Lennar build them fast, and leave quality out

Sales staff and warranty group are great. However that is backwards, if you have great quality, homes they will sell themselves, and warranty should be the loneliest group if quality is demanded when building. Higher management is not interested in quality, but only production. Slam build, and let warranty deal with the homeowner until they get so frustrated they stop asking for repairs that should have been done right when building.

My experience with Lennar was terrible. The workmanship and attention to detail was extremely poor and I will never buy another Lennar home or recommend Lennar homes to anyone!
