The sales team was awesome from Nancy to Christian they are all great.

Home orientation and walk through is excellent. All issues and repairs were addressed quickly.

My overall experience buying a home with Lennar was great. The house and the community are beautiful, and the process was mostly smooth. However, the only negative aspect of the experience was dealing with Lennar Mortgage. In the final two weeks before closing, the mortgage process caused a lot of anxiety due to delays, ober the top strict underwriting, and miscommunications, ultimately leading me to switch to another lender. Despite this hiccup, I’m very happy with my new home.

Lennar's workmanship is not what it used to be...it was top notch many years ago when we purchased a prior home. This time around, the workers who built the home did not pay attention to detail; some of the finished work was sloppy, no attention to detail in some areas and overall I attribute it to rushed work. Thumbs down for me on Lennar: I would consider other builders in the future - I wouldn't exclude Lennar, it's just that I would not make them my 1st choice of builders any longer. Ex: exterior stucco - not sealed at the Fascia of the home, allows bees to nest; nails showing through exterior stucco; nails showing through interior stucco; overall poor quality control; during our walk-through for final sign off, the interior of the home was dirty - no excuse for dusty floors, dirty tub and shower. I fell in love with the house, but the company was not trustworthy, unhelpful, and does not follow through.

I purchased my last home four years ago, also a Lennar home. When it was time to sell and move I looked for Lennar communities. The entire experience with pruchasing went smoothly. Minor issues with a cabinet were resolved quickly. I have noticed the workmanship in construction and drywall is of poorer quality. My floors slope in some areas and drywall is warped in a few places.

Our first homebuyer experience could have been much better had the sales team been much more responsive and kept us up to date on the status of the home. We missed out on the initial home we wanted due to the first sales person, Sheri, not responding to us in a timely manner. The sales person for the 2nd home, Corina, was very friendly once you were able to get ahold of her. After the contract was signed though, we only heard from her if we reached out several times with a question or concern. Even then, we sometimes had to reach out to other people to get an answer. Our closing date was missed as the builder did not provide the necessary items to escrow in a timely manner. We even had to provide documents to the escrow company ourselves as the sales person was not responding to the escrow team. When we picked up our keys we were advised there was an issue with our mail box which was being worked on. We got the run around from the post office and the builder on this issue and had mail and packages returned to sender for several weeks. We had to open a PO Box just be able to get our mail. We eventually got someone high up in the post office to respond to us and stated they had already been in contact with our sales person and was waiting on documents. After many weeks the sales person finally responded with what was needed to get this matter resolved. The home has been great but you can tell some of the construction team rushed thru some items such as the shower not being caulked properly and leaking, brand new lights in the house going out - even though they are supposed to last for many years, needing a new ac compressor after living in the home for only 2 months, the sprinkler system not being set up correctly and many of the plants dying. Good experience for my new home purchase

The lender leading up to the closing date was the worst experience. I would never use Lennar as a lender. I had to get a backup loan because so many mistakes their officers made. The loan officer and processor didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Once we got the house we needed so many repairs, they are building so fast they make so many building mistakes , crooked walls leaks. The only positive experience has been with kristine she handles all the repairs and issues after move in.

This experience was smooth as pie, unlike going to get a home already dolled up. I signed paperwork, which was expected, and everything was easy to read and understand except for the money portion I had to get clarification on it. Other than that I had a good experience and would buy more properties.

Loan officer Jason was amazing and we’re Extremely happy with his service. Overall, the neighborhood is great however, several items on the house were not completed correctly. Also, very concerned about some of the other items I have brought up…..I have been unable to get a phone call back from Lennar about my concerns. However I would definitely recommend buying from Lennar to my friends and family

Over all good experience. Appliances were ordered late and went without Refrigerator for a week. Love the home.

I am a first time homebuyer and this purchase has been nothing but problems. House was very clearly rushed. There is no point of contact to escalate issues. All attempts to contact my customer care rep have been extremely poor. Prior to closing, rep did not follow through on issues found in the first walkthrough. He did not attend the final walkthrough 1 day before closing, no notice or apology. After closing, issues are very slow to be addressed, taking several weeks to resolve simple things. The rep does not seem to proactively work on my tickets and instead requires me to reach out and push him to get the problems fixed. I will not call this experience a pleasant one. Working level team is not at all sympathetic towards buyer. They don’t have problem solving / reducing mindset. From day one things didn’t go in a professional ways. They collected all information from my agent and later on denied to pay any commission. This list is very long . However the above point was completely unprofessional. Construction quality is also having question mark . I have submitted few complaints but one of them is most important. Hoping a good resolution.

Easy and convenient and reliable

They used cheap material in the house and does not match with the price. Also has small pool for big community and it’s not kids friendly pool.

I used to think Lennar was the best builder ever! Why? Because they used to install ceiling speakers, cat5 jacks in every room, and not only they Not have that, they have no phone jacks, they decided not to run conduit from the garage to smart box, which the modem is in the garage, and if you want home phone, you need to put it in the garage. They got so cheap they decided to not install the flex conduit and they install the latch on the gate not only upside down but they put it on the outside instead of inside like it’s supposed to, and their excuse? “Oh well, that’s just what was in the plans!” That deserves a 1 star, but I didn’t cuz I still love my home. ... Waiting for clarification on the above. Now my concern is after some touch up after patio construction that I may have to re-fog coat or paint 3 elevations. to fix the discoloration.

I’d also like to give a huge round of applause to customer care representative Arthur Castrejon. He did a spectacular job on the walkthrough and spotted and tagged things that needed fixing before we did and has been available to me after closing when I’ve had questions on things around the home. It was very difficult working with Michelle to be honest. This is our second home and there is no comparison with how great tri point was with purchasing and any issues we have had. There are some things that we went through with Brian during the walk through who was great, however when michelle handled our second walk through she was very dismissive and inattentive to our concerns. Anyway we addressed was a straight no without looking further to the issues. Our dishwasher was broken inside- the parts are unattached, the whole dishwasher can be removed it was never properly assembled and when we addressed this her response was we have to reach out to GE as it was not brought forward during our walk through- how would we know to run the dishwasher during our walk through Also other concerns and issues we have had it seems like the other representatives like Corina and Brian at least attempted but Michelle was just very frustrating rude and inattentive to deal with which did not make our experience pleasant. ... Hi .I did buy my house .your seller krystin.is a terrible.and not professional that all .I been asking my s row papers since 2 months ago..also the mail box keys .I just get it after 2 months. I been asking .email.calling..krystin.and also marcos manager of hoa ..this 2 person are terrible .and Kristin now said that I dont speak inglish..I hope is not cause iam usa citizen latin...cause I just want my scrow papers.and pool key..and lennar costumer service...there's one more thing I have to say I been asking also one repair .and only robert the builder contractor is the one who answer

Overall experience is great. Great communication and support. I feel Lennar can do better with materials quality. Using cheap vinly for windows and doors is not good.
