I’ll just say it this way, every delay and problem should not be blamed on supply chain. The process to get help for warranty feels like a tribunal. You have to prove and show the problem with your camera to customer service. They have a guy on site that can easily verify, why not use him? For us, they tore up our yard to finish construction of a wall and have not even repaired the yard yet. They didn’t discuss the size of the wall with us when we were directly impacted by it. (I think it’s is too tall) Our front yard trees look misplaced now because of the new wall. Should they be moved? Yes! Will they? Likely no because it would take a really concerned designer’s eye to know and then do this. I should not have to beg for them to finish the mess they made (been a month!). The lending office was absolutely phenomenal and I highly recommend. The design office was incredibly expensive and I do not recommend. The sales office was friendly and helpful but was off on the cost of flooring upgrade by 100%. The neighborhood is awesome and I strongly recommend people to buy. The house buying experience was fairly easy. Construction was completed ahead of schedule, the ladies in the sales office were pleasant and we are now enjoying our new home. I would however recommend using an outside lender. The Lennar mortgage team was horrible. They don't answer calls ninety percent of the time and it took an average of 3 days to get a return call. We were offered six thousand dollars toward closing costs if we went with Lennar's mortgage team. My lender still beat them without any so called credits and they actually picked up the phone during business hours as well as outside business hours. The Lennar mortgage team seems to think you will simply go with them because of the credit and treats you accordingly. ... More

I had good experience with lennar home . Everything I got good only that one when I walk in my upstairs floor it makes some sound that is not good and also I can feel unbalanced carpeting . Thanks

House is pretty good, only problem I get is the electrical issue. The light switches and electrical outlets do not work in most of the areas in the house

The process was ok, compare to the first Lennar property we purchased. Window coverings, fridge, washer and dryer was not provided, unlike the previous Lennar condo we had. Other than, the house is nice.

Buying a newly constructed home is the best decision you’ll ever do

Overall, we are okay with our first home experience, friendly helpful staff but really wish for better quality. First, our house was delayed as SCE did not install power cables on time (or so we were told). This messed up our entire furniture delivery schedule. Second, the entire home seems way to rushed. When we moved in the roof was missing a tile, one the cabin door fell off in less than 2 months, one of our window screen was missing during move in, one of light switch was installed upside down, another switch wasn’t connected to power and just found out as the weather is getting cold that the heater didn’t work (and not sure when someone will come to address the issue). With all this, we are not sure what other problems (hopefully none) will come up the longer live in the house. It is worth noting that the staffs (Jeff snd Joannie) were super helpful and responsive through this whole process which made these issues easier to handle. However, we still expected better workmanship for a new home built by lennar. The mortgage loan was made easier and less stressful thanks to the help from our MLO, Kathy, from Lennar mortgage, the escrow and scheduling staff was less helpful and made our final signing and closing experience extremely stressful. ... Make sure you read and understand all the CC&R's gor the community your are buying in...HOA. They can be real petty with common home-owner practices.

They build really fast and sometimes the quality and workmanship suffer. However they do their best to resolve issues.

Gen suite has worked out wonderful. Both in-laws and parents have had extender stays. Neighborhood amenities are wonderful. Recently installed my Tesla electric car charger(easy hookup). The sales team outstanding. Thanks Scherri for all your support, assistance and caring.

I love our Lennar home! You get so much more for your dollar because they include so many extras. The technology included is state of the art.

The workmanship is on the sloppy side, for lack of a better word. I’m having to submit customer service request for too many issues that should’ve been taken care of before moving in.

The quality of homes are great but of course there is always some details that need to take care and the person in charge is not good like the person we have before (Jose)

Over my experience with Lennar has been pretty good.

It's been a great experience for us, from the customer service. from the front office to the Mortgage team everyone was great. Jackie at the front office was amazing and Renee and Lori from the Loan prep team. We love the area and the surroundings.

Home buying process at Lennar is worthy I did not expect that we will have our first home at Lennar Quartz Ranch Meadow walk Menifee. Lennar team made our dream house became possible. Especially the guidance and assistance that we received from Gail (Lennar agent) and Shawn (lender), They are very2 nice person and helpful from their heart. I give my 100 % trust to them and 100 % willing to refer to my friends and relatives in case they are interested in buying home at Lennar.

Promised work to be done to the house takes way too long. It’s been almost 2 months and still not all complete. Warranty claim process also lacks priority. When submitting claims on portal, virtual appointment takes a full week and the actual work to be done another few weeks after that. Sometimes the guys say they show up and they don’t show up. Overall, Lennar builds good quality homes. As long as those warranty and promised work gets completed, I have no other complaints besides how long it’s been taking.

Like all quickly built homes... lots of little things need to be fixed/replace already. Nothing serious---all minor issues.

Love the layout of my new home and all that comes included with it, however, the smart home/connectivity features have not been very smart and frustrating. Both the sales and customer support staff are great to work with...need better security of the outdoor electric panels to prevent theft of breakers.

Ease in buying the home but some hidden problems that you won’t find until after possession.

It would be beneficial for a Representative of the HOA to be involved in the Purchasing process to provide valuable Information to buyers regarding HOA rules and regulations re: front and back yard landscaping etc. I am finding it challenging to adhere to all the regulations for Installing landscaping. It would be helpful to provide some HOA Approved Business Referrals to members for an easier transition. Thank you.

The initial experience wasn't great and even after moving in I feel like the sales team don't value the residence...no welcome gift, no follow up. BUT the building team lead by Eric have been amazing in addressing concerns inside the home from paint to drywall to electrical to back ordered items. He makes you feel like he cares that you are there and wants you to really feel at home in your new home.

A little more attention to detail is needed in workmanship. It was found when attempting to install a ceiling fan that the wires were completely painted, over and they had to be scrapped to identify the color. Where you'd assume 18" between studs, it was 24". After some rain, a 2 1/2 + foot sink hole appeared adjacent to the exterior garage wall directly below the breaker box.
