Lennar should be more than a regular construction company, as one of the best or the best in the country. We bought a Model house, good and bad, good that come with some upgrades that we cant get in other regular house, now the bad part is some of the stuff that is not correct or damage ( you name it ) cant be fixed BECAUSE IS THE MODEL WE DONT DO , this is ridiculous excuse, we pay more almost 100k for the same house as the others and get used / old stuff ... lennar REP very bad attitude, I'm not recommend to anyone else.

We have had a bad experience. There has been several several issues with the house. Constantly calling portal for repairs. Taking time off from work. I think homeowner should be more involved in building process when it comes to upgrades or choices for their house. Honestly i don’t think i would buy another Lenar home after this experience. I am still dealing with issues.

We moved in to our home on August 29, 2023. From the time of the 1st walk through, it was a rough go. There were many things to be fixed which is to be expected. What wasn’t expected was the way things were handled. We were told we had to sign off on the home which acknowledged that everything was good. When we said we would not sign off without putting some type of comments stating the items needing to be fixed, we were told we can’t do that and if we didn’t sign, then escrow would not close on time. The bathroom in the master bedroom is leaking to the first floor, the walls are also flawed, the vegetable sink is also leaking, the bathtub is scratched and I will not be repaired, the steps of the front door are cracked, the glue on the floor leather joints on the first floor is leaking, and the alarm inside the doorbell does not make a sound. The experience is too bad for people to handle the maintenance. I hope someone can help to solve it.

My experience has been difficult especially with Lennar Mortgage and Allen at sales office has been amazing and is trying but could have done better. They don't realize we are deaf and required accessibility at home but not willing to work with us to ensure our home equip with, so we have to pay extra which is not fair as hearing customers have those all set included while we deaf have to buy equipment to go with. Second Lennar home but disappointed

This was our second time purchasing a Lennar home. However, their “everything’s included” motto is no longer, it’s especially disappointed since the price was double than our first home. Sellers agent was a terribly difficult to work with and made the buying experience unpleasant.

If I didn't have an amazing Realtor this would have been an even worse experience. My best advice is really do your research on materials because the options they provide (carpet,tile etc)never look the same once installed. I will be having many things replaced (windows and doors) some things were just thrown together in the build. Better communication with their lender would also improve the process

House defect include: unfinished dry wall, recess not working and solar system still not working after many attempts to fix it. It had to take time off work to wait for contractors that do not show up. Just terrible.

Horrible experience with construction and walkthroughs

We had issues with our walkthroughs and continue to have issues almost 2 months after closing. Each walkthrough, construction issues were not addressed and more issues were created due to sloppy workmanship. We had a confrontation with the construction supervisor, Rob, and then he called the salesperson, Allen, while we were in the office to yell and cuss him out for allowing us into the home that we had already put money down. A crack in our kitchen cabinet was addressed multiple times and the same crack continues to come back because it was somehow caulked rather than replacing the cabinet. ...

Everything started well, but there were issues at our 1st walk through that were never addressed. Windows and sliding doors were not aligned, chips in paint, chips n bath tub, chip in flooring. Constant threats of losing your deposit even though they didn't approve you and sends you to another place to get approved very sketchy. They approve you even though you cant actually afford a property to make a sale. The house itself was way overpriced for the area in what you actually get, no fans anywhere in the home and all bedrooms don't even have lights wtf is that. The paint job that was done in the kitchen and restrooms were of poor quality. Paint was splattered all over the floor and globs of paint were dropping on the wall. The construction didn't seal holes from the deck causing a lot of bugs to come inside the house, especially a huge trail of ants the first 2 weeks we moved in. When we did the inspection of the home prior to moving in to fix any mistakes, they missed it of what we marked off. They were supposed to fix all the mistakes but only did about 70% of them. The worst experience one can have, bought this house for more than $1M and the quality of the house is extremely low. The customer service and warranty services are disaster, vendors takes months and months to even address the issues those have posted even prior to closing the escrow. I have purchased houses through other builders and I could see a big difference in the quality. Issues began the first day we moved in. Within the month we’ve lived here we have had a major water leak. Slow response times to fix the issue. The items we discussed in the walkthrough were not fixed and our move in day was awful because of it. We are even considering legal action at this point because the leak was brought up in the inspection and lennar breached its contract by lying to us and telling us it was fixed and addressed when it clearly wasn’t. Can’t believe Lennar would want me to reiterate the nightmare of an experience home buying at Willow Springs has been. Fraudulent actions on so many levels, and a home that has had numerous issues within the first week of moving in. Non responsive customer service department. Love the location, but absolutely shocked at the multitude of issues upon move in, and the fact that they are still unresolved six weeks later!
