Lennar Sales Rep and Lennar Mortgage agent made this experience extremely horrid. From the start, sales rep wasn't knowledgeable about what she was selling and gave us false information. Gave us the bait and switch, telling us their mortgage company was going to give us a credit that we could use towards closing, buying down credit, or upgrades. When we opted to use it for upgrades, she backtracks and says it can't be used for that purpose. Both her and the mortgage agent were impossible to get a hold of and when you could speak to them, they make it sound like you're the biggest ...

There were so many great incentives that pushed us to buy this house and I’m glad we did. The quality of the house is great. The home buying experience was quick and seamless. We closed in 17 days after waiting 6 months for our home to be built with another competitor (completion kept being pushed out). All in all this was the best choice!

I’m happy with my experience purchasing my home through Lennar. The buying process went smoothly, and I love my new home. However, I’m very unhappy with the solar panels that were sold to me. It has been two months and they are still not connected, and it’s almost impossible to get in contact with the solar panel company. This part of the experience has been very frustrating.

I am satisfied with the overall buying process; however, since moving in we have noticed several issues with appliances not functioning properly. More recently, significant cracks have begun to appear in the corners of multiple rooms. There are also cracks in the stucco, and in some areas pieces of stucco have fallen off. I am unsure whether these issues are considered normal settling or if they indicate poor workmanship or material quality.

The best person we worked with was our lender Julia she went above and beyond for us. Beyond that every person I talked to did not seem to have a clue what was going on. When I asked sales questions the most common response was I don’t know. When we moved in we got a parking ticket before we even had access to work with the HOA. The HOA has been a nightmare ever since. We have fully purchased solar panels that two months in are still not even on. I can’t get a hold of Gaf the company to tell me what is the hold up. My experience hasn’t been great at all and that’s putting it mildly!! I was always taught growing up, if I do not have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all!! On another note, I have dealt with nothing but, incompetent, unprofessional, inconsistent, unreliable, rude, cruel, dishonest, and very disrespectful individuals and I am very sorry that I ever purchased a Lennar home!!!

I am a disappointed in the decrease of quality. I have always liked Lennar homes, but they have really made some major cuts on their materials and quality. Not what they use to be. This is our second home and not impressed. Worried my home will not last as long.

The over all experience is great and the house is wonderful. Since this is my first house and as we have been getting to know it better. We have found little discrepancies that could have been caught while the build was going on. I know we have a year to have things fixed but it would have been nice NOT to have anything to fix too. Again, new home and first time home buyer so maybe I am being a little over methodical but then again we are spending a lot of money on our home so things should be what you want them to be.

Whole process was very aggravating. From the delays to the lack of communication. Move in dates were pushed back 4 months. There was a constant rotation of realtors. Value is decent compared to larger cities. Disappointed in the lack of options for the home. Came with basic white cabinets and a horrible vinyl flooring. I do love the future plans for the area.

My main point of issue with Lennar was their response times to emails, calls or texts. This especially goes to Tracy their salesperson, Julie in Finance and Lennar Title. Many errors on paperwork that took forever to fix. Once 5pm arrived, Tracy was nowhere to be found and when I finally moved in, no call, text or email to congratulate me from Tracy our salesperson. Every time I dealt with her, it was a job, albeit there were times she was great. Overall, Lennar was unorganized and left me out to dry quite often.
