The home is beautiful we love it. Great value for the price. Good customer service. I don’t regret my decision to buy this home. I did experience some concerning issues that could’ve been tragic - tankless water heater gas line nuts were hand tightened and cleared inspection. Gas was leaking in garage when I first walked in, at first it was a faint, vague smell, but on day two I called the gas company. They immediately identified the issue and fixed. Good thing I’m not a smoker or none of my movers smoked or we’d be gone. GFI in garage kept tripping, turning off water heater daily. Electrician was called and discovered the breaker wire in the panel was loose, he tightened it and replaced GFI switch just in case. Carpet edges had nails sticking up in various places. I was stuck by one in the foot that thankfully didn’t pierce. I then inspected the rest of the house and found several others, I fixed those myself with a hammer. Other items we’re minute compared to those two. Called customer care for other items. The vinyl fence was blown off by the winds on day two. Lennar came and reassembled it but still waiting on a missing fence post cap. It seems the fence is assembled like legos, and does not have permanent installation materials like screws or glue. Being this region is known for high winds, I would think construction would have figured out to use stronger materials to withstand. The final observation was the drywall material inside the home is very cheap. It has crumbled very easily when I install curtain rods and shelves. If I didn't have an amazing Realtor this would have been an even worse experience. My best advice is really do your research on materials because the options they provide (carpet,tile etc)never look the same once installed. I will be having many things replaced (windows and doors) some things were just thrown together in the build. Better communication with their lender would also improve the process

Stephanie, our sales rep, was incredible getting us through the home buying processes. Vince, the construction manager was incredible in making sure the house was as perfect for us as possible. He even stopped by occasionally after we moved in to make sure everything was going well. He went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot some work I was doing and touching up some paint that I messed up. The house itself has been a blessing. The family and I are loving the many “e.i.” Upgrades, and quality craftsmanship. This is our second Lennar home and we are very happy with both experiences.

Lots of included upgrades, my house even came with window blinds! Great customer service! Walkthrough was very detailed oriented!

The entire process was a WOW! We really enjoyed the builders and inspection team walking us through all of the features throughout the house. Chris, the gentlement that handled our walk through was and has been a HUGE help. He is responsive, gets things done quickly. Our only complaint is we were promised a mirror in our master bathroom because the incorrect one was installed. It was first said to be available two weeks after closing (Mid January) then we were told they could not come in the home until Feb 1, then when we called at the end of February we were told it a company would be reaching out to setup an install. My wife and I had such a great experience buying our new home. We came from a condo and what an upgrade! Very happy to be in our new home and raise our daughter in this neighborhood.

People are great and helpful but the time line they are given to build is causing a quantity over quality situation putting unnecessary pressure on the workers that are doing the work

The customer-first focus was second to none.

Sadly, the information from one team to the next gets lost. The client has to constantly remind them of what was told and by whom. Obviously, the client will do it since they are making such an important investment, but the support and guidance provided by Lennnar, especially to first homebuyers, is subpar. Lastly, quality of materials, attention to detail and overall value for the price paid is questionable. There is a general lack of refinement with many details.

Front office at the arboretum in Fontana, ca was awesome however, eagle home mortgage was unorganized, poor communication, just terrible.

Sales Representative were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during purchasing of my home. After moving into home and minor incident with drawer and under cabinet were addressed and fixed quickly.

Started to look at new development in N. Fontucky about 2 years ago. Give or take. We new we had to clean up some debt. Earlier, in March, we came back to see if we qualified. And we did. We got on the VIP list. People were super nice. Through the process. Super easy buy. We also went from 3rd phase to 1st phase and got a few extras. Cari was super awesome from the beginning to end. Eagle mortgage has some work to do. Wrong forms , missing forms, wrong prices, and multiple signings. It did match the awesome people before and after the purchase. Now that we purchased our house, the people fixing something here and there ( it's normal) we're pretty cool too. Raul and Brett are very involved. Super responsive. They both take pride in the work they do. I love my house. My neighbors are pretty cool too. I hope they don't hate me because of my dogs. Anyway, I would buy again. My lender though. Love it. Lot of lack of communication, answer or updates from sales. Also I have been complaining that might have some issue with the electric installation in the house and it has been kind of ignored . Some specific issues were taken care after 3 or 4 claims but still the breaker keeps going off. It’s not normal that a new house have the breaker off so often. Wish some one could come and inspect in general if everything is ok.
