Good experience, streamlined, easy. We love our home. A few corrections needed a few weeks in but were promptly taken care of.

We bought a new Lennar home last fall in Heritage Lake (Menifee, CA) and absolutely love it. We looked at other builders in the area and genuinely felt the craftsmanship was noticeably better with Lennar. We also love that the features we wanted were standard with Lennar, whereas they were upgrades with other builders (e.g., rooms pre-wired with J-boxes for ceiling lights/fans, nice countertops in kitchen and bathroom, raised panel doors, sculpted baseboards). The process of buying the house was easy and stress free, and the team in the sales office was absolutely great. Landscaping is poor. No weed barrier on mow hill. Garage completed without a primmer coat, which is horrible. Trouble matching interior paints. Response time to have issues completed is sub-par. Sales team was amazing, huge props to Rosalie and Kathy.

Never buy a new construction home from any other builder. Lennar is the best. Hands down.

The whole process as first time home buyers was fast, easy, and fun! Everyone has been extremely helpful and they consistently reach out to us to Make sure everything is going well! :)

Beautiful home with all the smart features.

After searching for some time we finally stopped here in Winchester. Dawn was extremely helpful since day one. Before closing Javi was already making an impression of the type of person he is, and has gone above and beyond everytime. Everytime we see him he stops and makes us feel like family. This was not just an investment, but they made us feel more comfortable with the entire process on our "forever home".

I love our Lennar home! You get so much more for your dollar because they include so many extras. The technology included is state of the art.

Lennar made the buying process easy and smooth. The sales representative and lender answered all the questions I had (and I had a LOT) and it never seemed like I was bothering them. The house is beautiful and if I ever find an issue, I just call the customer service rep. and it is taken care of immediately.

We love our new smart home. Value for price was incredible. Responsiveness on latent defects has been ok -- most of our issues addressed but it takes some time.

The home is very well built And the included automation is amazing like the ring and integrated wiring for WiFi where there are no dead spots. There are just a few small things that are becoming noticeable like the garage door not closing all the way and the door knobs being loose. Nothing major. Lennar is very responsive and ensures to get things corrected very quickly. Overall I am very happy with my lennar home.

Lennar always does a great job in responding to issues.

Inspect your new home on your first walk through and final walk through. Don’t sign off until EVERYTHING and anything you want fixed or changed is done. If you sign off and then complain later their responds will be, “ You signed off on the home.” Take a contractor you trust to inspect the home prior to signing off.

I’m very happy with my Lennar home.

We just recently bought a home in Rosena Ranch from a Lennar community. Since we've moved in, we have had to call service quite a few times for issues that should not be happening in a new home. For example, our handrail on the stairs are already having separation from the wall. It is under warranty and will get fixed, but it is very inconvenient especially because the contractors have to schedule so far out. These things should not be happening in a new home. I don't know if I trust Lennar's workmanship. The backyard was done very cheaply as well and all the neighbors complain about the amount of mulch that was put in. ... More

Repairs not taken care of as promised

We love the house itself. We were disappointed that Lennar only installed 1 outside hose spigot in the middle of the enclosed patio and also 1 "inside" of the garage. Both are difficult to use. We had to spend a lot of money to trench the side yard to install water to the back yard. The grading in the back was terrible and we, again, had to pay quite a bit to grade it before landscaping. Lots of small things were wrong and at first the response to fix them were quick, and now we just wait and wait until someone corrects other issues. There were problems in front parkway where water lines burst twice. The workers ripped out all the plants and as of yet have not replaced them. We've asked several times to have that taken care of, but no help there. Our air conditioner slipped out of housing in attic because it wasn't fastened correctly and had to be reattached, then the repair man noted that a lot of the ducts were not even sealed and he taped those for us. We have had several damaged windows and some have been replaced. Now have noticed a cut in the slider door. Also plaster is cracking around family room window and no response yet. Seems like a lot of small problems considering the amount of money charged for this home. We are a bit disappointed with overall quality. ... More

Great home and quick to respond to any questions/issues

The workmanship is on the sloppy side, for lack of a better word. I’m having to submit customer service request for too many issues that should’ve been taken care of before moving in.

Our entire experience has been amazing from the agents that helped us buy, to the mortgage and escrow companies. If we had any sort of concern there was always someone available to answer our questions. We had a few things that needed to be fixed when we moved in and they had people right on top of it. All repairs were completed very quickly and they did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with our new home in Heritage Heights.

The Lennar team was excellent in every area of our home buying experience. I would recommend Lennar to my family and friends looking to purchase a home.

Concrete in driveway had a lot of discoloration. Concrete on back patio had some cracks.
