My wife and I had such a great experience buying our new home. We came from a condo and what an upgrade! Very happy to be in our new home and raise our daughter in this neighborhood.

People are great and helpful but the time line they are given to build is causing a quantity over quality situation putting unnecessary pressure on the workers that are doing the work

The customer-first focus was second to none.

Sadly, the information from one team to the next gets lost. The client has to constantly remind them of what was told and by whom. Obviously, the client will do it since they are making such an important investment, but the support and guidance provided by Lennnar, especially to first homebuyers, is subpar. Lastly, quality of materials, attention to detail and overall value for the price paid is questionable. There is a general lack of refinement with many details.

Front office at the arboretum in Fontana, ca was awesome however, eagle home mortgage was unorganized, poor communication, just terrible.

Sales Representative were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during purchasing of my home. After moving into home and minor incident with drawer and under cabinet were addressed and fixed quickly.

Started to look at new development in N. Fontucky about 2 years ago. Give or take. We new we had to clean up some debt. Earlier, in March, we came back to see if we qualified. And we did. We got on the VIP list. People were super nice. Through the process. Super easy buy. We also went from 3rd phase to 1st phase and got a few extras. Cari was super awesome from the beginning to end. Eagle mortgage has some work to do. Wrong forms , missing forms, wrong prices, and multiple signings. It did match the awesome people before and after the purchase. Now that we purchased our house, the people fixing something here and there ( it's normal) we're pretty cool too. Raul and Brett are very involved. Super responsive. They both take pride in the work they do. I love my house. My neighbors are pretty cool too. I hope they don't hate me because of my dogs. Anyway, I would buy again. My lender though. Love it. Lot of lack of communication, answer or updates from sales. Also I have been complaining that might have some issue with the electric installation in the house and it has been kind of ignored . Some specific issues were taken care after 3 or 4 claims but still the breaker keeps going off. It’s not normal that a new house have the breaker off so often. Wish some one could come and inspect in general if everything is ok.

The service and attitude of all is a treat. Extremely happy with the experience. From the sales office to our move in coordinator to the warranty. People accommodate and are courteous and professional.

This is a really nice community and hone. The Lennar team is very responsive to any needs you have. My movers dinged my walls a bit and Lennar crew were here to fix the minor issues. The homes are low Yard maintenance which is nice in this hot weather. They will not disappoint inside and out.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was somewhat understandable that their office was limited interacting with their clients; however, it was very difficult getting to them for questions we had while trying to buy and close our house with Lennar. They were always late responding to our emails and phone calls. We had to try multiple times to get the answers we need in order to move on to the next step. During the last few days while closing the house, it was hard to contact them with questions and to find out the status of the closing process. After we moved into our new house, the customer service response to our service requests have been poor, delayed and frustrating. There were many issues we found at the time of final walk-through before we moved in, but only half of the list was repaired by the time we moved in. We found more and more items that required the repairs, but Lennar's response has been insincere and dishonest. They promised that all items we put into the repair list will be taken care of as soon as possible, but until today, they have only managed to repair few things on the list, i.e. 30% of the items in the list. We had to keep asking the same thing over and over until one or two items on the list get taken care of, then no response from Lennar customer service rep. Only a trickery and falsifying promise was given whenever we made requests for the repairs. In addition, the house has so many issues that need the repairs, we were so disappointed on the workmanship and the materials Lennar used to build the new house for the buyers. ... More

No medicine cabinets in each bathroom is very inconvenient and will just need to be added, not good. Interior paint appears watered down or just very cheap. So thin any touch leaves a mark

The experience from the staff was awesome. Everybody from Robert, Leslie, and Shiloh get nothing but praise from my family and I.

Not a terrible experience overall. Workmanship is so so, but they are pretty responsive to any issues that come up. Working with their Financing company is terrible so if you can get your own financing I would highly recommend that

I should have known something was wrong with the seller agents when they brushed off my question regarding the real estate taxes and mello roos.

Starting with the Rosalie in the office with her exceptional experience and knowledge to Dale in repairs we have always felt secure in our experience.

The quality of detail put into this house is one of the worse I’ve seen for a builder. You can tell they used some of the cheapest contracting companies around. When trying to correct this issues, you’ll get the run around for months. It’s been five months and I’m still trying to get them to fix items. It’s said that you pay a lot of money for these houses and your treated like scum. Document everything, because you’ll probably be bringing them to court.

I ended up purchasing one of the mode homes and I absolutely love it. Top to bottom this home fits me like a glove. And I rated 5s on the questions asked but would strongly recommend Lennar partner with a different lender during the process. That was the worst loan experience I have ever had and I have bought more than 7 homes in my time.
