Lennar Sales Team and the Loan Officer made the process pleasant. Thomas and Gail were awesome!! I wish I could say the same about the underwriting process. We started our home buying process six months before closing and we didn’t get our final approval from the underwriter until 3 days before closing. This was such a stressful situation. Imagine going to a design studio and final house tour without knowing the house was yours. Crazy!!! The underwriter did not work on anything until weeks before closing. We moved from a different city and needed to get things settled with our kids schools and activities. I have a special needs son and unfortunately due to the procrastination on the underwriters behalf he doesn’t have continued care. I’m getting everything together but it sucks that lots of these things could have been prevented. Another thing I didn’t appreciate is how they moved my closing date sooner by one day giving me only a one month grace period to be mortgage free. If I closed the day after I would have had two months of grace to pay my mortgage. Some of my neighbors had that luxury but not me. Other than that I love my home. I’m so in love with the layout of my home it fits all our needs. I love the neighborhood. If I had to do it again I would but I would request the underwriter to approve before putting down earnest money and signing a hold. ... More

Had a good experience with Purchasing my home at Heritage Lake. The building process went smoothly. Would not recommend the builders lender, they are non-responsive. Save yourself the stress and use an outside lender. But the home is good value.

Front office at the arboretum in Fontana, ca was awesome however, eagle home mortgage was unorganized, poor communication, just terrible.

Good experience for my new home purchase

Overall, a good experience. Just minor details are the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. Other than that a great experience.

We sold our previous home of more than 20 years, purchased our Lennar home, closed on both and moved in three weeks. It was very stressful but the assistance and support from the amazing Lennar team (Rosalie, Gail, Vickie) made it less so. We've also had great support from our Customer Care Rep, Vince, to address minor issues. I would recommend Lennar without reservation.

Over all good experience. Appliances were ordered late and went without Refrigerator for a week. Love the home.

We are first time home buyers and absolutely love this house by Lennar. You can tell they took time to think about the design and used high quality materials, our independent inspector was impressed. Since moving in, they have been quick to respond to any warranty issues. Cons- There was some disorganization during the escrow period but I am sure that is the case during most closings. Overall, we choose this company again

We got a great loan through lennar but it was a hassle working with them at times. The builder is great. We had an emergency repair that was taken care of immediately. However still waiting on a cosmetic repair. Overall we got what we wanted so we're happy

Everyone that we have dealt with at Lennar has been polite professional and helpful . Our home has had issues with that said Lennar is taking care of our concerns and issues with the home. Bottom line we are happy.

We absolutely love our Lennar home. The process was to give our deposit was seamless. However, we did have some trouble as we approached our closing date. The dates were changed and we hardly heard from our sales rep until we needed to sign the forms and send the deposit. Our walk through was great and Dustin and his team did awesome.

The house is well built and I am please with all the smart features. Everything went fairly smooth. Finishes are great and we closed early.

The workmanship of my new home is very high. The only problem I had was with the sales staff here at University Park (Palm Desert, CA). The Lennar New Home Consultant’s after the sale custom service was less than acceptable. I had to contact her supervisor to voice my displeasure in order to get positive responses back from the NHC. The NHC was not able to assist me with answering basic questions like, what’s the cause of the delay in closing? (I was given the name and number of the Construction Manager and told to call him myself to find out!) On the positive side, the Lennar Mortgage Team was great! Dan and his team made everything easy and painless. Another positive note, Stacey at the design center was extremely helpful in helping me pick out my flooring. We felt Lennar rushed in building the homes so there were lots of little mistakes with paint, drawer handles to shower glass doors not properly installed, etc. I guess this is what we have to expect in purchasing a newly built home. But overall, Lennar does a great job of building a very efficient smart home. You get a great value for your money. The on-site team are great and always willing to assist with any issues on the house.

From the beginning my home buying experience has been great with Lennar. From my agent Debrah to my construction manager Frankie to the customer service with Brett, they’ve made my experience with Lennar a good one and a most memorable one. Thanks guys

WE HAVE JUST SOME INTERIOR DETAILS THAT WE NEED TO FIXED BUT OTHERWISE EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD WITH THE HOUSE THANKS LENNAR AND TEAM

Buying process was easy and exciting.

Mike was awesome in doing the walk through and explaining the house hardware and installations.
