We love our house and it was a great experience

Coming from Wisconsin the bathrooms are normally close enough that you don’t need to waste water by running in down the drain for 30 second to get hot water. Also the change of design of not having a land line option in the house is a bit disappointing as when the next emergency (earthquake or fire) in the area, we know cell phone will not work. I also don’t understand why we have no option for electric appliances when there are solar panels on the roof. These items make me question the architect that designed the buildings.

Make sure you take your time with your walkthrough. I felt rushed and some issues where never fixed.

Lennar needs to work on their problem solving skills and communication skills. Customer service needs to work more harder!

I like the architectural design. Everyone involve in the building process is very helpful and knowledgeable. Any concerns you have were addressed properly.

Poor floor quality no happy with first floor material

Great value for your money. There are a few things on material that could have been better. Electrical breakers keep pooping and base board ends not painted.

Moved in with some issues and also quality of the work are not really well

We were left in the dark for weeks as they pushed back our closing date several times. We tried getting a hold of Corina multiple times on several different occasions but she ignored all our calls, voicemails and emails. The home itself is beautiful but are now having issues with leaks and things missing. The customer service person - chris- also completely ignores all the calls, voicemails and txts. Only when we complain he comes around and still doesnt actually get anything done. Rick was great to work with and we know he did his best. Brian the builder is amazing and so kind and helpful. The home is great, not perfect but overall I am satisfied. There were some minor issues and was fixed but it took a while to get it done. Most likely due to world wide shortage of materials due to Covid. Overall I am satisfied.

The process was not what I wanted to experience for buying my first home. I was pre-approved for a loan went through the process for a walk through of the home. After the walk through was told did not qualify. Alternative loan (non Lennar company) company was great. For repair of items in home takes multiple attempts or extended period of time for reply.

Very easy process, with help along the way to make things easy to understand.

Very disappointed with the service I have received. I will not be purchasing with Lennar again nor would I recommend to any family or friends.

From start to finish Lennar was with me step by step with friendly progress reports and updates regarding my home as well as the developing community. I was very impressed with the level of service and performance given throughout my entire process. My buying experience with Lennar has really raised the bar when it comes to "standard". Lennar treats you like family, not a customer. 5-star services all the way.

Very beautiful new home. My wife loves new home a lot.

Quality of work in building home was poor, seems certain trades are about quantity not quality when it came to building home.

My concern has been the outside paint on the house seems to be coming off, with the ongoing construction we often sweep or wash with the water house and the paint comes off.

You'll get home issues even though it's a brand new home and everything has to go through a submitted work order for them to fix the issue.
