The Lennar team I worked with was great from start to finish. Marla, my sales associate, was amazing—super helpful and easy to work with. Jorge, my home care rep, was quick to respond and got things taken care of right away. Overall, Marla and Jorge really made my homebuying experience a great one.

I’ve emailed and called several times and spoke with the builder to get the cover for a sprinkler head that is missing. When we did the walk through it was documented and they said it would be done by the time we moved in, it’s been over a month and there still isn’t any communication on when it’s gonna get done, it’s very frustrating that once you purchase a house from lennar it feels like your concerns are put to the side and that’s not good for a company to promise these things and here we are well over a month with no response. Very disappointing to say the least.

Very bad customer service, poor quality of paint used interior and exterior. Lennar mortgage process is disappointing, homes are appraised less than sale price, limited options for customers to choose upgrades. overall house buying experience is not satisfactory.

At the entrance of my home, there are two stone post(wall), this job was pretty bad. I've been notified the sales agent number of times, but no correction was made. Hope, the construction company response quickly.

Quality of home built shows cheap material

Lennar home purchase experience was good. However, the quality of material and the workmanship is sub par. There is clear evidence that Lennar has tried to cut cost to sell homes for cheap and new homeowners would have to bear that cost. For example, in our home in the backyard the there is a big dirt pile incline by the fence that reduces the RV park space and furthermore I will have to pay thousands of dollars to build retaining wall there. Similarly the quality of paint in the house seems low quality,

Buying the house so good everyone at Lennar was helpful and professional. Once moved in get anyone to simply finish the repairs that were agreed upon on the walk thru has take multiple attempts. Many miss appointments no call backs no reschedules. Very disappointing and frustrating. I guess getting the house funded and closed was the most important part of the process for Lennar not customer service and support.

Poor quality homes, they use the cheapest materials and perform sloppy work. They don’t own up to mistakes. They constructed the property lines wrong by 5 feet on one side and they would not take ownership of it, said that they don’t make mistakes. Well thankfully my husband called the city surveyor out who confirmed the mistake and forced Lennar to redo the lines. Another example: when we removed the tile in kitchen we found patchy concrete that wasn’t the correct type and would cause long term uneven floors because they had forgotten to put in piping for the fridge. From the initial discovery of our house to the day it closed was just under a month. Gail our Sales Consultant was great from showing the house to me the first day I saw the house to follow up and coordination throughout our quick closing. Lennar has a good reputation so we trusted them. The overall experience for us is alright. Agent was good but as soon as we signed the contract, her responses become less and less and far in between. We noticed as we moved in how Lennar has cut on a lot of things that we expect from a new home built. On the second bathroom upstairs, it is missing a towel rod by the sink, the windows are all fake window in the bathrooms. You cannot open any of them, so you cannot even air your bathrooms. For the price we paid, we were hoping to have these little details taken cared of instead of us worrying ...

I would not recommend anyone to Lennar. Quality issues and an electric water heater that sounds like a compressor. Electricity bill 4xs the amount of my neighbors. Ridiculous experience.
