Lennar offers quality at a competitive price. The communities are well thought out and some offer amazing recreational amenities.

We love our Lennar home!

The home is very well built And the included automation is amazing like the ring and integrated wiring for WiFi where there are no dead spots. There are just a few small things that are becoming noticeable like the garage door not closing all the way and the door knobs being loose. Nothing major. Lennar is very responsive and ensures to get things corrected very quickly. Overall I am very happy with my lennar home.

Maybe a little bit pricey..otherwise it was a great experience!!

Process to buy was easy, mortgage process could have been a bit smoother, too many people involved with diff aspects of lending, one POC should be needed with mortgage process.

Only issue was advised solar was included In payment. It is not. Our construction manager is very responsive very happy

The only problem was with the lending process and with my loan officer. He was not responsive and forgot to do my 2/1 buy down. I noticed that and on the day of closing, after my docs was released to record they had to withdraw and redo all the loan docs delaying my closing causing me a big problem

Good customer service in issues

We were super excited to purchase our home. We were excited to choose our lot. We were excited to start watching the house being built from the dirt up. We came every week to see the progress from the time it was dirt till it was completely done. We were told that we would get updates weekly with pictures, but we didn’t get very many so I’m glad that we came on our own.

All in all good experience

Wish there were more upgrade options, such as Ethernet wiring to all rooms.

I’ll just say it this way, every delay and problem should not be blamed on supply chain. The process to get help for warranty feels like a tribunal. You have to prove and show the problem with your camera to customer service. They have a guy on site that can easily verify, why not use him? For us, they tore up our yard to finish construction of a wall and have not even repaired the yard yet. They didn’t discuss the size of the wall with us when we were directly impacted by it. (I think it’s is too tall) Our front yard trees look misplaced now because of the new wall. Should they be moved? Yes! Will they? Likely no because it would take a really concerned designer’s eye to know and then do this. I should not have to beg for them to finish the mess they made (been a month!). The lending office was absolutely phenomenal and I highly recommend. The design office was incredibly expensive and I do not recommend. The sales office was friendly and helpful but was off on the cost of flooring upgrade by 100%. The neighborhood is awesome and I strongly recommend people to buy. The overall score of 4 is due to the price of flooring, the process for warranty, and the lack of concern and responsiveness for our yard. Hope this helps you in your decision to buy. ... More

The house buying experience was fairly easy. Construction was completed ahead of schedule, the ladies in the sales office were pleasant and we are now enjoying our new home. I would however recommend using an outside lender. The Lennar mortgage team was horrible. They don't answer calls ninety percent of the time and it took an average of 3 days to get a return call. We were offered six thousand dollars toward closing costs if we went with Lennar's mortgage team. My lender still beat them without any so called credits and they actually picked up the phone during business hours as well as outside business hours. The Lennar mortgage team seems to think you will simply go with them because of the credit and treats you accordingly. ... More

I had good experience with lennar home . Everything I got good only that one when I walk in my upstairs floor it makes some sound that is not good and also I can feel unbalanced carpeting . Thanks

House is pretty good, only problem I get is the electrical issue. The light switches and electrical outlets do not work in most of the areas in the house

The process was ok, compare to the first Lennar property we purchased. Window coverings, fridge, washer and dryer was not provided, unlike the previous Lennar condo we had. Other than, the house is nice.

Buying a newly constructed home is the best decision you’ll ever do

Overall, we are okay with our first home experience, friendly helpful staff but really wish for better quality. First, our house was delayed as SCE did not install power cables on time (or so we were told). This messed up our entire furniture delivery schedule. Second, the entire home seems way to rushed. When we moved in the roof was missing a tile, one the cabin door fell off in less than 2 months, one of our window screen was missing during move in, one of light switch was installed upside down, another switch wasn’t connected to power and just found out as the weather is getting cold that the heater didn’t work (and not sure when someone will come to address the issue). With all this, we are not sure what other problems (hopefully none) will come up the longer live in the house. It is worth noting that the staffs (Jeff snd Joannie) were super helpful and responsive through this whole process which made these issues easier to handle. However, we still expected better workmanship for a new home built by lennar. The mortgage loan was made easier and less stressful thanks to the help from our MLO, Kathy, from Lennar mortgage, the escrow and scheduling staff was less helpful and made our final signing and closing experience extremely stressful. ... Make sure you read and understand all the CC&R's gor the community your are buying in...HOA. They can be real petty with common home-owner practices.

They build really fast and sometimes the quality and workmanship suffer. However they do their best to resolve issues.

Gen suite has worked out wonderful. Both in-laws and parents have had extender stays. Neighborhood amenities are wonderful. Recently installed my Tesla electric car charger(easy hookup). The sales team outstanding. Thanks Scherri for all your support, assistance and caring.

I love our Lennar home! You get so much more for your dollar because they include so many extras. The technology included is state of the art.

The workmanship is on the sloppy side, for lack of a better word. I’m having to submit customer service request for too many issues that should’ve been taken care of before moving in.

The quality of homes are great but of course there is always some details that need to take care and the person in charge is not good like the person we have before (Jose)
