They are really nice people

I closed escrow in July 2021. I expected quality for the price of the house and for having Lennar as the builder. But staying in the house for few months now brought me a lot of disappointments. The granite in our kitchen countertop absorbs water and now stained with oil after it was claimed to be sealed by Brandon from quality control dept., and even after I sealed it before use. I spoke to Brandon about the issue, and I was told that it will be adressed, but I have not heard anything yet until now. Brandon said that maybe because the granite has been stored for a long period of time before it was used is the reason why it absorbs water easily and is already stained. But I don’t think that there is any excuse for not assuring the quality of anything before putting everything together in this house. The shelves and brackets in master’s closet also fell apart after we hanged clothes. As per Brandon, there should only be maximum weight to be placed, which was never mentioned ever. And I don’t think that good quality will break easily. I wish IBrandon said that it is how they make standard closet and I can always upgrade using another company if I want a better quality. Too bad, I thought Lennar has the quality I was looking for. For the repaint and drywall touch ups, I was scheduled for a certain day and when I was making sure to get it done by the scheduled date, Adrianne from builder’s choice snapped at me and told me that I am not the only client. Then the appointment should be more than a day and was managed prior, for me to plan my days as well. Now, for the repaint of my front door and doorstep, the door should have been painted entirely, but it appears that there is no touch up in the bottom area. which is very obvious and frustrating to look at. and for the doorstep, the paint dripped underneath, and now stained the stucko. Which i need to call quality again for. In my backyard, the planter looks weird. It wasn’t straight all the way and the sprinkler switch is the in the middle of nowhere. Brandon said that it was how it was disigned and approved by the builder. Which is confusing because both of my neighbors doesn’t have a planter. Good Quality Home and Very good staff mainly marketing and finance

Loan processor asked for the same docs over and over again. The worst materials used. I’m still having issues and currently I’m without heating and AC.

I had a great experience with our Lennar realtor but unfortunately did not have a good experience with the loan officer we used by Lennar. We do love our house and understand things happen while building BUT Lennar should do a better job with communicating. We have been contacting them for months to have our block wall fixed (which is detached from the wall and is becoming a hazard) and we’re promised the company would call…months later nothing still. We have had to put in two orders to get it fixed and text the manager in charge and have not received a response. The lack of communication with this company is pretty disappointing. ... More

Love our house but we had issues with things the first day we moved in. I’ve noticed little flaws here and there and carelessness within the build itself but I do love my house.

The sales team and home care team have been great. Beautiful home with minor issues after move-in that were taken care of quickly. The Lennar Mortgage is incredibly shady. Worked with the mortgage team for over eight months. Terrible communicators with even worse work ethics. Tried to take our house back at the last minute due to errors on their part that could have been solved but they refused to try to work with us. Forced to threaten legal action before we were heard and given a chance to find a new mortgage company less than 24 hours before we were to sign documents. Problems keep popping up at this house. We’ve been here five months and I’ve put in probably 15 work orders. The builder slapped this house together without attention to detail or quality control.

Buying process was not horrible. Home has turned out to be built extremely poorly and needs lots of warranty work. Builder also decided to save money by not completing a retaining wall between the properties resulting in 15k in out of pocket expense to resolve eroding steep hill of dirt builder somehow got the city to sign off on. Stay away from Lennar if you want quality for your money.

My experience was great! The build had some minor things to fix but the responsiveness with the warranty was fast

My overall experience with Lennar, and all active players on the team in making the purchase of my home a great experience. I truly appreciate all the help that I received to make this process of buying a home less stressful for me.

Overall, we are okay with our first home experience, friendly helpful staff but really wish for better quality. First, our house was delayed as SCE did not install power cables on time (or so we were told). This messed up our entire furniture delivery schedule. Second, the entire home seems way to rushed. When we moved in the roof was missing a tile, one the cabin door fell off in less than 2 months, one of our window screen was missing during move in, one of light switch was installed upside down, another switch wasn’t connected to power and just found out as the weather is getting cold that the heater didn’t work (and not sure when someone will come to address the issue). With all this, we are not sure what other problems (hopefully none) will come up the longer live in the house. It is worth noting that the staffs (Jeff snd Joannie) were super helpful and responsive through this whole process which made these issues easier to handle. However, we still expected better workmanship for a new home built by lennar. The mortgage loan was made easier and less stressful thanks to the help from our MLO, Kathy, from Lennar mortgage, the escrow and scheduling staff was less helpful and made our final signing and closing experience extremely stressful. ... We enjoyed the great customer service from Daniel Hernández. He was clear and honest every step of the way. We love our home and receive great service from Ernie when an issue pops up.

Beautiful, affordable homes, with great accessories and modern amenities. We've already helped 2 of our old apartment neighbors find homes here.

Model home customer service lady was incredible. We asked numerous questions that I’m sure became annoying but she didn’t show it at all. Once we were under contract I thought she would be less helpful since there pretty much was no backing out for us. She continued to be extremely reachable and there for us. The whole process of waiting for our home to build was awesome, thanks to her great customer service. Once we got into our home, we were thrilled with the quality of workmanship. Of course everything wasn’t perfect and when we had to put in a work order for something to be fixed/adjusted/looked at, the home customer service guy was just as good. If he could fix it himself, he would come by and do it. If not, he would have someone come by to take care of it. Not only that, he helped me install my bedroom ceiling lights!!! Just incredible customer service all around with Lennar. We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase. We love our home and get many compliments from family and friends. ... More

Make sure you read and understand all the CC&R's gor the community your are buying in...HOA. They can be real petty with common home-owner practices.

Very professional your in good hands with Lennar

I love the quality of the home and how beautiful the community looks. Overall I’m happy about the experience.

They build really fast and sometimes the quality and workmanship suffer. However they do their best to resolve issues.

We shopped around with many pre owned homes and other builders and Lennar absolutely gives you more for your money. The quality of craftsmanship is great and if you have any issues the problems are resolved quickly.

Title company and Champion Windows are difficult to work with.
