Although the closing procedure was stressful, Jeff our agent was awesome. He came through in the end. I would only tell the team of agents working in one office to work as a team. Jeff gave information to them when he was due out of town. They played like they knew nothing when we asked questions. We love Jeff.

Even though they have a field rep that is amazing the workmanship of the home I bought is not well put together. My experience with Lennar has not been what I had expected at all. The many issues I have encountered are not small issues and very concerning to me at this point. Electrical issues, pipe leak, AC issues I can go on. Just not a happy home buyer right now.

The paint job that was done in the kitchen and restrooms were of poor quality. Paint was splattered all over the floor and globs of paint were dropping on the wall. The construction didn't seal holes from the deck causing a lot of bugs to come inside the house, especially a huge trail of ants the first 2 weeks we moved in. When we did the inspection of the home prior to moving in to fix any mistakes, they missed it of what we marked off. They were supposed to fix all the mistakes but only did about 70% of them. The information we received from our agent was inaccurate as well. Overall, for the new construction, and price being paid, we still had to spend 3 days painting the entire house because it came with flat paint which no one wants to live in a house with flat paint due to stain and scuff marks, and the quality of mistakes made, it was a really disappointing experience and purchase. ... It was good not great

Everything about the process was great. The house is well made and has all the modern “smart” features. We love our home.

Love the layout of my new home and all that comes included with it, however, the smart home/connectivity features have not been very smart and frustrating. Both the sales and customer support staff are great to work with...need better security of the outdoor electric panels to prevent theft of breakers.

The house buying experience was fairly easy. Construction was completed ahead of schedule, the ladies in the sales office were pleasant and we are now enjoying our new home. I would however recommend using an outside lender. The Lennar mortgage team was horrible. They don't answer calls ninety percent of the time and it took an average of 3 days to get a return call. We were offered six thousand dollars toward closing costs if we went with Lennar's mortgage team. My lender still beat them without any so called credits and they actually picked up the phone during business hours as well as outside business hours. The Lennar mortgage team seems to think you will simply go with them because of the credit and treats you accordingly. ... More

Home buying experience is below average compared to other builders. Issue resolving is worst possible. I have 2 lennar homes (one in Florida, and one in Jurupa Valley CA). Florida house is 2 year old and California house is 2 month old. Whenever I create a issue, computer system picks up my Florida home address and case automatically closes as it is out of warranty. Computer is not picking up new California address for issues, even if I enter it manually. So far I have very tough time in getting issues resolved and I do not know what to do. Hope someone picks up this issue and resolves it.

Lennar! Lennar! Lennar! They helped me buy my first home that ended up being my dream home. I am now a Veteran homeowner and I wouldn't have gone with any other builder. Justin and Christopher are the utmost professionals who answered any questions I had throughout the process. They have a great team overthere!

Lennar is a great track home builder and they are the best to deal with when it comes to buying a home from A to Z. All companies working under the Lennar supervision are great in the process of completing the home building and the buying process. I recommend Lennar extensively to any one that is ready for a smooth transition to a new home.

quality has gone downhill, can't wait to sell

We were tickled, delighted, and happy throughout the entire process. Everyone was kind and made our buying process simple. The site managers were quick to answer questions and fix anything we thought wasn't right. We financed through Lennar. Our rates and fees were very competitive and were better than what was on the market. As interest rates were rising they helped us find ways to keep them down and to keep our mortgage in the range we wanted. My only negative through the whole process was towards the end with closing. Lennar uses multiple different website portals and forms for documents. Don’t sign off on the day of your walk though. If there are issues to be fixed have them fix it before you sign off. I’m 7 months in an still waiting for them to fix a kitchen drawer that was blue taped the day off walk thru. Costumer service rep dose not care

WE HAVE JUST SOME INTERIOR DETAILS THAT WE NEED TO FIXED BUT OTHERWISE EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD WITH THE HOUSE THANKS LENNAR AND TEAM

You get what you pay for. This pretty much sums it up. They do have a pretty decent and friendly after sales staff that mops up the Problems caused during construction. Don’t expect a quality build.

The value of home is good. But still unresolved issues: Fire detector not replaced yet (already in my second month) Few windows doesn't close well Outside lights not lighting at night (front and back where garage is)

We have a great home buying experience in the way that we were able to see how they build our home. Then we have that happy feeling and contentment when it’s done. The loan process was stressful but worth it. Kathy and Rachel help us a lot and never left us behind. Ferrin always updates us all the time. Jose and Noah work hand and hand for us in any repairs we need. We knew we have a new family in this community.

I had good experience with lennar home . Everything I got good only that one when I walk in my upstairs floor it makes some sound that is not good and also I can feel unbalanced carpeting . Thanks

Overall, home purchasing process was good. The Lennar representatives were very helpful and accommodating. Especially, Klarissa with Stonebook/Ridgeview releases. This only thing we wish is that materials used in this build were of higher quality. We’ve already had to repair the shower after only a few months of use. The home value is compromised when lower quality materials are used in the home.

House is pretty good, only problem I get is the electrical issue. The light switches and electrical outlets do not work in most of the areas in the house

The process was ok, compare to the first Lennar property we purchased. Window coverings, fridge, washer and dryer was not provided, unlike the previous Lennar condo we had. Other than, the house is nice.

Not satisfied with purchase or with help on getting set up on my new home. They promised you the world . After you close escrow your on your own!!!!!
