Hire people who take pride in their work. There are so many issues with this house.

I wanna write this review in regards to my home buying experience with Jake. I just feel like. He was very unresponsive. He wasn't to appease or appealed by me buying the home. When I came to get my keys he had my keys in a duffel bag and told me that there was a cutting board in there. He did not have a welcome sign. Nothing welcome home. Nothing my home looked like I was a renter moving into a tenant home that I was renting he did not offer to come down there to take pictures. Nothing I just believe that Jake is the wrong person to have selling homes and maybe it's because I was a minority, but that is a big feeling that I felt my first person which was Rose was amazing. You guys really need to rethink keeping people like Jake around for your home by experiences. ... More

Both buying the house and once I moved in, everyone at Lennar is so helpful. Any issue is taken care of immediately. Quality of the house is average, as far as hardware, carpeting (poor), bright white paint (I've already changed that), garage unfinished. Appreciate backyard was landscaped (and front yard—we are told don't touch/change anything). Clubhouse, pool, open areas (lots of green space) are beautiful. Love the walking trails, paved even. For the price it was a great buy to be living in this beautiful community.

Quality of work. Keep they promises. They did what they promised. They responded in a timely fashion. Good job exceeds expectations.

My experience was that the home buying agent was rude and a bit full of herself. The workmanship in the home was somewhat of a disappointment. There was grout on tile surfaces, there is the most minimum of flat paint on the walls and wiping any spot results in removing paint down to the sheetrock. The fireplace does not emit any heat, which a simple addition of a blower could have fixed. Only a 1 year warranty on windows; my prior home had a lifetime warranty for original owners. My prior home was built by ***** and was of a much better quality. I have issues with the irrigation in the front yard. The slider door is very heavy to open. The appliances, trims and hardware are of low quality. I barely bumped the door trim, which is made from pressed wood and it tore a hole in it. The bare minimum of electrical outlets. I was also disappointed that solar is required by law, but is not included, there are no options on what type of solar, but the homeowner is on the hook for $30k on top of purchase price. After that, it's only a partial solar discount, there is still additional and significant costs to the electric bill. The fencing is such a poor quality that they are asking all homeowners to seal it immediately to prevent its insured deterioration. There is only room for a very minimum walkway between homes and windows are such that my neighbors have view into my bathroom and shower. No privacy window in shower. The lighting receptacles are recessed too much, so that if you install new lighting special hardware and much frustration is required. I just assumed at this price point, and in a 55+ community, we would experience a little higher satisfaction with the builder overall. ... More

This is our 4th Lennar home and Lennar has put in lower quality appliances, faucets, toilets and fixtures. Not to mention no cabinets in the laundry room - ridiculous and disappointing

Sales process was good. Enjoyed the sales rep. Made a mistake on choosing the home and Lennar wasn't responsive to my requests. Had to reach out multiple time and management didn't directly respond. It would have been an unusual request but would have appreciated direct feedback. Lessons learned.

First time buying a home and I would say as soon as we signed the dotted line for our home, communication fell off tremendously. It was extremely frustrating when my wife and I tried contacting our home consultant and lender with questions we had regarding our home and mortgage, to the point of no follow ups, no answers at all, and no trust in the process we were getting the best deal we could get in these hard economic times. I would say everything else was good and the home is what we wanted, just the communication with our new home consultant and lender was bad. If they were busy, then they could've communicated that for we can be informed and not reach out multiple times. ... More

Lennar in plumas lake Rose we meet very nice and helpful October 2025 put deposit new build ready in July never heard from anyone until July and when we did all the stuff we went through with lennar loan officer was the worse experience for our 1st home non responsive on any questions loan numbers all over the place and only time we get to talk or call back it was always for money that's all and when we give it there numbers would be wrong and they keep asking for more n more terrible experience home quality very fast build not quality just quantity and so hard fir them too responsive on warranty work but loan department was the worse experience ... Encourage better customer service from your sales agents. This was a terrible experience overall even if the house is nice.

The customer service was the most unprofessional experience I've encountered in all my years of buying homes. The staff clearly needs customer service training. When people are spending $800,000 on a home, they should be treated with far more respect and professionalism.

All the material is good but after you move in the house later sometimes the small seal are not fill properly next to the sliding door n the ants start coming n now dealing with ants issues.

The house was beautifully built with good structure.

The quality of the home is outstanding, family and friends compliments how beautiful our home is.

have had a few big issues come up, one the after the first weekend i moved in (still not resolved, but the natural spring dried up for the summer). the other major one was solar panel had melted part. once taken up by a step Lennar Rep it was replaced.

My issues.

Provide buyers option to "uninstall"'or "take out" some standard parts/materials in the house while being built. Makes it easier for when upgrades are done.

I was assigned to the Home buyer concierge and he never reply to the customer inquiry or request. This is like a block hole once payment submitted the customer never receive any care anymore. I was promised items at construction meet and never delivered

Our new Lennar home is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with the agent (*****) and the *****. Everyone mentioned was very professional and made the experience really confortable.

All people working for my new home are great! Esp praise to Loan Officer - Pravdeep Daroch. Very professional and helpful person to get me thru the loan process. I really appreciate Lennar.

Lennar sales agent….wishing could have delt with someone else, but was left feeling stuck and with no other choice. Finance was the best experience (***** was great).

Happy with the home Except I paid for a premium lot And they built a solid fence taking away the views. Was told by the agent this was going to be a rod iron fence. Sales person ignored emails

Working with the sales office was a positive experience. Once a contract is written up things happen fairly quickly. I did feel on more than one occasion when I needed something from Lennar the response could have been better and follow up on their end needs some improving. The home is lovely and the model choices are exceptional, nothing is perfect so a flaw or two is likely, but the responsiveness is very good from the builder to make things right.
