A great builder with a friendly staff of sales and build teams. Just be patient when it comes to customer service.

The Lennar team made my purchasing and home buying process a breeze. As a first time home Buyer they helped with all questions and concerns I expressed. My Lennar home had everything i was looking for and more. I am happy with my purchase and that I was able to get everything I wanted and a reasonable price when I thought it may not be possible. The Lennar team has been available and helpful every step of the way from Beginning to end and even after.

Corina, Brian, Brandon have been really great help in getting any issues we've had resolved. We have not been at all happy with the Tile & slab company.

I loved everything about the experience. My ONLY complaint was with ANABEL, the rep who gave the 2 walk-throughs once my home was complete. She was NOT flexible with her scheduling which caused me to leave work both times, she rushed thru the walkthru..she could have just handed me the brochures to read because her presentation and customer service was horrible. She asked me to tell her for the most minut issues. I pointed out a couple and she NEVER followed up.

Lennar makes buying a home as easy as it could possibly be. Their sales agents are very helpful and accommodating. It is evident customer satisfaction is their priority.

I like the architectural design. Everyone involve in the building process is very helpful and knowledgeable. Any concerns you have were addressed properly.

The walk thru with the builder was good but there were a few places that were marked and not fixed.

The value of home is good. But still unresolved issues: Fire detector not replaced yet (already in my second month) Few windows doesn't close well Outside lights not lighting at night (front and back where garage is)

Barbra made the home buying process so easy. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Whiteny is very kind. She takes care of business. I do appreciate her. I had issues with the construction team. They forced their way into my home without my permission. They told my carpenter they had an emergency and needed to go in. With was completely untrue. They took pictures inside my home without my permission. I reached out to head of construction via email. I got no response. I contacted Whitney and she arranged a meeting with head of construction and myself. I am not happy with them. I wanted to have theses individuals arrested. I contacted lennar costumer service. Overall I had a great buying experience. The issue I had was encountered after move in. My home has no heat because the heater wasn’t working and we went a few days with no heat until I went and purchased heaters for the house.

You'll get home issues even though it's a brand new home and everything has to go through a submitted work order for them to fix the issue.

Lennar made it easy to buy

Home buying experience was great! Very kind, helpful and supportive. However, issues were not resolved even after 4 months. Most of the manuals and remote controllers were missing. IT support was great. We appreciate very much on his help on resolving many issues related to slow wifi and operation of the curtains and so on. One of the ceiling fan is not working but it cannot be repaired with one year warranty because it is an optional item, which is hard to understand. Other than this issue. Overall, not bad.

Home buying experience good, just responsiveness with work orders has been taking time (ex leaky faucet, paint, etc) but very friendly staff

The home buying experience has been an interesting one to say the least. I have owned a home prior but not a new home so the steps involved with the new construction process when I moved in has been different. Lennar has contacted me about all of my service / work orders. The issues I seem to be having are because of issues that are not Lennar specific but more of the contacted work. Lennar has been responsive and let me know who I need to call to get things corrected or had that company contact me.

The home is beautiful we love it. Great value for the price. Good customer service. I don’t regret my decision to buy this home. I did experience some concerning issues that could’ve been tragic - tankless water heater gas line nuts were hand tightened and cleared inspection. Gas was leaking in garage when I first walked in, at first it was a faint, vague smell, but on day two I called the gas company. They immediately identified the issue and fixed. Good thing I’m not a smoker or none of my movers smoked or we’d be gone. GFI in garage kept tripping, turning off water heater daily. Electrician was called and discovered the breaker wire in the panel was loose, he tightened it and replaced GFI switch just in case. Carpet edges had nails sticking up in various places. I was stuck by one in the foot that thankfully didn’t pierce. I then inspected the rest of the house and found several others, I fixed those myself with a hammer. Other items we’re minute compared to those two. Called customer care for other items. The vinyl fence was blown off by the winds on day two. Lennar came and reassembled it but still waiting on a missing fence post cap. It seems the fence is assembled like legos, and does not have permanent installation materials like screws or glue. Being this region is known for high winds, I would think construction would have figured out to use stronger materials to withstand. The final observation was the drywall material inside the home is very cheap. It has crumbled very easily when I install curtain rods and shelves. Lennar home purchase experience was good. However, the quality of material and the workmanship is sub par. There is clear evidence that Lennar has tried to cut cost to sell homes for cheap and new homeowners would have to bear that cost. For example, in our home in the backyard the there is a big dirt pile incline by the fence that reduces the RV park space and furthermore I will have to pay thousands of dollars to build retaining wall there. Similarly the quality of paint in the house seems low quality,

Lots of problem with new builds

We love our new home and the buying experience was a breeze. Starting with Merry. She’s always available to answer questions. The only downfall have been the touch ups and repairs we need. 90% of which were pointed out on our initial walk through. It’s been almost 2 months since we moved in and only 2 repairs have been done. Some repairs have done more damage. The heat didn’t work and there was no thermostat prior to moving in. We were told they would be fixed. Wall are thermostat is so dirty from installation. Heat didn’t work after moving in. When they finally fixed it, the attic access is so dirty. There’s no quality control a lot of defect needed to repair after moving in, materials that were use are not consistent with other homes within the community, no feedback from construction manager when questions were ask about the house.
