I appreciated the email updates so we could stay on top of the building process.

I was impressed with all of the homes I saw. The staging of the homes made you interested in purchasing. I am happy that the builder included all of the appliances in the purchase of the home. I pretty much got everything that I wanted.

Over all a good experience sad I had a horrible experience with eagle home mortgage. The worst possible treatment a client should ever receive. Jc

We love our community and our first new home!

Compared with other builders, Lennar gives so much amenities/equipment as standard not as add on and we have made research 8month before we bought the house. which is a great value. However, during the final walk and the first 90 days, we found quite a bit of issues with quality workmanship, some are small and some are majors. Most issues were addressed but the more we pay attention to details the more we have issues with workmanships. For example, ceiling on the second floor was uneven toward the wall and we found out when we painted the wall ; secondly, numerous cracking on wall plaster ; bedroom doors were installed improperly and The edges rubbing the frame when opening or closing ; when flushing the toilet, you can hear the water running down the pipe so loud , which could be a sign of improper sealing.; weather stripping on the doors wasn’t installed properly and I can see big gaps on the bottom of main door: I’m still trying to address all issues with the builder for resolution. ... Waiting for clarification on the above. Now my concern is after some touch up after patio construction that I may have to re-fog coat or paint 3 elevations. to fix the discoloration.

Over all I am pleased but there has been a couple issues.

It took days to get a virtual meeting just to explain the problem and then weeks before anyone responded to fix the garbage disposal. The furnace didn't work and it took over a week to get anyone here to fix it. It was in the 30s at night and we were freezing. Don't like the delay for the virtual response. Better for Lennar, not me. Other small problems also took a very long time to get attention.

Overall, home purchasing process was good. The Lennar representatives were very helpful and accommodating. Especially, Klarissa with Stonebook/Ridgeview releases. This only thing we wish is that materials used in this build were of higher quality. We’ve already had to repair the shower after only a few months of use. The home value is compromised when lower quality materials are used in the home.

The home is great, not perfect but overall I am satisfied. There were some minor issues and was fixed but it took a while to get it done. Most likely due to world wide shortage of materials due to Covid. Overall I am satisfied.

The quality of these homes are pretty good. The experience with Lennar Mortgage was a bit difficult, as well as having issues addressed during the building process. There were issues of not getting all of the Everything Included items that were promised by the Sales Office.

Title company and Champion Windows are difficult to work with.

We understand that Don is a busy man and he has gone above and beyond to ensure any issues we have had with the home that they are addressed. We have however had a work order placed for 4 months now for stains appearing in our granite as well as electrical concerns with a few of our outlets blowing the circuit breaker. The electrician has called us and has not been very willing to work around our Work schedule and the granite has not been replaced as we have been told there are other additional processes that need to be done to eliminate the stain before the granite is replaced. This is a builder that does not pay attention to detail.

Lennar needs to work on their problem solving skills and communication skills. Customer service needs to work more harder!

Still new at the property. Discovered some minor issues. Tried to use the online portal to report them but, it doesn’t really work. The electrical issues reported to the contractor but still not fixed. It took them about 3 weeks to fix the broken fence.

Keep buyers informed every week or so on the progress of your new home build.

Friendly and professional but be prepared for many issues with finished quality and timely response to address issues…especially with the numerous small contractors they use to complete homes…

The quality of the materials such as running boards, window screens, especially paints is very poor quality.

Coming from Wisconsin the bathrooms are normally close enough that you don’t need to waste water by running in down the drain for 30 second to get hot water. Also the change of design of not having a land line option in the house is a bit disappointing as when the next emergency (earthquake or fire) in the area, we know cell phone will not work. I also don’t understand why we have no option for electric appliances when there are solar panels on the roof. These items make me question the architect that designed the buildings.

People are great and helpful but the time line they are given to build is causing a quantity over quality situation putting unnecessary pressure on the workers that are doing the work

Quality of work in building home was poor, seems certain trades are about quantity not quality when it came to building home.

when you do your house walk the first and second time, everything looks great and you are loving it, once you are settled in, you start to really notice everything is rushed and done the cheapest way, when you are putting in tickets for repairs, they take along time to reply, i understand i am not the only one here but on some tickets, they dont even get back to you, i am still waiting on cracked/broken cabinet drawer which i mentioned in the walk thru

It was very difficult working with Michelle to be honest. This is our second home and there is no comparison with how great tri point was with purchasing and any issues we have had. There are some things that we went through with Brian during the walk through who was great, however when michelle handled our second walk through she was very dismissive and inattentive to our concerns. Anyway we addressed was a straight no without looking further to the issues. Our dishwasher was broken inside- the parts are unattached, the whole dishwasher can be removed it was never properly assembled and when we addressed this her response was we have to reach out to GE as it was not brought forward during our walk through- how would we know to run the dishwasher during our walk through Also other concerns and issues we have had it seems like the other representatives like Corina and Brian at least attempted but Michelle was just very frustrating rude and inattentive to deal with which did not make our experience pleasant. ...
