Tara our sales rep was super helpful & truly made it an enjoyable experience buying our first home. God made the way! He set us up with her for a reason. We had many questions and she definitely never made us feel we were a nuisance and helped us the best way she can, if she couldn’t, she gave us options and recommendations. Gail is a very knowledgeable agent for Lennar. She is well aware of all sales activity going on with their site and can hone in on incentive offers, first-time buyer programs and shifts in progress of pending or active sales; that could reap benefits for perspective buyers.

The process with Lennar was exceptional from beginning to end when we got our keys. The team frequently checked in with us on how the home was progressing and having that transparency was crucial as at the time of construction we lived very far. We appreciate all the hardwork the team has put into making these houses a home and we look forward to enjoying our home for years to come.

Model home customer service lady was incredible. We asked numerous questions that I’m sure became annoying but she didn’t show it at all. Once we were under contract I thought she would be less helpful since there pretty much was no backing out for us. She continued to be extremely reachable and there for us. The whole process of waiting for our home to build was awesome, thanks to her great customer service. Once we got into our home, we were thrilled with the quality of workmanship. Of course everything wasn’t perfect and when we had to put in a work order for something to be fixed/adjusted/looked at, the home customer service guy was just as good. If he could fix it himself, he would come by and do it. If not, he would have someone come by to take care of it. Not only that, he helped me install my bedroom ceiling lights!!!
