We are now going on for five months since we have move to our new house and so far we have two toilet bowls that have clogged. This is just for regular use, object was put in, just regular use and appropriate toilet materials. I suspect the toilet bowls are the cause.

Make sure the house key is properly rekeyed before they hand over, they don’t care much once the closing is done. They focus on selling new homes only all the time.

Choosing upgrades with Lennar is a joke. For example floor upgrading means paying extra for having tile for areas where make sense to have tile, but Lennar standard is carpet. The interior designer who works with Lennar in my case have not finished installing my window shutters at the time that I'm writing this review (moved in 3 months ago). The quality of the shutters is low since they usually ordered from Mexico to reduce the cost. I was excited about my home purchase with Lennar, however I became locked into a solar lease contract despite signing documents to purchase the solar system from Sunnova. I have sent numerous emails and text messages trying to get the issue sorted out and no one from Lennar sales or Lennar mortgage has reached out to me with a response to hear my concerns about this very expensive oversight in my paperwork. For the price I paid for this home I am bummed out about the aftercare customer service I’ve received. If anyone from Lennar is reading this I’d hope to receive a reply. Thank you.

This review is for the Dolce Homesite Lennar Sales (Eileen and Carla) - Our first Dolce sales office experience was with Anastasia and she was great. There was a lot of turnover of staff in the beginning which overall delayed our spot on the list to purchase. The floor model options were listed as options on all the paperwork, when it came down to being able to get a floor plan option they were no longer an option, specifically floor plan 2 converting the dining room to a suite. The cosmetic options were very limited (counters, backsplash, floor & window covers). The cabinetry is very cheaply made, definitely a low value. We were left in the dark for weeks as they pushed back our closing date several times. We tried getting a hold of Corina multiple times on several different occasions but she ignored all our calls, voicemails and emails. The home itself is beautiful but are now having issues with leaks and things missing. The customer service person - chris- also completely ignores all the calls, voicemails and txts. The sales team and home care team have been great. Beautiful home with minor issues after move-in that were taken care of quickly. The Lennar Mortgage is incredibly shady. Worked with the mortgage team for over eight months. Terrible communicators with even worse work ethics. Tried to take our house back at the last minute due to errors on their part that could have been solved but they refused to try to work with us. The processing part itself was not bad. Although we closed a day late because they forgot to give us some papers to sign. Which, they did again a few weeks after we closed.Just a bit of lack of communication. Some of the major issues that were noted in the walk through looked like they were repaired by a 12 year old. They are still not fixed. Customer care guy told us to text him “not email “ him very specifically and so I did but there was never a response at all. I can’t wait until all my issues are fixed so I can just be done with Lennar to be honest.

I have paid for stickers to be posted on the bumper of my car to allow me to enter the community after 9 PM three weeks ago and still have not received them. When I ask Lennar representative I get no response. I also at direction of Lennar have requested planting few trees in front and backyards and have not received any response.

The purchasing process and getting the loan was great - except that I have learned from friends who I referred that additional purchasing options could have been shared. Landscaping is poor. No weed barrier on mow hill. Garage completed without a primmer coat, which is horrible. Trouble matching interior paints. Response time to have issues completed is sub-par. Sales team was amazing, huge props to Rosalie and Kathy.

We love the house itself. We were disappointed that Lennar only installed 1 outside hose spigot in the middle of the enclosed patio and also 1 "inside" of the garage. Both are difficult to use. We had to spend a lot of money to trench the side yard to install water to the back yard. The grading in the back was terrible and we, again, had to pay quite a bit to grade it before landscaping. Not what I thought I was getting

Need to slow down the construction a bit and put a little more pride in the build. After purchasing my home I began to see the “quick fix” repairs around the house. Also do a better job with the fencing. There are three different fences in the community. It looks tacky.

The support after we moved in was a bit okay and has room for improvement. What I hated the most in the home buying process is the sales rep said that they have interest rates specials but would quote different rates and would defer it to the lender.
