Excellent - keep up the service

If you buy a house and there are issues with it lennar will try to blame you for it. And since there are issues with it obviously they didn't do a good job on it.

Overall great experience for a first time home owner. I had a lot of questions through out the process and LENNAR did a good job of answering those questions and teaching me.

Lennar build quality comfortable house

This was my first time buying a new build and it was a great experience. The whole Lennar team has been great to work with and very responsive to needs once we were moved in.

Troy, Trina, and Joe have been helpful throughout this process. Erin our consultant was the best

Overall I had a great buying experience. The issue I had was encountered after move in. My home has no heat because the heater wasn’t working and we went a few days with no heat until I went and purchased heaters for the house.

There’s no quality control a lot of defect needed to repair after moving in, materials that were use are not consistent with other homes within the community, no feedback from construction manager when questions were ask about the house.

We love our house and it was a great experience

Coming from Wisconsin the bathrooms are normally close enough that you don’t need to waste water by running in down the drain for 30 second to get hot water. Also the change of design of not having a land line option in the house is a bit disappointing as when the next emergency (earthquake or fire) in the area, we know cell phone will not work. I also don’t understand why we have no option for electric appliances when there are solar panels on the roof. These items make me question the architect that designed the buildings.

Make sure you take your time with your walkthrough. I felt rushed and some issues where never fixed.

Lennar needs to work on their problem solving skills and communication skills. Customer service needs to work more harder!

I like the architectural design. Everyone involve in the building process is very helpful and knowledgeable. Any concerns you have were addressed properly.

Poor floor quality no happy with first floor material

Great value for your money. There are a few things on material that could have been better. Electrical breakers keep pooping and base board ends not painted.

Moved in with some issues and also quality of the work are not really well

We were left in the dark for weeks as they pushed back our closing date several times. We tried getting a hold of Corina multiple times on several different occasions but she ignored all our calls, voicemails and emails. The home itself is beautiful but are now having issues with leaks and things missing. The customer service person - chris- also completely ignores all the calls, voicemails and txts. Only when we complain he comes around and still doesnt actually get anything done. Rick was great to work with and we know he did his best. Brian the builder is amazing and so kind and helpful. Financial Department repeated request at the last hour. Once submitted and complete the first time.

The home is great, not perfect but overall I am satisfied. There were some minor issues and was fixed but it took a while to get it done. Most likely due to world wide shortage of materials due to Covid. Overall I am satisfied.
