Good experience, streamlined, easy. We love our home. A few corrections needed a few weeks in but were promptly taken care of.

Beautiful home with all the smart features.

After searching for some time we finally stopped here in Winchester. Dawn was extremely helpful since day one. Before closing Javi was already making an impression of the type of person he is, and has gone above and beyond everytime. Everytime we see him he stops and makes us feel like family. This was not just an investment, but they made us feel more comfortable with the entire process on our "forever home".

Lennar made the buying process easy and smooth. The sales representative and lender answered all the questions I had (and I had a LOT) and it never seemed like I was bothering them. The house is beautiful and if I ever find an issue, I just call the customer service rep. and it is taken care of immediately.

Our house was one of the best values in the area. We had great customer service experience throughout the whole buying process as well as after we purchased the house.

The Lennar team I worked with was great from start to finish. Marla, my sales associate, was amazing—super helpful and easy to work with. Jorge, my home care rep, was quick to respond and got things taken care of right away. Overall, Marla and Jorge really made my homebuying experience a great one.

From the initial discovery of our house to the day it closed was just under a month. Gail our Sales Consultant was great from showing the house to me the first day I saw the house to follow up and coordination throughout our quick closing. Shawn our sales officer was a phenomenal resource that helped us through the process and was always available to answer our questions. Jason our customer care representative during our homebuyer inspection was very knowledgeable, personable and made us feel at home for the first time. He and his team worked through some construction workmanship issues in a very timely and professional manner. They were very forthcoming with a few issues that happened during the final touch up process. Jason, Jorge, Anthony, Cody and Kelly and the team with Vintage Flooring were a great compliment to the overall team and again helped us get our “The New House” (as our baby calls it) to pristine condition prior to closing. I had worked with Lennar both directly and as an outside Architect and this is the sincerest form of flattery or if you will confidence in a home builder when someone who has worked with/and for a company and chooses to put their personal faith, trust and families’ future memories in a Lennar Home. Lennar personnel were readily available to help make the homebuying process smooth.

I purchased my last home four years ago, also a Lennar home. When it was time to sell and move I looked for Lennar communities. The entire experience with pruchasing went smoothly. Minor issues with a cabinet were resolved quickly. I have noticed the workmanship in construction and drywall is of poorer quality. My floors slope in some areas and drywall is warped in a few places.

What we were expecting in our new home is exactly what we got from Lennar Homes. It has been a great experience from the purchase process to moving into our new home.

Honestly, we were hesitant at first but eventually as we got through the process and was so fortunate to secure financing, we had a wonderful experience. The Lennar team did a wonderful job keeping us updated, addressing concerns, and ensured we had a smooth closing process.

Not much got done after my walk-through and doing my punchlist, so I wasn’t really impressed with how the house was handed to me. However, the response with contractors and work orders have been amazing. The contractors are fast to respond and pleasure to work with. Overall it was a great Experience!! There was little issues when we 1st moved in, but that’s the nice part of having a new place with warranty, then buying as is. Lennar came out and fixed the issue and with any other issues, they are still coming out to check and fix issues . With that a HUGE shout out to Rudy! And another reason for the 5 star on trustworthy! When they say they’re gonna come out to help or fix …. You can trust him!!! A true professional!! For the price, it was good but of course, everyone would say would be nice if it was cheaper lol. Excellent Customer Service that is great

Lennar! Lennar! Lennar! They helped me buy my first home that ended up being my dream home. I am now a Veteran homeowner and I wouldn't have gone with any other builder. Justin and Christopher are the utmost professionals who answered any questions I had throughout the process. They have a great team overthere!

The entire team from sale to mortgage application was very helpful. However, escrow was less than enthusiastic to answer questions in general. Unlike some of my neighbors, no major issues with quality of workmanship and materials. Still don't know whether the garage door and color are built to original specifications; wait time for the subcontractors to respond and to do minor repairs have been too long and is too earlier to tell the lease of the solar system is a good deal.

My overall experience with Lennar, and all active players on the team in making the purchase of my home a great experience. I truly appreciate all the help that I received to make this process of buying a home less stressful for me.

We shopped around with many pre owned homes and other builders and Lennar absolutely gives you more for your money. The quality of craftsmanship is great and if you have any issues the problems are resolved quickly.

Lennar customer care could have a better response time

Lots of included upgrades, my house even came with window blinds! Great customer service! Walkthrough was very detailed oriented!
