The process was not what I wanted to experience for buying my first home. I was pre-approved for a loan went through the process for a walk through of the home. After the walk through was told did not qualify. Alternative loan (non Lennar company) company was great. For repair of items in home takes multiple attempts or extended period of time for reply.

Very easy process, with help along the way to make things easy to understand.

Very disappointed with the service I have received. I will not be purchasing with Lennar again nor would I recommend to any family or friends.

From start to finish Lennar was with me step by step with friendly progress reports and updates regarding my home as well as the developing community. I was very impressed with the level of service and performance given throughout my entire process. My buying experience with Lennar has really raised the bar when it comes to "standard". Lennar treats you like family, not a customer. 5-star services all the way.

Quality of work in building home was poor, seems certain trades are about quantity not quality when it came to building home.

My concern has been the outside paint on the house seems to be coming off, with the ongoing construction we often sweep or wash with the water house and the paint comes off.

You'll get home issues even though it's a brand new home and everything has to go through a submitted work order for them to fix the issue.

We are very impressed with the responsiveness of the care team, especially Ernie, with our post move in issues, which are minor. We love the community.

We had nothing but radio silence and issues when we were actually going through the buying process with Lennar, however once we moved in, we were taken care of with nothing but white glove service. Anytime we had an issue, or had a repair needed, we were taken care of or fixed up within a week. Crazy to think they were the same company. If only everyone at Lennar operated like the on-site sales team. Thanks to George, Daniel and Klarissa!

The quality of these homes are pretty good. The experience with Lennar Mortgage was a bit difficult, as well as having issues addressed during the building process. There were issues of not getting all of the Everything Included items that were promised by the Sales Office.

Lennar made it easy to buy

I was impressed with all of the homes I saw. The staging of the homes made you interested in purchasing. I am happy that the builder included all of the appliances in the purchase of the home. I pretty much got everything that I wanted.

Please DO NOT buy a Lennar home. They come with nothing but headaches and the customer service team acts like they are doing you a favor by fixing things under warranty that should not have been an issue within the first two months of ownership. ie plumbing failures, water leaks, water damage, flooring needing to be replaced, blocked conduit resulting in a delay of internet serviceability, heater not working, and landscaping irrigation problems to name a few. Lennar uses the cheapest contractors to build these homes as fast as they can and the quality really suffers because of that. I bought a new home to avoid some of the issues I thought I might have with an existing home and instead I ended with nothing but problems. No accountability from Lennar whatsoever. They often failed to respond to service requests and needed to be reminded in order to schedule contractors for repair. I asked to speak with management to be compensated one way or another and they failed to call back multiple times after telling me they would speak to their bosses about my request. Customer service just responds with general cliches and does not sincerely care about their customers. I would NEVER recommend Lennar homes to anyone and whenever someone asks about Lennar I will always let them know how terrible the Lennar experience has been, especially as a first time home buyer. ...
