I am a first time homebuyer and this purchase has been nothing but problems. House was very clearly rushed. There is no point of contact to escalate issues. All attempts to contact my customer care rep have been extremely poor. Prior to closing, rep did not follow through on issues found in the first walkthrough. He did not attend the final walkthrough 1 day before closing, no notice or apology. After closing, issues are very slow to be addressed, taking several weeks to resolve simple things. Not a pleasant experience throughout this journey

I will not call this experience a pleasant one. Working level team is not at all sympathetic towards buyer. They don’t have problem solving / reducing mindset. From day one things didn’t go in a professional ways. They collected all information from my agent and later on denied to pay any commission. This list is very long . However the above point was completely unprofessional. Construction quality is also having question mark . I have submitted few complaints but one of them is most important. Hoping a good resolution.

I used to think Lennar was the best builder ever! Why? Because they used to install ceiling speakers, cat5 jacks in every room, and not only they Not have that, they have no phone jacks, they decided not to run conduit from the garage to smart box, which the modem is in the garage, and if you want home phone, you need to put it in the garage. It was very difficult working with Michelle to be honest. This is our second home and there is no comparison with how great tri point was with purchasing and any issues we have had. There are some things that we went through with Brian during the walk through who was great, however when michelle handled our second walk through she was very dismissive and inattentive to our concerns. Our initial sales agent Corina was perfect. Attentive and responsive Since then we have had nothing but problems. Plumbing leaks, painting issues, cabinet issues,, irrigation, counters and in trying to fix your problems your people have damaged our personal possessions. Oh and by the way one bathroom sink fell from the counter this morning. That is not all the issues we have put in for repair just what I can remember at the moment. Lennar has taken what was supposed to be a great experience and ruined it and taken 800k as well. Not something I will be recommending. Quite the opposite

The Sales Department was my favorite part of my experience. David was there for me every step of the way! If I had a question he always had a answer or would cheerfully get the answer. Maintenance department is so good and they prep the home so very nice for delivery. Thank you Richard and team. Every part of the house buying was good except for the Lennar Mortgage. Nothing but problems!!! I would suggest getting the loan elsewhere.

Low build quality, finding problems since day 1. A lot of relatively small issues but they build up and snowball. A lot of it can be avoided by putting in high quality work in the first place. Sales team and home rep are generally responsive but the same can't be said for their lender team.

Lennar Sales Team and the Loan Officer made the process pleasant. Thomas and Gail were awesome!! I wish I could say the same about the underwriting process. We started our home buying process six months before closing and we didn’t get our final approval from the underwriter until 3 days before closing. This was such a stressful situation. Issues began the first day we moved in. Within the month we’ve lived here we have had a major water leak. Slow response times to fix the issue. The items we discussed in the walkthrough were not fixed and our move in day was awful because of it. We are even considering legal action at this point because the leak was brought up in the inspection and lennar breached its contract by lying to us and telling us it was fixed and addressed when it clearly wasn’t. Out of good faith we accepted the house with many things still not fixed that we saw on the initial walk through and the final. After escrow was closed we were tossed out the priority list. Many many things that had to be fix as expected, disappointment came when I had to chase down the warrant people for every single thing that had to be fixed, some of the stuff took weeks to be fixed and some other we had to be very persistent to get them fix. Would highly recommend to show more accountability on your warranty managers. The guy who handles warranty at my community takes for ever to come by ...

We had a leak in the downstairs bathroom where a nail was put through a cold water line. Mold was found in the walls from the leak and required holes to be placed in the walls and flooring in the downstairs bathroom, hall closet and entry area near the garage. We had a sewage blockage that was noticed in our walk-through. There was carpet installed on the stairs over broken floorboards.
