I ended up purchasing one of the mode homes and I absolutely love it. Top to bottom this home fits me like a glove. And I rated 5s on the questions asked but would strongly recommend Lennar partner with a different lender during the process. That was the worst loan experience I have ever had and I have bought more than 7 homes in my time.

From staff to the house, everything is amazing. Love the way Lennar takes care of you as if you were a member of the family. Thank you so much!

We bought a new Lennar home last fall in Heritage Lake (Menifee, CA) and absolutely love it. We looked at other builders in the area and genuinely felt the craftsmanship was noticeably better with Lennar. We also love that the features we wanted were standard with Lennar, whereas they were upgrades with other builders (e.g., rooms pre-wired with J-boxes for ceiling lights/fans, nice countertops in kitchen and bathroom, raised panel doors, sculpted baseboards). The process of buying the house was easy and stress free, and the team in the sales office was absolutely great. Never buy a new construction home from any other builder. Lennar is the best. Hands down.

Our entire experience has been amazing from the agents that helped us buy, to the mortgage and escrow companies. If we had any sort of concern there was always someone available to answer our questions. We had a few things that needed to be fixed when we moved in and they had people right on top of it. All repairs were completed very quickly and they did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with our new home in Heritage Heights.

my best experience was working with George. How he went through each and every room and explain how everything works. I've bought from Lennar before. In fact my first purchase was in Rosena Ranch. From that experience to this one is night and day. Honestly, back in 2011 when I purchased the home in Rosena Ranch. It felt like they just wanted to sell as many homes as they can. It was a bad experience from the beginning. For example my house was broken into the first day I got my keys by the contractors. I can say that because some of the items that were taken required a special tool that the crews only knew about. No one did a walk through with me.
