My overall experience with Lennar, and all active players on the team in making the purchase of my home a great experience. I truly appreciate all the help that I received to make this process of buying a home less stressful for me.

We shopped around with many pre owned homes and other builders and Lennar absolutely gives you more for your money. The quality of craftsmanship is great and if you have any issues the problems are resolved quickly.

Lennar customer care could have a better response time

Lots of included upgrades, my house even came with window blinds! Great customer service! Walkthrough was very detailed oriented!

The entire process was a WOW! We really enjoyed the builders and inspection team walking us through all of the features throughout the house. Chris, the gentlement that handled our walk through was and has been a HUGE help. He is responsive, gets things done quickly. Our only complaint is we were promised a mirror in our master bathroom because the incorrect one was installed. It was first said to be available two weeks after closing (Mid January) then we were told they could not come in the home until Feb 1, then when we called at the end of February we were told it a company would be reaching out to setup an install. Thin walls, can hear everything in the next room

We love our new smart home. Value for price was incredible. Responsiveness on latent defects has been ok -- most of our issues addressed but it takes some time.

Concrete in driveway had a lot of discoloration. Concrete on back patio had some cracks.

Overall experience is great. Great communication and support. I feel Lennar can do better with materials quality. Using cheap vinly for windows and doors is not good.

The Sales Department was my favorite part of my experience. David was there for me every step of the way! If I had a question he always had a answer or would cheerfully get the answer. Maintenance department is so good and they prep the home so very nice for delivery. Thank you Richard and team. Every part of the house buying was good except for the Lennar Mortgage. Nothing but problems!!! I would suggest getting the loan elsewhere.

Marla is Absolutely a person of her word she is actually the one that has me move in from KB to you , amazing her customer service and how sure she is Lennar is her I do believe

Lennar is a great track home builder and they are the best to deal with when it comes to buying a home from A to Z. All companies working under the Lennar supervision are great in the process of completing the home building and the buying process. I recommend Lennar extensively to any one that is ready for a smooth transition to a new home.

In a competitive market, I appreciated how the lennar representative assist me in getting on the list to purchase a home. I moved in the day I was projected to move in, no delays.

Overall great experience for a first time home owner. I had a lot of questions through out the process and LENNAR did a good job of answering those questions and teaching me.

Check your door knobs for dents and make sure they are functioning properly.
