House is pretty good, only problem I get is the electrical issue. The light switches and electrical outlets do not work in most of the areas in the house

The process was ok, compare to the first Lennar property we purchased. Window coverings, fridge, washer and dryer was not provided, unlike the previous Lennar condo we had. Other than, the house is nice.

Not satisfied with purchase or with help on getting set up on my new home. They promised you the world . After you close escrow your on your own!!!!!

First of all, my last name is incorrect. Even in this email for review. I sent at least 10 email and had 5 phone calls over this issue. Half of my paperwork has the wrong name. Same with my dad‘s name, it’s spelled wrong. Even on closing date to sign the docs for the title we had to go a second time, even then it was wrong. So we signed them with the name spelled wrong. After the closing, I still get emails, requesting documents. Even now after 2 months. It’s very unprofessional and annoying. We want to enjoy our home but we have issues after issues. This is my 3rd Lennar home, and thank god I did not expierence this level of unprofessionalism. I’m beyond disappointed with every step. Overall, a good experience. Just minor details are the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. Other than that a great experience.

This is My first house . It’s amazing made. It is a smart house I never seen. I really like it so much. I am enjoying my house. Thank you Lennar.

Would have been great if they helped with the silverfish problem. The brand new homes are infested with bugs. Still dealing with it after almost 2 months.

Well, I felt during my home buying process, the communication between different departments was lacking in which it affected me at times. There are too many websites that Lennar has and getting on the portal wasn't user-friendly.

Ease in buying the home but some hidden problems that you won’t find until after possession.

This is my second Lennar home purchased, the first purchased before the collapse. I had hoped that the resilient economy and lessons learned from the past that the homebuilder is simply in the business of slamming up a bunch of houses without regard to customer experience. The home is very well designed, and the community is lovely, but from the framing to the wiring, to the plumbing, to the cabinets, doors, and windows, the labor used to construct and/or install finishes in this home are semi skilled at best. Buying process was easy and exciting.

We bought this amazing home this year and we are very blessed. The sales home consultants Laurie and Jackie went above and beyond for us. They were there for us every step of the way from day one until they handed us the keys to our new home!!! We were planning on using Lennar’s lender to take advantage of all they’re great incentives but their lender, Leslie, was terrible. I can’t say one good thing about her. As first time home buyers she left us in the dark and never reached out or informed us about anything. My wife and I were having to do our own research about the next steps on buying a house and then reaching out to Leslie to ask about what is going on. She would never answer our calls, email us 5 days after and when we would schedule an appointment with her she would never reach out. Then after countless calls she would call us back saying “ what do you need?” Obviously a lender that does her job that’s what we need. After months of dealing with her we ended up dropping her and choosing an outside lender who went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier. Even after we dropped Leslie she would reach out asking for the loan approval that out new lender got us because Leslie wanted to take back over. She was lazy and tried to take the credit for work she did not do. She made us feel like we were a joke and could not afford this home because we were young. This was our second time purchasing a Lennar home. However, their “everything’s included” motto is no longer, it’s especially disappointed since the price was double than our first home. Sellers agent was a terribly difficult to work with and made the buying experience unpleasant.

Barbra made the home buying process so easy. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Whiteny is very kind. She takes care of business. I do appreciate her. I had issues with the construction team. They forced their way into my home without my permission. They told my carpenter they had an emergency and needed to go in. With was completely untrue. They took pictures inside my home without my permission. I reached out to head of construction via email. I got no response. I contacted Whitney and she arranged a meeting with head of construction and myself. I am not happy with them. I wanted to have theses individuals arrested. I contacted lennar costumer service. There was a lot of turnover of staff in the beginning which overall delayed our spot on the list to purchase. The floor model options were listed as options on all the paperwork, when it came down to being able to get a floor plan option they were no longer an option, specifically floor plan 2 converting the dining room to a suite. The cosmetic options were very limited (counters, backsplash, floor & window covers). The cabinetry is very cheaply made, definitely a low value. The home was built to be rushed, Lennar clearly focuses on quantity not quality. We had AC unit issues day 1 of move in. We have had electrical issues since day 1, the electrician even stated his crew did a poor job with grounding the lighting. Some items we pointed out during the walk through are still issues today. We have not heard any updates on when the garage doors will arrive. George is very friendly for the walk through being overly stating he could stop by later to quickly adjust/fix things if needed. Nobody ever mentioned that you have to submit a fix it ticket request via Lennar portal and wait several days/weeks for issues to get taken care of. We sold our previous home of more than 20 years, purchased our Lennar home, closed on both and moved in three weeks. It was very stressful but the assistance and support from the amazing Lennar team (Rosalie, Gail, Vickie) made it less so. We've also had great support from our Customer Care Rep, Vince, to address minor issues. I would recommend Lennar without reservation.

Very happy with the size of the rooms and the interior layout. Only thing is I wished that there is an option to get the same wall paint color the same as the model home

Mary was great in the office and helped make this a great home buying experience.

In a competitive market, I appreciated how the lennar representative assist me in getting on the list to purchase a home. I moved in the day I was projected to move in, no delays.

The underwriting process is a bit extra.

The entire process was very smooth. From getting pre-qualified to the closing stage, everything was done efficiently and any questions I had were promptly answered.
