We bought this amazing home this year and we are very blessed. The sales home consultants Laurie and Jackie went above and beyond for us. They were there for us every step of the way from day one until they handed us the keys to our new home!!! We were planning on using Lennar’s lender to take advantage of all they’re great incentives but their lender, Leslie, was terrible. I can’t say one good thing about her. As first time home buyers she left us in the dark and never reached out or informed us about anything. My wife and I were having to do our own research about the next steps on buying a house and then reaching out to Leslie to ask about what is going on. She would never answer our calls, email us 5 days after and when we would schedule an appointment with her she would never reach out. Then after countless calls she would call us back saying “ what do you need?” Obviously a lender that does her job that’s what we need. After months of dealing with her we ended up dropping her and choosing an outside lender who went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier. Even after we dropped Leslie she would reach out asking for the loan approval that out new lender got us because Leslie wanted to take back over. She was lazy and tried to take the credit for work she did not do. She made us feel like we were a joke and could not afford this home because we were young. This was our second time purchasing a Lennar home. However, their “everything’s included” motto is no longer, it’s especially disappointed since the price was double than our first home. Sellers agent was a terribly difficult to work with and made the buying experience unpleasant.

Barbra made the home buying process so easy. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Whiteny is very kind. She takes care of business. I do appreciate her. I had issues with the construction team. They forced their way into my home without my permission. They told my carpenter they had an emergency and needed to go in. With was completely untrue. They took pictures inside my home without my permission. I reached out to head of construction via email. I got no response. I contacted Whitney and she arranged a meeting with head of construction and myself. I am not happy with them. I wanted to have theses individuals arrested. I contacted lennar costumer service. There was a lot of turnover of staff in the beginning which overall delayed our spot on the list to purchase. The floor model options were listed as options on all the paperwork, when it came down to being able to get a floor plan option they were no longer an option, specifically floor plan 2 converting the dining room to a suite. The cosmetic options were very limited (counters, backsplash, floor & window covers). The cabinetry is very cheaply made, definitely a low value. The home was built to be rushed, Lennar clearly focuses on quantity not quality. We had AC unit issues day 1 of move in. We have had electrical issues since day 1, the electrician even stated his crew did a poor job with grounding the lighting. Some items we pointed out during the walk through are still issues today. We have not heard any updates on when the garage doors will arrive. George is very friendly for the walk through being overly stating he could stop by later to quickly adjust/fix things if needed. Nobody ever mentioned that you have to submit a fix it ticket request via Lennar portal and wait several days/weeks for issues to get taken care of. We sold our previous home of more than 20 years, purchased our Lennar home, closed on both and moved in three weeks. It was very stressful but the assistance and support from the amazing Lennar team (Rosalie, Gail, Vickie) made it less so. We've also had great support from our Customer Care Rep, Vince, to address minor issues. I would recommend Lennar without reservation.

Very happy with the size of the rooms and the interior layout. Only thing is I wished that there is an option to get the same wall paint color the same as the model home

Mary was great in the office and helped make this a great home buying experience.

In a competitive market, I appreciated how the lennar representative assist me in getting on the list to purchase a home. I moved in the day I was projected to move in, no delays.

The underwriting process is a bit extra.

The entire process was very smooth. From getting pre-qualified to the closing stage, everything was done efficiently and any questions I had were promptly answered.

Our home was closed in February 2022, it wasn’t a good experience in general. 1. Lennar Mortgage: The loan agent assigned to our area was not prompt at all. Usually no response to emails until a few days later that we chased him. Up until the closing day the document issued still had errors and we caught it. We originally didn’t plan on going with Lennar Mortgage but as the rates soared 2 months before closing, we chose Lennar because of the credit they offered. We submitted the application but we were never told you’re approved nor their portal showed anything. We kept asking the loan agent and never got an straight answer. You can imagine how difficult the communication was. 2. We did LVP after move in and found out the floor was very uneven. Some places fit thru my index finger between the floor and the leveler but the builder said this is within tolerance. Many many dips across the house. 3. My friends bought a home with KB home and during the building process, KB emailed them progress update with pictures of the home on a weekly basis which I think it’s awesome. Lennar doesn’t have that kind of service. 4. Lennar installed the wrong color of cabinets and we found out 1 week before closing when we got the appraisal report. They sent us a compensation amount but in a take it or leave it approach, that if we didn’t take it they have customers in line to sell to. We had no say in anything. 5. On closing day we got our keys and a map of our mail box location and number. We went there to test it but can’t open it. We asked the sales agent who gave us the map and keys, and he said: oh yea, just try it out on a nearby one across street. He didn’t even bother to help us check. ... More

We had a great experience buying our home with Lennar. Everyone has been above and beyond helpful anytime I’ve called with questions and concerns. They have been patient diligent and on top of their game.

Lennar is there for you even after closing.

This my my 2nd Lennar purchase, 1st purchase was a great experience, after this 2nd purchase, I could not recommend Lennar Homes in DHS due to vendors/contractors and, they have really cheapened their homes products.

Everyone from the General Contractors, Finance Team, and especially the Sales Team, all were a big help. Every question we had we got answers and we love everything about our brand new home. We will recommend Lennar to any of our family and friends that want to purchase a brand new home.

Keep buyers informed every week or so on the progress of your new home build.

It would be beneficial for a Representative of the HOA to be involved in the Purchasing process to provide valuable Information to buyers regarding HOA rules and regulations re: front and back yard landscaping etc. I am finding it challenging to adhere to all the regulations for Installing landscaping. It would be helpful to provide some HOA Approved Business Referrals to members for an easier transition. Thank you.

Like any other home, I imagine there were small problems that would pop up but were generally quickly handled by Lennar. The sinks in the home all around are absolutely terrible. None are designed to drain food and water. They are mostly flat and therefore don't drain very well. The kitchen sink particularly would have been better off with a 2 basin sink that actually allowed itmes to flow downward and drain.
