I would have liked to know before I bought the house that there were so many things that needed constant attention in the house and that we would be required to keep our cars in the garage.

I have faulty appliance and not been replaced till now. Its been more than 2 months now after I report. So bad quality appliances and response from the representative was pretty bad

D. was great to work with, communicated very well and responsive. We closed over the Christmas/New Year holiday period. Due to the holidays and staff on vacation, closing was difficult. Avoid selling or purchasing a home during this time window. Our agent worked hard for us and need to pass on a thank you!

My consultant was amazing and she did an excellent job! My loan officer was also very helpful, it was nice to have everything done under Lennar from loan applications to closing, it was a very smooth process.

Over all not great home buying experience. Customer service wasn’t great during purchase time. There was not much support in choosing option. Was rushed into everything. Home built is good but experience through out the process is very unfriendly. They just want to build home like factory and no respect or care for someone’s expectations and feelings who is spending 100s of thousands of dollars.

We don't feel but we strongly believe that we have been deceived and defrauded by Lennar Homes, Lennar Mortgage, Lennar Title, etc. at almost every level of the transaction. Let's say I will be posting the details and better review with evidence on public sites with substantial evidence unless they fix our concerns ASAP! Buying a new build was really scary even though we have gone the home buying process before. The representative in the office was very friendly and helpful. Communications was a little delayed but we had questions answered anyway. Loan officer definitely needs to work on their communication. It would take days to get answer and there were times when she didn’t even answer some simple questions which was a little frustrating. There were alot of models to look at and seemed well built. We would recommend to work with Lennar compared to other builders.

It would have been good to discuss with the customer before submitting the application so that there is enough room to negotiate the expected prices. My first home was with lennar it was an excellent experience. I keep referring to the friends. But the second Home at this new community Northlake, buying experience was not that great. They have cut down so many features from what they displayed on the model homes. When I asked the reps their constant response was "lennar has gone cheap". Yeah the quality is not that good compare to homes built back in 2018. This home is not properly insulated. I can hear the voices from the downstairs to upstairs and one room to another rooms. First, I never saw my sales rep and in my opinion it just felt like and we were treated like we were just another sale for him (his name is Michael). he wasn’t even there when it was the day to get the keys.. so we actually never saw him except for briefly when touring the homes. I don’t think that’s a great first time home buyers experience to not have established a good relationship with your sales rep and have them not be present for anything. The whole buying process went so smoothly. The Lennar finance team wirk efficiently in securing a great deal for me. However after the move in I have many questions and no answers. I recently inquire how to use my water sprinkler system because it hasn't turned on, but no one has been able to help me out.

The response time for questions on the solar system was not responsive until 3 weeks after signing then they answered my phone call. Sunnova doesn't answer the question they give you an excuse and it isn't their fault. They point the finger at everyone else. It is going on 2 months since I signed and ownership was ours. We still don't know where in the process of getting our systems rook up and online line. There departments don't talk to each other. My purchase was initially scheduled to close on November 8. I was finally able to move in on November 13. I had to stay in a hotel for two nights, but new clothes because all of mine were packed. every phase was first class from Dee in the sales office, the building on time, the walk through, Rusty in finance, the closing of course we love the home. One thing would be to let the buyer know that Lennar does offer insurance which is very reasonable. Apparently, there was some confusion about the availability in the state of California and so it should be made clear that at least in my area Lennar did provide insurance.

Paperwork is ridiculous

The volume of paperwork that could not be changed nor copied to have someone else look at it was ridiculous. Why send it if no changes can be made. We have not been impressed with the electrical outlets in the house.
