My first home. What a Great experience!!

Stephanie, our sales rep, was incredible getting us through the home buying processes. Vince, the construction manager was incredible in making sure the house was as perfect for us as possible. He even stopped by occasionally after we moved in to make sure everything was going well. He went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot some work I was doing and touching up some paint that I messed up. The house itself has been a blessing. The family and I are loving the many “e.i.” Upgrades, and quality craftsmanship. This is our second Lennar home and we are very happy with both experiences.

Sales Representative were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during purchasing of my home. After moving into home and minor incident with drawer and under cabinet were addressed and fixed quickly.

Started to look at new development in N. Fontucky about 2 years ago. Give or take. We new we had to clean up some debt. Earlier, in March, we came back to see if we qualified. And we did. We got on the VIP list. People were super nice. Through the process. Super easy buy. We also went from 3rd phase to 1st phase and got a few extras. Cari was super awesome from the beginning to end. Eagle mortgage has some work to do. Wrong forms , missing forms, wrong prices, and multiple signings. It did match the awesome people before and after the purchase. Now that we purchased our house, the people fixing something here and there ( it's normal) we're pretty cool too. Raul and Brett are very involved. Super responsive. They both take pride in the work they do. I love my house. My neighbors are pretty cool too. I hope they don't hate me because of my dogs. Anyway, I would buy again. My lender though. Love it. This is a really nice community and hone. The Lennar team is very responsive to any needs you have. My movers dinged my walls a bit and Lennar crew were here to fix the minor issues. The homes are low Yard maintenance which is nice in this hot weather. They will not disappoint inside and out.

The experience from the staff was awesome. Everybody from Robert, Leslie, and Shiloh get nothing but praise from my family and I.

I ended up purchasing one of the mode homes and I absolutely love it. Top to bottom this home fits me like a glove. And I rated 5s on the questions asked but would strongly recommend Lennar partner with a different lender during the process. That was the worst loan experience I have ever had and I have bought more than 7 homes in my time.

From staff to the house, everything is amazing. Love the way Lennar takes care of you as if you were a member of the family. Thank you so much!

We bought a new Lennar home last fall in Heritage Lake (Menifee, CA) and absolutely love it. We looked at other builders in the area and genuinely felt the craftsmanship was noticeably better with Lennar. We also love that the features we wanted were standard with Lennar, whereas they were upgrades with other builders (e.g., rooms pre-wired with J-boxes for ceiling lights/fans, nice countertops in kitchen and bathroom, raised panel doors, sculpted baseboards). The process of buying the house was easy and stress free, and the team in the sales office was absolutely great. Lastly, we absolutely love the Heritage Lake community with all the walking and running trails. We're so happy that our first-choice home was in our first-choice community. ... More

Never buy a new construction home from any other builder. Lennar is the best. Hands down.
