Over my experience with Lennar has been pretty good.

It's been a great experience for us, from the customer service. from the front office to the Mortgage team everyone was great. Jackie at the front office was amazing and Renee and Lori from the Loan prep team. We love the area and the surroundings.

Home buying process at Lennar is worthy I did not expect that we will have our first home at Lennar Quartz Ranch Meadow walk Menifee. Lennar team made our dream house became possible. Especially the guidance and assistance that we received from Gail (Lennar agent) and Shawn (lender), They are very2 nice person and helpful from their heart. I give my 100 % trust to them and 100 % willing to refer to my friends and relatives in case they are interested in buying home at Lennar.

Promised work to be done to the house takes way too long. It’s been almost 2 months and still not all complete. Warranty claim process also lacks priority. When submitting claims on portal, virtual appointment takes a full week and the actual work to be done another few weeks after that. Sometimes the guys say they show up and they don’t show up. Overall, Lennar builds good quality homes. As long as those warranty and promised work gets completed, I have no other complaints besides how long it’s been taking.

Like all quickly built homes... lots of little things need to be fixed/replace already. Nothing serious---all minor issues.

Love the layout of my new home and all that comes included with it, however, the smart home/connectivity features have not been very smart and frustrating. Both the sales and customer support staff are great to work with...need better security of the outdoor electric panels to prevent theft of breakers.

Ease in buying the home but some hidden problems that you won’t find until after possession.

It would be beneficial for a Representative of the HOA to be involved in the Purchasing process to provide valuable Information to buyers regarding HOA rules and regulations re: front and back yard landscaping etc. I am finding it challenging to adhere to all the regulations for Installing landscaping. It would be helpful to provide some HOA Approved Business Referrals to members for an easier transition. Thank you.

The initial experience wasn't great and even after moving in I feel like the sales team don't value the residence...no welcome gift, no follow up. BUT the building team lead by Eric have been amazing in addressing concerns inside the home from paint to drywall to electrical to back ordered items. He makes you feel like he cares that you are there and wants you to really feel at home in your new home.

A little more attention to detail is needed in workmanship. It was found when attempting to install a ceiling fan that the wires were completely painted, over and they had to be scrapped to identify the color. Where you'd assume 18" between studs, it was 24". After some rain, a 2 1/2 + foot sink hole appeared adjacent to the exterior garage wall directly below the breaker box.

Great location, floor plans, quality of the material, attentiveness

They try their best to satisfy the customer.

I appreciated the email updates so we could stay on top of the building process.

I was impressed with all of the homes I saw. The staging of the homes made you interested in purchasing. I am happy that the builder included all of the appliances in the purchase of the home. I pretty much got everything that I wanted.

Over all a good experience sad I had a horrible experience with eagle home mortgage. The worst possible treatment a client should ever receive. Jc

We love our community and our first new home!

Compared with other builders, Lennar gives so much amenities/equipment as standard not as add on and we have made research 8month before we bought the house. which is a great value. However, during the final walk and the first 90 days, we found quite a bit of issues with quality workmanship, some are small and some are majors. Most issues were addressed but the more we pay attention to details the more we have issues with workmanships. For example, ceiling on the second floor was uneven toward the wall and we found out when we painted the wall ; secondly, numerous cracking on wall plaster ; bedroom doors were installed improperly and The edges rubbing the frame when opening or closing ; when flushing the toilet, you can hear the water running down the pipe so loud , which could be a sign of improper sealing.; weather stripping on the doors wasn’t installed properly and I can see big gaps on the bottom of main door: I’m still trying to address all issues with the builder for resolution. ... Better explanation of the process and communication with customer will help a lot. Most times we were not not sure what’s going.

Price and service was excellent! My only issue is getting things fixed around the home.

You get what you pay for with Lennar. The style of my house is nice and suits my taste, but the quality of the build and the customer service leave room for improvement. Overall, it's okay, but I expected better attention to detail and support.

Waiting for clarification on the above. Now my concern is after some touch up after patio construction that I may have to re-fog coat or paint 3 elevations. to fix the discoloration.

Over all I am pleased but there has been a couple issues.

It took days to get a virtual meeting just to explain the problem and then weeks before anyone responded to fix the garbage disposal. The furnace didn't work and it took over a week to get anyone here to fix it. It was in the 30s at night and we were freezing. Don't like the delay for the virtual response. Better for Lennar, not me. Other small problems also took a very long time to get attention.
