Lennar needs to improve construction quality. I have to submit 10 work order in the first month after move in. 2 walkthroughs didn't help me to resolve the issues. There is no home security system, not even a ring door bell or keyless smart lock. I found a empty beer bottle on top of my kitchen cabinets. Try to see what you can find in your homes!!

The home buying process in the beginning was very fast which was good. However, there wasn’t much communication as to what “phase” we were in or status updates after signing the purchase agreement. As first time homebuyers, we were pretty lost with the whole process. The house is lovely, the walk through was smooth & easy. Issues came about after moving in such as no cold water, garage door not hung properly, vent to the bathroom installed without a spring, cracks in the shower floor.. but they were handled in a timely manner for the most part. The team at Lennar title were the most helpful ...

My biggest complaint is the quality of workmanship. I don't have the time or space to list all of the issues but I'll sum it up with this. It must have been bring your kids to work day and they let their kids build the house...drunk!

It was fine with the process, except at the closing escrow, it was kind of disapointed due to 3 times and extended, was hectic and not our fault at all. The quality of materials not specified until now. The issues that we found after the second walk, not yet fixed.

Would have been great if they helped with the silverfish problem. The brand new homes are infested with bugs. Still dealing with it after almost 2 months.

We are now going on for five months since we have move to our new house and so far we have two toilet bowls that have clogged. This is just for regular use, object was put in, just regular use and appropriate toilet materials. I suspect the toilet bowls are the cause.

Good presentation, but so so delivery final outcome

My experience in purchasing Skyborne unit was a mix of satisfaction and frustration. While the overall quality of the house was satisfactory, there were several areas where improvements could have been made to enhance customer satisfaction. One of the minor yet notable issues was the placement of the garbage disposal button under the sink. It seemed like a small inconvenience at first, but in practice, it became an annoyance in daily use. Simple adjustments in its placement could have significantly improved the user experience. Another aspect that could have been better was the ...

Make sure the house key is properly rekeyed before they hand over, they don’t care much once the closing is done. They focus on selling new homes only all the time.

Choosing upgrades with Lennar is a joke. For example floor upgrading means paying extra for having tile for areas where make sense to have tile, but Lennar standard is carpet. The interior designer who works with Lennar in my case have not finished installing my window shutters at the time that I'm writing this review (moved in 3 months ago). The quality of the shutters is low since they usually ordered from Mexico to reduce the cost. They have a contract with a local shutter provider which are not responsive to any emails and phone calls. They already send the installer twice with ...

Mishandled paperwork

I was excited about my home purchase with Lennar, however I became locked into a solar lease contract despite signing documents to purchase the solar system from Sunnova. I have sent numerous emails and text messages trying to get the issue sorted out and no one from Lennar sales or Lennar mortgage has reached out to me with a response to hear my concerns about this very expensive oversight in my paperwork. For the price I paid for this home I am bummed out about the aftercare customer service I’ve received. If anyone from Lennar is reading this I’d hope to receive a reply. Thank you.

We’ll breakdown this review into 4 areas Lennar Sales, Lennar Title Services, Building Team, and Warranty. This review is for the Dolce Homesite Lennar Sales (Eileen and Carla) - Our first Dolce sales office experience was with Anastasia and she was great. She took the time to go over the features, explain things, and even took us around the Dolce neighborhood to show us properties and amenities. Her customer service, positive attitude, really sold us on the Dolce community. Sadly, Anastasia wasn’t working at the Dolce location when we came back to start the sales process a couple months ...

There was a lot of turnover of staff in the beginning which overall delayed our spot on the list to purchase. The floor model options were listed as options on all the paperwork, when it came down to being able to get a floor plan option they were no longer an option, specifically floor plan 2 converting the dining room to a suite. The cosmetic options were very limited (counters, backsplash, floor & window covers). The cabinetry is very cheaply made, definitely a low value. The home was built to be rushed, Lennar clearly focuses on quantity not quality. We had AC unit issues day 1 of move ...

We were left in the dark for weeks as they pushed back our closing date several times. We tried getting a hold of Corina multiple times on several different occasions but she ignored all our calls, voicemails and emails. The home itself is beautiful but are now having issues with leaks and things missing. The customer service person - chris- also completely ignores all the calls, voicemails and txts. Only when we complain he comes around and still doesnt actually get anything done. Rick was great to work with and we know he did his best. Brian the builder is amazing and so kind and helpful. ...

The processing part itself was not bad. Although we closed a day late because they forgot to give us some papers to sign. Which, they did again a few weeks after we closed.Just a bit of lack of communication. Some of the major issues that were noted in the walk through looked like they were repaired by a 12 year old. They are still not fixed. Customer care guy told us to text him “not email “ him very specifically and so I did but there was never a response at all. I can’t wait until all my issues are fixed so I can just be done with Lennar to be honest.

I have paid for stickers to be posted on the bumper of my car to allow me to enter the community after 9 PM three weeks ago and still have not received them. The purchasing process and getting the loan was great - except that I have learned from friends who I referred that additional purchasing options could have been shared. Specifically, a buy down option. When I received the keys I sat in front of the home waiting for my husband to walk in with me. While sitting there a man and a woman walked out of the home (obviously left unlocked). The man was tall, but nonetheless, I got out of my car and asked "what are you doing in my home. The man said he was my neighbor checking design features" I tried to report this to several people, but I was ...
