The entire team from sale to mortgage application was very helpful. However, escrow was less than enthusiastic to answer questions in general. Unlike some of my neighbors, no major issues with quality of workmanship and materials. Still don't know whether the garage door and color are built to original specifications; wait time for the subcontractors to respond and to do minor repairs have been too long and is too earlier to tell the lease of the solar system is a good deal.

Had issues with the building team and the loan team that made the home buying process a living hell. There was not one sole person of contact on the building team that was responsible for communicating with me and getting issues pointed out at walkthroughs resolved. No one wants to do their job, no one is on quality control for the subcontractors, it’s been an absolute headache that has sucked all the joy out of being an owner of a brand new Lennar home, and I am moved in and still dealing with issues and can’t get an answer back on things. Buying a newly constructed home is the best decision you’ll ever do

A little more attention to detail is needed in workmanship. It was found when attempting to install a ceiling fan that the wires were completely painted, over and they had to be scrapped to identify the color. Where you'd assume 18" between studs, it was 24". After some rain, a 2 1/2 + foot sink hole appeared adjacent to the exterior garage wall directly below the breaker box.

Gail is a very knowledgeable agent for Lennar. She is well aware of all sales activity going on with their site and can hone in on incentive offers, first-time buyer programs and shifts in progress of pending or active sales; that could reap benefits for perspective buyers.

The staff is exceptional. Barbara in Sales was always very kind always available to answer any question and knew my name. Julia, my loan rep was knowledgeable and patient as the process was a lot to deal with. She was very good explaining everything and I sure had questions! Keith conducted the dusty shoe tour and explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. Whitney my on-site Customer Care Rep will definitely make you feel like you’re family and make sure you get taken care of. Steve conduced a virtual visit to take care of a weather stripping issue. Options available, during purchase I was not limited options.

The process with Lennar was exceptional from beginning to end when we got our keys. The team frequently checked in with us on how the home was progressing and having that transparency was crucial as at the time of construction we lived very far. We appreciate all the hardwork the team has put into making these houses a home and we look forward to enjoying our home for years to come.

Friendly and professional but be prepared for many issues with finished quality and timely response to address issues…especially with the numerous small contractors they use to complete homes…

Excellent - keep up the service

If you buy a house and there are issues with it lennar will try to blame you for it. And since there are issues with it obviously they didn't do a good job on it.

Lennar build quality comfortable house

This was my first time buying a new build and it was a great experience. The whole Lennar team has been great to work with and very responsive to needs once we were moved in.
