I love each and every thing from Lennar either DocuSign process, construction quality, house ventilation, cabinets/storage space in all places, plug points in all place holders, garage and lights. Everything is in right place, I love it.

Everything from the final stages of the purchase/build experience with Robyn, to Finance with Stephanie to on going maintenance with David- has been absolute perfection. Customer Service is quick to respond to issues and have them addressed.

The quality is very poor, and it has not been repaired until now

Home buying experience good, just responsiveness with work orders has been taking time (ex leaky faucet, paint, etc) but very friendly staff

They promised some thing and they didn’t deliver. work inside of the house is not that great. Quality of the product is not great.

I absolutely love my home. I would recommend Lennar. The whole experience with seamless. Lennar is very attentive to my needs.

Like all quickly built homes... lots of little things need to be fixed/replace already. Nothing serious---all minor issues.

Not much got done after my walk-through and doing my punchlist, so I wasn’t really impressed with how the house was handed to me. However, the response with contractors and work orders have been amazing. The contractors are fast to respond and pleasure to work with. The walkthrough was a joke. Chris didn't want to be there and it showed. He explained nothing. All of the issues could have and should have been addressed before the walk through. It was left with you have a year to find all other issues. We have been without the original garbage disposal for over 2 weeks now. As far as the builder is concerned I don't have a garbage disposal. The contractor who was suppose to cover the disposal said that because they only cover the install and I took it off and had to replace it. They would not do anything. My issue with the home buying experience was with Lennar mortgage not the home itself. The time it took to not get approved is going to cost me a significant amount of money over the life of my loan.

We almost pulled out of the purchase after we were misled on closing dates and the reason why our home was delayed. The project was poorly managed and the builder tried to blame the utility company but the truth was Lennar failed to secure a timely building inspection. The communication from the sale agent was appalling, we were encouraged to sign our contract on the Wednesday only to be told 16 hours later that the close date of the following day Friday was again delayed. This was my 21st home purchase/sale in 32 years and my second new home construction purchase and I would not buy with Lennar again. I am appalled at the failure to communicate in a timely manner and to relay the true reasons for delays. To top it off when we finally closed escrow, 2 months late, we picked up our keys and garage door openers only to be given the opener for our neighbors garage door. Home buying experience was mostly okay, but Lennar Mortgage agents were extremely incompetent, and our closing was delayed due to multiple clerical issues with Lennar Mortgage who kept sending paperwork with the wrong amounts owed to us. Also, sales agents are arrogant and rude until you you're in contract, so dealing with anyone at Lennar felt like a chore every-time.

We got a great loan through lennar but it was a hassle working with them at times. The builder is great. We had an emergency repair that was taken care of immediately. However still waiting on a cosmetic repair. Overall we got what we wanted so we're happy

The workmanship of my new home is very high. The only problem I had was with the sales staff here at University Park (Palm Desert, CA). The Lennar New Home Consultant’s after the sale custom service was less than acceptable. I had to contact her supervisor to voice my displeasure in order to get positive responses back from the NHC. The NHC was not able to assist me with answering basic questions like, what’s the cause of the delay in closing? (I was given the name and number of the Construction Manager and told to call him myself to find out!) On the positive side, the Lennar Mortgage Team was great! Dan and his team made everything easy and painless. Another positive note, Stacey at the design center was extremely helpful in helping me pick out my flooring. I loved everything about the experience. My ONLY complaint was with ANABEL, the rep who gave the 2 walk-throughs once my home was complete. She was NOT flexible with her scheduling which caused me to leave work both times, she rushed thru the walkthru..she could have just handed me the brochures to read because her presentation and customer service was horrible. She asked me to tell her for the most minut issues. I pointed out a couple and she NEVER followed up.

We felt Lennar rushed in building the homes so there were lots of little mistakes with paint, drawer handles to shower glass doors not properly installed, etc. I guess this is what we have to expect in purchasing a newly built home. But overall, Lennar does a great job of building a very efficient smart home. You get a great value for your money. The on-site team are great and always willing to assist with any issues on the house.

Overall it was a great Experience!! There was little issues when we 1st moved in, but that’s the nice part of having a new place with warranty, then buying as is. Lennar came out and fixed the issue and with any other issues, they are still coming out to check and fix issues . With that a HUGE shout out to Rudy! And another reason for the 5 star on trustworthy! When they say they’re gonna come out to help or fix …. You can trust him!!! A true professional!! For the price, it was good but of course, everyone would say would be nice if it was cheaper lol. Wish there were more upgrade options, such as Ethernet wiring to all rooms.

The home buying experience has been an interesting one to say the least. I have owned a home prior but not a new home so the steps involved with the new construction process when I moved in has been different. Lennar has contacted me about all of my service / work orders. The issues I seem to be having are because of issues that are not Lennar specific but more of the contacted work. Lennar has been responsive and let me know who I need to call to get things corrected or had that company contact me.

Horrible experience with a few employees that did their job well. Initial walk through of the home showed build quality and finishing touches were mediocre with cracked shower fiberglass to deep scratched windows to paint drops on the kitchen floor to drawers scratched. Kristine took care of it professionally and quickly. We have lived in our house for a month and have multiple large cracks in our sheet rock where the ceiling meets the wall. The home is beautiful but the whole experience of buying was horrible

Excellent Customer Service that is great

The home-buying process was super smooth, and did not have any issues whatsoever. The entire Lennar team were friendly and answered all questions i had about the home and community.

It took days to get a virtual meeting just to explain the problem and then weeks before anyone responded to fix the garbage disposal. The furnace didn't work and it took over a week to get anyone here to fix it. It was in the 30s at night and we were freezing. Don't like the delay for the virtual response. Better for Lennar, not me. Other small problems also took a very long time to get attention.

Jay, Michael and the entire Lennar Team are great to work with and they would make you feel that you are in great hands from start to finish. Jay and Michael are very knowledgeable on what they do, very friendly, accommodating and immediately attended to all my queries and concerns to my utmost satisfaction. Kudos to the entire Lennar Team and Thank you so much for being part of my journey of achieving my Dream Home in a Lennar Community!

This has been a great first time home buying experience. My sales agent Laurie was superb and was there to assist and navigate along the way. Leslie was also amazing with answering any loan or finance questions and ensure alignment with the title company/requirements. Again, amazing experience and team. All backend/pending follow up items have been addressed or completed. Kristine has worked closely with me to complete all service request and assisting with all pending installations. Amazing team, I would highly recommend any first time home buyers or homebuyers work with Lennar - their Customer service and for simply ensuring what could be a stressful process, very seamless and exciting!! Thankful for my personal experience and seeing the smile on my baby girls face in the end was priceless.
