We enjoyed the great customer service from Daniel Hernández. He was clear and honest every step of the way. We love our home and receive great service from Ernie when an issue pops up.

Beautiful, affordable homes, with great accessories and modern amenities. We've already helped 2 of our old apartment neighbors find homes here.

Model home customer service lady was incredible. We asked numerous questions that I’m sure became annoying but she didn’t show it at all. Once we were under contract I thought she would be less helpful since there pretty much was no backing out for us. She continued to be extremely reachable and there for us. The whole process of waiting for our home to build was awesome, thanks to her great customer service. Once we got into our home, we were thrilled with the quality of workmanship. Of course everything wasn’t perfect and when we had to put in a work order for something to be fixed/adjusted/looked at, the home customer service guy was just as good. If he could fix it himself, he would come by and do it. If not, he would have someone come by to take care of it. Not only that, he helped me install my bedroom ceiling lights!!! Make sure you read and understand all the CC&R's gor the community your are buying in...HOA. They can be real petty with common home-owner practices.

I love the quality of the home and how beautiful the community looks. Overall I’m happy about the experience.

They build really fast and sometimes the quality and workmanship suffer. However they do their best to resolve issues.

We shopped around with many pre owned homes and other builders and Lennar absolutely gives you more for your money. The quality of craftsmanship is great and if you have any issues the problems are resolved quickly.

I was a little unhappy with the fact that I was basically threatened by Daniel, with being cancelled for the fact that I wanted to use my own lender. He said that order came from the top ( corporate ) NOT COOL GUYS!! But other than that, everything once passed that point was GREAT really GREAT!! Everyone in my opinion was stellar!! I will definitely refer you to loved ones and friends , HOWEVER , I may mention that one sticking point ! Overall… I give you a 9 !

Good builder. Makes quality homes. Some small things I had to call about but everything was dealt with accordingly.

Home buying experience was great! Very kind, helpful and supportive. However, issues were not resolved even after 4 months. Most of the manuals and remote controllers were missing. IT support was great. We appreciate very much on his help on resolving many issues related to slow wifi and operation of the curtains and so on. One of the ceiling fan is not working but it cannot be repaired with one year warranty because it is an optional item, which is hard to understand. Other than this issue. Overall, not bad.

A couple of decades ago, Lennar was a builder who focused on producing a high quality product at a fair price. Those days are gone. Today, their new homes use the cheapest materials possible. Plastic shower stalls and bathtubs, appliances that don't work. Complaints are ignored even for the most trivial issues, such as trim that needs an extra coat of paint. The decline in quality and attention to detail is shocking if, like us, you've owned a Lennar home in the past. We cannot recommend.

We love our new home. The floor plan and location are perfect.

Buying process was pretty smooth and sales staff was on point and very quick to respond. After closing, the construction and communication has gone down hill. Would strongly consider other builders on my next home purchase. Overall experience was a 6/10.

The Operations team constructing the house were more helpful than the Real estate transaction team. It should be the other way around.

I honestly purchased the home due to the location but was not happy and am still not happy with all the active repairs having to be completed due to negligence on the builders part. It honestly feels like they just slapped my home together.

escrow was horrible....we were in escrow forb8 month while house being built. They waited until the LAST WEEK to let is know we need few more documents. Then we're scrambling to find before we closed. Ended up closing after initial closing date because of it.

Had a good experience with Purchasing my home at Heritage Lake. The building process went smoothly. Would not recommend the builders lender, they are non-responsive. Save yourself the stress and use an outside lender. But the home is good value.

Lennar offers quality at a competitive price. The communities are well thought out and some offer amazing recreational amenities.
