We absolutely love our new home. From start to finish, Lennar made it very comfortable and convenient. Our sale person Merry was very professional and willing to help, Dan our lender was awesome, Scott (i think thats his name( head of construction was very helpful, the loan officer ers, then Chris, he is an asset to your company. They all are.

The overall process was easy and not overwhelming. Every person that led us thru the process took the time to make this stress-free.

Worked with Klarissa and she answered all questions and made home buying process easy. I would ask for her, if you are buying a home at Willow Springs, Murrieta. It makes a huge difference to work with someone who is trustworthy, diligent, and truly seems to enjoy helping people. She is quick to respond to any inquiries and takes initiative to make sure the closing process is easy. She follows up, if something is missing. I also spoke with her supervisor Matt and he also does his very best to help resolve any issues. No problems with the home so far and I am certain that if we ever have an issue, it will be resolved. We initially looked at quite a few new houses by at least 5 different builders. After considering all the factors important to us, the top 2 communities were both by Lennar. The process of buying working with Sophie was very smooth. She is very professional, attends to details and always quick in responding to our questions. We are also very pleased with Carlos, who did the walk through with us and till this day is still very attentive to our needs. We love our new Lennar home.

I had a great experience working with the Lennar team from the sales person (Rosalie to the closing notary person (Taylor). Everyone was professional and very friendly. I was especially impressed with the loan processing team. They processed my loan in such a short period of time, and I was able to close escrow in 3 weeks.
