Please pay close attention to concrete work that is inferior to most builders in the region. The landscape provided is far the worst I have seen for a new home. (many dead or dying, cheap plants)

Lennar has beautiful model home but when it comes to our home, they rushed through the job and now are slow playing fixing anything that should be covered within the first year. Terrible customer service, delayed service, poor workmanship...

Contracts messed up, Multiple issues with home, tough to get help

Lennar people had multiple mistakes on closing contracts and it was not easy to get is all corrected as their first reaction is blaming instead of accepting the mistakes and working on corrections. Home was handed over with many issues and I was only able to get some of them fixed after many requests.

Great until you’re house closes

We love our house but I am worried about how it’s going to last. Lennar seemed great before our house was sold but we have seriously struggled to get any of our warranty work done. They are unresponsive and often just don’t show up when scheduled. It’s been months and the works not done. Following up with them gets exhausting.

I bought the house in April and have experienced major problems with the home. As soon as I moved in had a problem with my drip system which causes the water to drip 24/7 and my water usage/bill to be high for four months. In addition, my breaker for my fridge constantly went out and caused a flood in my kitchen and food to spoil several times. Now my windows are leaking water in the house because it was not installed correctly. Such a headache and emotional stress with buying the house. When I also asked for a reimbursement with my food they stated they needed receipts. How would I ...

Great Sales Staff/Disappointing Warranty Service

We had a wonderful experience with the sales staff and this review is not for our rating of them. We have had a very poor experience with getting home warranty work taken care of and have found the quality of the workmanship to be poor. We feel like some of the trades just slapped the house together and do not take any pride in their work. The tile and cabinet trades have been no-shows 4 times now. Extremely irritating as our time is valuable and it’s seems like after they have our money, we just aren’t important.

Low quality especially for the price

Where to start...cheap cabinets with very poor installation (lots of exposed raw wood, drawers that don't close properly) poorly installed island countertop, cracks in drywall and cement, major ant problem, refrigerator circuit breaker flipped twice in first few months, and what makes it even worse is that Lennar does not follow through on repair requests. I get the feeling they hope I'll get tired of asking and just give up.

Many issues with the home that still remain. Sloppy finish work that looks like it was rushed. Expected a lot more for the price and how the Lennar representatives boast about their product.

Knowing and seeing the problems and the quality of this house right now, I will not buy another Lennar home. Appears that house was built rushed and built poorly. Did not meet the standard I was expecting for a brand new home.

The houses are poorly built not enough insulation between floors trim work is shoddy too many items to mention on this I wouldn’t recommend their homes

This house was put together it seems in a rush. You can see that they put up houses like crazy and not take the time to do things correct. I want a builder that does the job 100% not 60% just to hurry up and put up countless houses. It’s bull. We have had dozens of issues. Nails sticking up through the carpet that you won’t fix. The screen door is not right, the base boards were screwed up, the dry wall is done pisspoor, the threshold by the front door is loose even though they fixed it when it was loose from before. On a good many of the outlets they cut away too much for the socket to go in ...

Lennar build them fast, and leave quality out

Sales staff and warranty group are great. However that is backwards, if you have great quality, homes they will sell themselves, and warranty should be the loneliest group if quality is demanded when building. Higher management is not interested in quality, but only production. Slam build, and let warranty deal with the homeowner until they get so frustrated they stop asking for repairs that should have been done right when building.

My experience with Lennar was terrible. The workmanship and attention to detail was extremely poor and I will never buy another Lennar home or recommend Lennar homes to anyone!
