Horrible experience with a few employees that did their job well. Initial walk through of the home showed build quality and finishing touches were mediocre with cracked shower fiberglass to deep scratched windows to paint drops on the kitchen floor to drawers scratched. Kristine took care of it professionally and quickly. We have lived in our house for a month and have multiple large cracks in our sheet rock where the ceiling meets the wall. The home is beautiful but the whole experience of buying was horrible

The process was not what I wanted to experience for buying my first home. I was pre-approved for a loan went through the process for a walk through of the home. After the walk through was told did not qualify. Alternative loan (non Lennar company) company was great. For repair of items in home takes multiple attempts or extended period of time for reply.

Lennar Sales Rep and Lennar Mortgage agent made this experience extremely horrid. From the start, sales rep wasn't knowledgeable about what she was selling and gave us false information. Gave us the bait and switch, telling us their mortgage company was going to give us a credit that we could use towards closing, buying down credit, or upgrades. When we opted to use it for upgrades, she backtracks and says it can't be used for that purpose. The best person we worked with was our lender Julia she went above and beyond for us. Beyond that every person I talked to did not seem to have a clue what was going on. When I asked sales questions the most common response was I don’t know. When we moved in we got a parking ticket before we even had access to work with the HOA. The HOA has been a nightmare ever since. We have fully purchased solar panels that two months in are still not even on. I can’t get a hold of Gaf the company to tell me what is the hold up. My experience hasn’t been great at all and that’s putting it mildly!! I was always taught growing up, if I do not have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all!! On another note, I have dealt with nothing but, incompetent, unprofessional, inconsistent, unreliable, rude, cruel, dishonest, and very disrespectful individuals and I am very sorry that I ever purchased a Lennar home!!!

Truly the most nightmare experience ever. Just 1.5 months in, I need more fingers just to count the amount of problems I’ve encountered with this house and the whole process. I truthfully regret ever buying this house, and would not recommend Lennar to anyone ever.

Robyn was the only great and helpful person in the entire process who response to calls. As it stand I don’t even know who to call to activate my solar panels and paying close to $500 for electricity bill. I hope I get a better experience.

Very bad customer service, poor quality of paint used interior and exterior. Lennar mortgage process is disappointing, homes are appraised less than sale price, limited options for customers to choose upgrades. overall house buying experience is not satisfactory.

Poor experience with receiving keys difficult process

When I closed on home I took a while to pick up the keys. Explained I had to go somewhere 20 miles away to pick up the keys. Also the person said someone might rob and break in my new home which scared me because now I feel unsafe in my new home

I am a first time homebuyer and this purchase has been nothing but problems. House was very clearly rushed. There is no point of contact to escalate issues. All attempts to contact my customer care rep have been extremely poor. Prior to closing, rep did not follow through on issues found in the first walkthrough. He did not attend the final walkthrough 1 day before closing, no notice or apology. After closing, issues are very slow to be addressed, taking several weeks to resolve simple things. Our initial sales agent Corina was perfect. Attentive and responsive Since then we have had nothing but problems. Plumbing leaks, painting issues, cabinet issues,, irrigation, counters and in trying to fix your problems your people have damaged our personal possessions. Oh and by the way one bathroom sink fell from the counter this morning. That is not all the issues we have put in for repair just what I can remember at the moment. Lennar has taken what was supposed to be a great experience and ruined it and taken 800k as well. Not something I will be recommending. Quite the opposite

Out of good faith we accepted the house with many things still not fixed that we saw on the initial walk through and the final. After escrow was closed we were tossed out the priority list. Many many things that had to be fix as expected, disappointment came when I had to chase down the warrant people for every single thing that had to be fixed, some of the stuff took weeks to be fixed and some other we had to be very persistent to get them fix. bug issue inside and outside the house

I had bug issue one month after moved in. There have been bugs in the bed daily, which is not a living situation and not able to compromise according to my tenant. It was identified as springtail came from mulch they put in the front yard. Although those area are covered by HOA, but as a matter of fact, those mulch were put in by the builder. No warranty after closing

Lennar just wants to sell you the home and after closing if you discover something was missing or damaged like a scratched mirror or stained countertop and you didn't discover it during the walkthrough, they'll tell you it's not covered under warranty even though they tell you a million times before closing that don't worry you have a one year warranty! Apparently the warranty is worthless.

Horrible experience. Noone ever answers the phone and when they do they pass the issue to another person. There's problem every step of the way. Had to postpone receiving the keys because lennar mortgage did not release the loan on time. Many issues with the house, weak construction, water leaks, power not wired properly.
