We had nothing but radio silence and issues when we were actually going through the buying process with Lennar, however once we moved in, we were taken care of with nothing but white glove service. Anytime we had an issue, or had a repair needed, we were taken care of or fixed up within a week. Crazy to think they were the same company. If only everyone at Lennar operated like the on-site sales team. Thanks to George, Daniel and Klarissa!

The quality of these homes are pretty good. The experience with Lennar Mortgage was a bit difficult, as well as having issues addressed during the building process. There were issues of not getting all of the Everything Included items that were promised by the Sales Office.

I was impressed with all of the homes I saw. The staging of the homes made you interested in purchasing. I am happy that the builder included all of the appliances in the purchase of the home. I pretty much got everything that I wanted.

Please DO NOT buy a Lennar home. They come with nothing but headaches and the customer service team acts like they are doing you a favor by fixing things under warranty that should not have been an issue within the first two months of ownership. ie plumbing failures, water leaks, water damage, flooring needing to be replaced, blocked conduit resulting in a delay of internet serviceability, heater not working, and landscaping irrigation problems to name a few. Lennar uses the cheapest contractors to build these homes as fast as they can and the quality really suffers because of that. I bought ...

I closed escrow in July 2021. I expected quality for the price of the house and for having Lennar as the builder. But staying in the house for few months now brought me a lot of disappointments. The granite in our kitchen countertop absorbs water and now stained with oil after it was claimed to be sealed by Brandon from quality control dept., and even after I sealed it before use. I spoke to Brandon about the issue, and I was told that it will be adressed, but I have not heard anything yet until now. Loan processor asked for the same docs over and over again. The worst materials used. I’m still having issues and currently I’m without heating and AC.

We do love our house and understand things happen while building BUT Lennar should do a better job with communicating. We have been contacting them for months to have our block wall fixed (which is detached from the wall and is becoming a hazard) and we’re promised the company would call…months later nothing still. Problems keep popping up at this house. We’ve been here five months and I’ve put in probably 15 work orders. The builder slapped this house together without attention to detail or quality control.

Buying process was not horrible. Home has turned out to be built extremely poorly and needs lots of warranty work. Builder also decided to save money by not completing a retaining wall between the properties resulting in 15k in out of pocket expense to resolve eroding steep hill of dirt builder somehow got the city to sign off on. Stay away from Lennar if you want quality for your money.

Overall, we are okay with our first home experience, friendly helpful staff but really wish for better quality. First, our house was delayed as SCE did not install power cables on time (or so we were told). This messed up our entire furniture delivery schedule. Second, the entire home seems way to rushed. When we moved in the roof was missing a tile, one the cabin door fell off in less than 2 months, one of our window screen was missing during move in, one of light switch was installed upside down, another switch wasn’t connected to power and just found out as the weather is getting cold ...
