Lennar has maintained its quality and showed responsibility to take care of work required attention. Some of it is still pending but overall I am happy to purchase this property.

The sales team hold brunches/lunches at the models for all new and past buyers, which helps you meet your neighbors. If we had any problems, they were minor and the team took care of them in a quick and timely manner.

Overall, all situation of my house is very good, I appreciate that.

My wife and I have been very pleased with our purchase. This includes before the sale support and after the sale support.

Excellent work

1. After our purchase we had a excellant walk thru. The only discrepancies found were by the Lennar employee, and they were superficial. We were trying to move in early but had to wait the one week requirement for the builders to fix the discrepancies found, with out a way to waive them. It seems your requirement to have a pristine built house needs to have some flexabillaty, like a waver signed by us to forego the discrepancies. 2. We purchased a home outside the security gates. So, as compensation Lennar installed our rear landscaping. The landscape included a sidewalk down the side, from the garage door, and along the back to the rear patio. On the back the sidewalk is against the house where the natural gas stub, electrical and water are installed, for out side use. With the sidewalk and gas stub in that position it makes it useless to add on, like an outside kitchen. We have been extremely happy with our home. The responsiveness if there has been a problem is quite fast and efficient. The one time we needed to report something, it was taken care of quickly and professionally.

We purchased our new home in February, and have been very pleased with our purchase. The home as with any construction project like a remodel required a few minor touch ups. The difference is the Lennar group has been very willing and quick to fix any issues. I highly recommend Lennar as a builder.

Lennar has been extremely responsive and helpful when I have contacted them.

The only suggestion I have is that the position of the outside faucet not place to the side of the house, there should be at least one faucet near the front of the house or near the garage

Lennar provided a great home buying experience from start to finish. The sales staff (Julie) were helpful and friendly and made the entire process flow easily from start to closing. Lennar's affiliates, Eagle Mortgage, Sunstreet Solar and North American Advantage Insurance were very competitively priced and made each process seamless. Have recommended Lennar to several people looking for a new home.

Overall good service and friendly

The process of buying a home with Lennar was very easy. After moving in, the still remain very responsive to issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. My only criticism would be that it seems they put these homes up in a hurry which causes some shoddy work. I think I would rather wait a couple of extra months for a home that is complete and beautiful on the inside instead of finding a bunch of little things that could have been done better, completed, nicer, etc.. But great experience overall!

Good overall

Lennar made my first time home buying experience a breeze. It started with Kristiina who was a wonderful sales agent and made us feel comfortable and welcome. She was patient with all of my first time home buying questions I had. Next was Brian with Lennar mortgage. He also took the time to answer all of the questions I had and helped me get a great interest rate. Lennar Title got all of my paperwork completed on time and made everything a breeze having the mortgage and title company in one. Finally, Ryan and Ozh, the construction managers, and Michelle with customer care spent hours with me going through the home during my New Home Orientation and taking note (and fixing) every item I brought up. I had an an amazing experience with my sales agent, my home was built fairly quickly. We closed on time. No issues with my walk through. Everyone I met with was amazing. Anytime I need help with anything now that I'm in my home I put in a request and they come right out. I'm very pleased and satisfied and have no complaints. As far as materials and products go there are a few things that I see that could be better....for instance the paint is chipping on the corner of my walls and that started immediately after I moved in. There are small things like that that could be better but overall I love my new home and I love my Lennar family. I highly recommend Lennar! ... More

The buying process was easy. The person who worked with us was wonderful. The whole team was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, start to finish. However, our initial appointment with your title company was a disaster ( no show and no call). We had to contact them to find out what was going on. Very disorganized and making excuses. We do have some issues with the cabinets and baseboards, that have not been resolved. We are pleased with the model we chose and neighborhood. Lennar builds a nice home.

97% complete, example plumber came to fix the water heater and faucet , tighten the faucet and checked the water heater. After leaving the issue still needs attention, 3% not corrected.
