The staff is exceptional. Barbara in Sales was always very kind always available to answer any question and knew my name. Julia, my loan rep was knowledgeable and patient as the process was a lot to deal with. She was very good explaining everything and I sure had questions! Keith conducted the dusty shoe tour and explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. Whitney my on-site Customer Care Rep will definitely make you feel like you’re family and make sure you get taken care of. Steve conduced a virtual visit to take care of a weather stripping issue. This was my first time buying a new build and it was a great experience. The whole Lennar team has been great to work with and very responsive to needs once we were moved in.

Great value for your money. There are a few things on material that could have been better. Electrical breakers keep pooping and base board ends not painted.

My concern has been the outside paint on the house seems to be coming off, with the ongoing construction we often sweep or wash with the water house and the paint comes off.

We are very impressed with the responsiveness of the care team, especially Ernie, with our post move in issues, which are minor. We love the community.

After searching for some time we finally stopped here in Winchester. Dawn was extremely helpful since day one. Before closing Javi was already making an impression of the type of person he is, and has gone above and beyond everytime. Everytime we see him he stops and makes us feel like family. This was not just an investment, but they made us feel more comfortable with the entire process on our "forever home".

Lennar made the buying process easy and smooth. The sales representative and lender answered all the questions I had (and I had a LOT) and it never seemed like I was bothering them. The house is beautiful and if I ever find an issue, I just call the customer service rep. and it is taken care of immediately.

The Lennar team I worked with was great from start to finish. Marla, my sales associate, was amazing—super helpful and easy to work with. Jorge, my home care rep, was quick to respond and got things taken care of right away. Overall, Marla and Jorge really made my homebuying experience a great one.

From the initial discovery of our house to the day it closed was just under a month. Gail our Sales Consultant was great from showing the house to me the first day I saw the house to follow up and coordination throughout our quick closing. Shawn our sales officer was a phenomenal resource that helped us through the process and was always available to answer our questions. Jason our customer care representative during our homebuyer inspection was very knowledgeable, personable and made us feel at home for the first time. He and his team worked through some construction workmanship issues in a very timely and professional manner. They were very forthcoming with a few issues that happened during the final touch up process. Jason, Jorge, Anthony, Cody and Kelly and the team with Vintage Flooring were a great compliment to the overall team and again helped us get our “The New House” (as our baby calls it) to pristine condition prior to closing. I had worked with Lennar both directly and as an outside Architect and this is the sincerest form of flattery or if you will confidence in a home builder when someone who has worked with/and for a company and chooses to put their personal faith, trust and families’ future memories in a Lennar Home.
