The service and attitude of all is a treat. Extremely happy with the experience. From the sales office to our move in coordinator to the warranty. People accommodate and are courteous and professional.

This is a really nice community and hone. The Lennar team is very responsive to any needs you have. My movers dinged my walls a bit and Lennar crew were here to fix the minor issues. The homes are low Yard maintenance which is nice in this hot weather. They will not disappoint inside and out.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was somewhat understandable that their office was limited interacting with their clients; however, it was very difficult getting to them for questions we had while trying to buy and close our house with Lennar. They were always late responding to our emails and phone calls. We had to try multiple times to get the answers we need in order to move on to the next step. During the last few days while closing the house, it was hard to contact them with questions and to find out the status of the closing process. After we moved into our new house, the customer service response to our service requests have been poor, delayed and frustrating. There were many issues we found at the time of final walk-through before we moved in, but only half of the list was repaired by the time we moved in. We found more and more items that required the repairs, but Lennar's response has been insincere and dishonest. They promised that all items we put into the repair list will be taken care of as soon as possible, but until today, they have only managed to repair few things on the list, i.e. 30% of the items in the list. We had to keep asking the same thing over and over until one or two items on the list get taken care of, then no response from Lennar customer service rep. Only a trickery and falsifying promise was given whenever we made requests for the repairs. No medicine cabinets in each bathroom is very inconvenient and will just need to be added, not good. Interior paint appears watered down or just very cheap. So thin any touch leaves a mark

The experience from the staff was awesome. Everybody from Robert, Leslie, and Shiloh get nothing but praise from my family and I.

Not a terrible experience overall. Workmanship is so so, but they are pretty responsive to any issues that come up. Working with their Financing company is terrible so if you can get your own financing I would highly recommend that

Starting with the Rosalie in the office with her exceptional experience and knowledge to Dale in repairs we have always felt secure in our experience.

The quality of detail put into this house is one of the worse I’ve seen for a builder. You can tell they used some of the cheapest contracting companies around. When trying to correct this issues, you’ll get the run around for months. It’s been five months and I’m still trying to get them to fix items. It’s said that you pay a lot of money for these houses and your treated like scum. Document everything, because you’ll probably be bringing them to court.

I ended up purchasing one of the mode homes and I absolutely love it. Top to bottom this home fits me like a glove. And I rated 5s on the questions asked but would strongly recommend Lennar partner with a different lender during the process. That was the worst loan experience I have ever had and I have bought more than 7 homes in my time.

We are now going on for five months since we have move to our new house and so far we have two toilet bowls that have clogged. This is just for regular use, object was put in, just regular use and appropriate toilet materials. I suspect the toilet bowls are the cause.

From staff to the house, everything is amazing. Love the way Lennar takes care of you as if you were a member of the family. Thank you so much!

Pete and the entire team here on site was very polite, professional and efficient with getting us settled into our new home.

Compared with other builders, Lennar gives so much amenities/equipment as standard not as add on and we have made research 8month before we bought the house. which is a great value. However, during the final walk and the first 90 days, we found quite a bit of issues with quality workmanship, some are small and some are majors. Most issues were addressed but the more we pay attention to details the more we have issues with workmanships. For example, ceiling on the second floor was uneven toward the wall and we found out when we painted the wall ; secondly, numerous cracking on wall plaster ; bedroom doors were installed improperly and The edges rubbing the frame when opening or closing ; when flushing the toilet, you can hear the water running down the pipe so loud , which could be a sign of improper sealing.; weather stripping on the doors wasn’t installed properly and I can see big gaps on the bottom of main door: I’m still trying to address all issues with the builder for resolution. ... Great value all around

We understand that Don is a busy man and he has gone above and beyond to ensure any issues we have had with the home that they are addressed. We have however had a work order placed for 4 months now for stains appearing in our granite as well as electrical concerns with a few of our outlets blowing the circuit breaker. The electrician has called us and has not been very willing to work around our Work schedule and the granite has not been replaced as we have been told there are other additional processes that need to be done to eliminate the stain before the granite is replaced. This stain issue was brought to the attention of our home warranty folks back in November. ... More
