was completely different than what we anticipated. One layout we received didn’t match on the AC units. We should have 2 and they insisted that we were only supposed to have 1 unit in a 2-story 3,000-square foot home. During the walkthrough process, some items were not completed and they still expected us to sign off as if they were completed. Very shady. The Lennar team made my purchasing and home buying process a breeze. As a first time home Buyer they helped with all questions and concerns I expressed. My Lennar home had everything i was looking for and more. I am happy with my purchase and that I was able to get everything I wanted and a reasonable price when I thought it may not be possible. The Lennar team has been available and helpful every step of the way from Beginning to end and even after.

Communication with lennar employees was not great. Nobody knew what the other employee was doing. Dates did not line up. One employee would ask me for documents and info that was already given to other employee. Response back to emails from lender and agent was not the greatest

Everything started well, but there were issues at our 1st walk through that were never addressed. Windows and sliding doors were not aligned, chips in paint, chips n bath tub, chip in flooring. By second walk through things were still not fix Mark said check it off so you close and we will come fix any remaining issues…… Not the case the process to submit tickets is terrible and the follow up was worse. Would have liked to have been better informed during the whole process. Structural and design changes were made during the building process that I wish would have been shared with us. Issues addressed were not completed by final walk through. A month into ownership, we feel that some issues were forgotten about.

We were super excited to purchase our home. We were excited to choose our lot. We were excited to start watching the house being built from the dirt up. We came every week to see the progress from the time it was dirt till it was completely done. We were told that we would get updates weekly with pictures, but we didn’t get very many so I’m glad that we came on our own.
