very good in general for the price paid

Lennar made my first time home buying experience a breeze. It started with Kristiina who was a wonderful sales agent and made us feel comfortable and welcome. She was patient with all of my first time home buying questions I had. Next was Brian with Lennar mortgage. He also took the time to answer all of the questions I had and helped me get a great interest rate. Lennar Title got all of my paperwork completed on time and made everything a breeze having the mortgage and title company in one. Finally, Ryan and Ozh, the construction managers, and Michelle with customer care spent hours with me going through the home during my New Home Orientation and taking note (and fixing) every item I brought up. As a first time home buyer, my experience with LENNAR was undoubtedly a great one. Smooth communication all around! All questions were answered from sales to close of escrow. I would recommend LENNAR to others looking to purchase

Still waiting for repairs 120 days moved in.

Many issues with the home that still remain. Sloppy finish work that looks like it was rushed. Expected a lot more for the price and how the Lennar representatives boast about their product.

There was a large selection of home styles and lot locations. Once you decide the size and design of the house you want be sure to ask on what lot this style of house will be built. You can't pick a lot and say I want my house here. The style of house and what lot it will be on has already been decided in the master plan. Then ask what is the release date for that lot and when will the house be finished. Lennar is very good with their projections of when a home will be ready to move in. You need this information so you can plan the sale of your home and when you can move into the new Lennar house. Their scheduling and move in date was right on the money. ... More

Warranty service is very problematic. Otherwise I am happy with the build.

Sloppy workmanship. While it is great that Lennar gives you a full year to file issues that you find with your new house and they would come and fix at no cost, I'd rather not have to do that. Especially on kitchen cabinets and outdoor paint job. These are issues that are easily spotted.

So fare I am happy.

This was a great move for us from start to finish. The neighborhood is terrific, our home is beautiful. The ideal location and home for us. Very happy with our decision.

These homes are thrown together so fast, the quality of workmanship from subcontractors are horrible!!

The houses are poorly built not enough insulation between floors trim work is shoddy too many items to mention on this I wouldn’t recommend their homes

The only suggestion I have is that the position of the outside faucet not place to the side of the house, there should be at least one faucet near the front of the house or near the garage

I have had granite in 3 other homes and never had to seal it right after purchase. Home Depot gives a 15 year warranty on their granite purchases for kitchens and bathrooms. After I moved in I started to get stains on my granite in the kitchen and bathroom and that is when I found out I had to seal it. They have a full page disclosure in the thick purchase contract that covers them that they are not responsible for stains in granite. Very convenient. I put a sack of oranges on the granite and one leaked and now I have a huge stain on may brand new counter. I called a professional grout sealer company and they would not take the job as they said they can not guarantee on this type of poor granite. Lennar then sent someone out who said they can't do anything about it and said that was all they could do. After I pushed back. I understand they are sending someone out after the lock in place is over. My concern is why use such bad material in such an important location as kitchen and bathroom and why was I not warned upfront when I picked it out so I would have at least had a chance to pick something else out. So my brand new kitchen has a big old stain on my granite which to me only means they use substandard materials. ... More

We move-in in December 2019, up until now various problems throughout the home has not been addressed.

Happy with our purchase. There were minor issues after we moved but they helped us resolve it.

Please pay close attention to concrete work that is inferior to most builders in the region. The landscape provided is far the worst I have seen for a new home. (many dead or dying, cheap plants)

Materials it was fine but the only thing im not satisfied is the insulation ( its not insulated well. I can hear my daughter and my Son in the other rooms talking ,just talking. Who build it? Some of the base boards are not tight! I address that but they said it will get better in time. The kitchen cabinets are i think is too high. I know its according to plan, its ok. The garage door has gaps on both sides , the closets down stairs was too small , they were like laughing when we address that and they dont believe me until i send them the pictures ( in the manager did not look into it while they were building it and thank God they fix it but i think the room become smaller . The Aircondition vents : the air flow is not equal on all rooms , the master bedroom aircon vent is noisy. When we were checking the house one day and i found that why the water faucet is in the PATIO BESIDE THE GAS OUTLET! I called the building manager and he said its normal to be in that place but i went in the model house and its not , its outside the patio, he still ignore us. Luckily i talked to the asst Manager during the walk in And he agrees with me and Fix it for me. When we are talking about the closet The Manager said they had interns doing the build, i think they let this interns did the job in the house, and we notice while we are visiting the house after working hours , we noticed that the other house around us is almost done but our house i think is behind , I think they rushed to build the house and did not even check everything if they did it right. They oversee all the stuff i mentioned. And also when we move in the aircon control was not working. The washer dryer outlet was messed up , i ended up buying a new dryer because i dont know that i have to let them know the dryer is not heating , i decided that i think when we move in the movers messed up the dryer so i consulted appliance tech and they said heating coil is damage thats why i baught a new dryer . I found out that there is not enough power for the dryer when i complained to the dryer company that the machine is not heating up . I believed that my old dyer is still good , i complained to the manager and he said i cannot get a refund since i did not called them about it( how do i know !!) . They did not tell me that “hey if your dryer is not heating call us” if a normal person like me dont know anything abt electricity do you think i will them ? im focused that the dryer is not working not the electricity !! That would a normal person will do ,right? I think the Building manager did not do his job well. At least the Asst Manager understands what our concern was . Please let my complains reached the higher people . Im sorry they build the house like what we saw at the model house i mean everything in the proper places , and also why are the walls not painted the same way like most of the walls are base paint , the other areas are semi smooth. thats not what we saw in the model house. ... I found the work done by the trade partners was sloppy and not done with any care.

From beginning to the end Lennar and their representatives made the home buying experience fun and educational. Their flexibility and genuine care for their customers was most beneficial for us. Would recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a rewarding experience.

We love our house but I am worried about how it’s going to last. Lennar seemed great before our house was sold but we have seriously struggled to get any of our warranty work done. They are unresponsive and often just don’t show up when scheduled. It’s been months and the works not done. Following up with them gets exhausting.

I am happy with the builder. Home is very high quality.

Major repair was performed in one bathroom shower enclosure that was cracked and a poor attempt had been made to cover it up. Plumbing noise during use of hot water supply to upstairs bathrooms. Stucco and paint over spray on all outside windows. All countertops and plumbing fixtures had excessive sealant product left on surfaces. The tile floors had excessive grout haze. Doors and baseboards were covered in construction dust. When windows were opened there was literally mud in the sill.

Lennar has maintained its quality and showed responsibility to take care of work required attention. Some of it is still pending but overall I am happy to purchase this property.
