Poor quality homes, they use the cheapest materials and perform sloppy work. They don’t own up to mistakes. They constructed the property lines wrong by 5 feet on one side and they would not take ownership of it, said that they don’t make mistakes. Well thankfully my husband called the city surveyor out who confirmed the mistake and forced Lennar to redo the lines. Another example: when we removed the tile in kitchen we found patchy concrete that wasn’t the correct type and would cause long term uneven floors because they had forgotten to put in piping for the fridge. Constant threats of losing your deposit even though they didn't approve you and sends you to another place to get approved very sketchy. They approve you even though you cant actually afford a property to make a sale. The house itself was way overpriced for the area in what you actually get, no fans anywhere in the home and all bedrooms don't even have lights wtf is that. A bunch of damage that was identified through the walkthroughs that still have not been fixed and its been 3-4 months already. New construction with poor quality

The paint job that was done in the kitchen and restrooms were of poor quality. Paint was splattered all over the floor and globs of paint were dropping on the wall. The construction didn't seal holes from the deck causing a lot of bugs to come inside the house, especially a huge trail of ants the first 2 weeks we moved in. When we did the inspection of the home prior to moving in to fix any mistakes, they missed it of what we marked off. They were supposed to fix all the mistakes but only did about 70% of them. The worst experience one can have, bought this house for more than $1M and the quality of the house is extremely low. The customer service and warranty services are disaster, vendors takes months and months to even address the issues those have posted even prior to closing the escrow. I have purchased houses through other builders and I could see a big difference in the quality. I would not recommend anyone to Lennar. Quality issues and an electric water heater that sounds like a compressor. Electricity bill 4xs the amount of my neighbors. Ridiculous experience.

Issues not solved. Horrible quality issues with the build.

Issues began the first day we moved in. Within the month we’ve lived here we have had a major water leak. Slow response times to fix the issue. The items we discussed in the walkthrough were not fixed and our move in day was awful because of it. We are even considering legal action at this point because the leak was brought up in the inspection and lennar breached its contract by lying to us and telling us it was fixed and addressed when it clearly wasn’t. Can’t believe Lennar would want me to reiterate the nightmare of an experience home buying at Willow Springs has been. Fraudulent actions on so many levels, and a home that has had numerous issues within the first week of moving in. Non responsive customer service department. Love the location, but absolutely shocked at the multitude of issues upon move in, and the fact that they are still unresolved six weeks later!

I decided to give new home buying a shot. I’ve purchased four primary homes in the last 10 years so yes I do have some experience. However new home buying with Lennar has been nothing but painful. I think their intents were right but the execution was horrible. First off, each dept doesn’t care about their peers so they just push accountability around. Second, the loan dept was the worst I’ve used ever. Didn’t really have a choice as their deal was the best for rate. She never communicated with me the buyer. I would have to be the one to call the office to get answers to my questions, even then she would have to find out the answers to my questions and get back to me. We have had struggles and issue with our home from the start. We got in the home in spite of Lennar Financing, it seems like they did everything they could to keep us from being financed. But we got in anyway. Now with the home we have had multiple issues one right after another, some in series.

In our experience, the home buying process at The Province in Indian Wells was terrible, although we love the home, the neighborhood, and our neighbors. The main trouble came from the Representative at the model homes, Corina. Once we opened escrow, this was our point of contact. During escrow, Corina was very uncommunicative, told us wrong or incomplete information countless times, and even almost caused us to lose the house on two different occasions. Not the best experience going with Lennar

The lender leading up to the closing date was the worst experience. I would never use Lennar as a lender. I had to get a backup loan because so many mistakes their officers made. The loan officer and processor didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Once we got the house we needed so many repairs, they are building so fast they make so many building mistakes , crooked walls leaks. The only positive experience has been with kristine she handles all the repairs and issues after move in.

Ok product. Horrible process and buying experience

I was initially drawn to the design of the home. The design and the actual house is ok but the entire process was bad. The entire process was transactional and it was not at all efficient. I never felt like a valued home buyer. Support was lacking and at times several departments from Lennar does not seem to know what is happening. I have heard this same experience from others that actually bought my old home instead of a new home from Lennar. Customer Service is definitely below average.

Most of the experience was good with the exception of the closing process. They close of the house was delayed by a month or later. We were charged a rate extension fee through Lenar mtg and were told that this would be credited back and it never was. I tried following up on this several times only to get delay after delay which leads me to the thought that it’s really just a stall tactic until I go away. This has been a terrible experience when it should’ve been a great one.

Horrible experience with a few employees that did their job well. Initial walk through of the home showed build quality and finishing touches were mediocre with cracked shower fiberglass to deep scratched windows to paint drops on the kitchen floor to drawers scratched. Kristine took care of it professionally and quickly. We have lived in our house for a month and have multiple large cracks in our sheet rock where the ceiling meets the wall. The home is beautiful but the whole experience of buying was horrible

Horrible communication with all parties involved with Lennar. Lennar agent saw us show up with our realtor and advised us last minute that we would not be able to use him. We were pretty much on our own throughout the whole process.

Lennar's workmanship is not what it used to be...it was top notch many years ago when we purchased a prior home. This time around, the workers who built the home did not pay attention to detail; some of the finished work was sloppy, no attention to detail in some areas and overall I attribute it to rushed work.
