We have had a bad experience. There has been several several issues with the house. Constantly calling portal for repairs. Taking time off from work. I think homeowner should be more involved in building process when it comes to upgrades or choices for their house. Honestly i don’t think i would buy another Lenar home after this experience. I am still dealing with issues.

ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT NOBODY WANTS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT…. Dirty floors, broken lighting fixtures, broken refrigerator, problems with heating system that according to the company who came today, it has no warranty. Squishy floor, cracked tub, scratched kitchen cabinets. Glue on toilets and kitchen sink, Etc….. ITS A BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION. what its wrong with this company???. To answer the question if I recommend this builders. NO!

Lennar needs to improve construction quality. I have to submit 10 work order in the first month after move in. 2 walkthroughs didn't help me to resolve the issues. There is no home security system, not even a ring door bell or keyless smart lock. I found a empty beer bottle on top of my kitchen cabinets. Try to see what you can find in your homes!!

Buying experience was torture. To many physical issues with house and property for the price paid. Quality of construction is marginal at best. would not recommend Lennar to a friend, maybe I would to someone I did not like.

This is my second new build purchase from Lennar and I am very happy with the quality and timeliness of the new home I purchased. The sales associate, Rosalee was very professional and followed up with all questions I had. The quality of work is once again excellent and the all included feature is a good value. The service representative David did an outstanding job on the walk through and is very responsive to any needs I have had. I highly recommend the Lennar Builder group.

We are first time home buyers and absolutely love this house by Lennar. You can tell they took time to think about the design and used high quality materials, our independent inspector was impressed. Since moving in, they have been quick to respond to any warranty issues. Cons- There was some disorganization during the escrow period but I am sure that is the case during most closings. Overall, we choose this company again

Sending this review because this is apparently the only way to get the attention of submitted trouble tickets. I think that should should say all there is about Lennar caring about home issues. We seem to have been forgotten about as soon as closing happened. And please, work load due to the number of customers is not an excuse.

when you do your house walk the first and second time, everything looks great and you are loving it, once you are settled in, you start to really notice everything is rushed and done the cheapest way, when you are putting in tickets for repairs, they take along time to reply, i understand i am not the only one here but on some tickets, they dont even get back to you, i am still waiting on cracked/broken cabinet drawer which i mentioned in the walk thru

The over all quality built by the Superintendent Oscar shows that he cares about building homes and does not just go through the motions of the building process. Sophie, our sales person is great! She kept us posted along the process and she was knowledgeable and kind. She went above and beyond, sometimes I asked her questions after hours she would still get back me. The processing part itself was not bad. Although we closed a day late because they forgot to give us some papers to sign. Which, they did again a few weeks after we closed.Just a bit of lack of communication. Some of the major issues that were noted in the walk through looked like they were repaired by a 12 year old. They are still not fixed. Customer care guy told us to text him “not email “ him very specifically and so I did but there was never a response at all. I can’t wait until all my issues are fixed so I can just be done with Lennar to be honest.

Horrible experience. Noone ever answers the phone and when they do they pass the issue to another person. There's problem every step of the way. Had to postpone receiving the keys because lennar mortgage did not release the loan on time. Many issues with the house, weak construction, water leaks, power not wired properly. Overall horrible experience

Think Twice before buying in a non home owners area

We bought in a non-home owners association. Think twice about that. Cars, trailers everywhere. Weeds not being taken care of. It’ our mistake but it won’t happen again. Lennar does not control the crime while bldg homes. I think it’s very dangerous here.

I have paid for stickers to be posted on the bumper of my car to allow me to enter the community after 9 PM three weeks ago and still have not received them. When I ask Lennar representative I get no response. I also at direction of Lennar have requested planting few trees in front and backyards and have not received any response.

The only problem was with the lending process and with my loan officer. He was not responsive and forgot to do my 2/1 buy down. I noticed that and on the day of closing, after my docs was released to record they had to withdraw and redo all the loan docs delaying my closing causing me a big problem

The home buying process in the beginning was very fast which was good. However, there wasn’t much communication as to what “phase” we were in or status updates after signing the purchase agreement. As first time homebuyers, we were pretty lost with the whole process. The house is lovely, the walk through was smooth & easy. We had issues with our walkthroughs and continue to have issues almost 2 months after closing. Each walkthrough, construction issues were not addressed and more issues were created due to sloppy workmanship. We had a confrontation with the construction supervisor, Rob, and then he called the salesperson, Allen, while we were in the office to yell and cuss him out for allowing us into the home that we had already put money down. A crack in our kitchen cabinet was addressed multiple times and the same crack continues to come back because it was somehow caulked rather than replacing the cabinet. ...

The purchasing process and getting the loan was great - except that I have learned from friends who I referred that additional purchasing options could have been shared. Specifically, a buy down option. When I received the keys I sat in front of the home waiting for my husband to walk in with me.
