Chance M. and Rick G.l was a great sales person and warm hospitality, help us a lot of issues and answer my request right away, guide us step by step to get it done. Jim and Andrew helping to walk and house and provided fully experience of his work. The Whole team was Great.

We still have no street lights, the community feels scary at night. Offroad bikers & trucks are a constan nuisance. Window frames are subpar. Garage door broke on day 2. Fence around property still unfinished. Some homes have gutters, some do not. It makes no sense. Also, what are we paying the already high HOA fees for with 0 amenities available while living in a construction zone? It seems very *****. It feels like once sales was finalized and keys were received we were kind of abandoned.

Did not feel sales people were honest or upfront. No instruction from anyone on ANY home tools or equipment. Had to figure everything out for ourselves. VERY, VERY difficult and time consuming. No information on paint or color, countertops, type of flooring, carpet, anything!!! No follow up whatsoever.

while neighboring homes have trees. I have contacted Lennar multiple times and have been given different explanations, including the transformer, retaining wall, and later a utility conflict. However, I still have not received a satisfactory resolution. I also raised that the Harmon Ranch Specific Plan states that the developer is required to install one tree per lot. Rather than simply being told that my homesite does not receive a tree, I would appreciate Lennar reviewing this with the appropriate development team and providing a clear, documented explanation of why my lot was excluded and what can be done to accommodate a tree. I purchased a brand-new Lennar home and expected the landscaping and customer-service concerns to be handled fairly and consistently. At times, we felt there were unnecessary delays in communicating whether the correct paperwork/information was received/uploaded. Often, more than 4-5 days would pass without confirmation, which made us feel a lack of control over the situation and confused about deadlines.

We would like to share some feedback regarding our experience with the home-buying and construction process. We hope your company uses our feedback in improving the experience for future homeowners. Communication and Closing Process In the weeks leading up to closing, there were several instances when our salesperson was unavailable or out of the office, which left us uncertain about whom we should contact regarding questions and follow-ups. We understand that team members have scheduled days off and other responsibilities; however, having a clearly identified point of contact or backup representative would have made the process much smoother and less stressful. Additionally, on the day of closing, we were still asked to complete and sign additional documents that we had expected would have been prepared and provided to us days in advance. Having these items addressed earlier would have given us more time to review them and would have made the closing process more organized and reassuring. Parking The community has no street parking, and we were informed that there would be ample guest parking available. However, just a few weeks ago, some guest parking spaces were assigned to residences with one-car garages, further reducing the limited parking available to guests. What is particularly concerning is that the community is not yet fully occupied. As more homes are completed and residents move in, the parking situation will only become worse. If guest parking is already being reduced before the community is full, it raises serious concerns about whether there will be adequate parking for residents and their guests in the future. We ask that management provide a clear plan for addressing the community's parking needs as occupancy increases. Construction and Finishing Details We also noticed an issue with the placement and installation of some of the cabinets and the refrigerator. When the doors are opened, they come into contact with the surrounding walls. In order to prevent potential damage, we have had to add bumpers. While these help address the issue, they are noticeable and detract somewhat from the overall appearance. We would appreciate having these areas reviewed to determine whether there may be a more integrated solution that would allow the doors to open properly without contacting the walls while maintaining the intended appearance and finish. We understand that building a home involves many moving parts, and we recognize that minor issues can arise during the process. Our intention in providing this feedback is not simply to point out problems, but to share areas where improved communication, preparation, and attention to finishing details could make the experience more positive for future homeowners. We chose Lennar because we trust customer experience and improvement are genuinely priorities. I believe the better approach is to reach out and actually talk to the customer. A survey can identify issues, but a conversation can explain why and, more importantly, how the process can be improved. I am more than happy to speak directly with Lennar about our experience and identify the specific points and phases where communication broke down. Found our forever home that checked all of the boxes for us. After we moved in, we found even more things to love about the house and the community. Great design and workmanship.

The home build quality is mostly good. Done of the design aspects are substandard and poor esthetic. Too many uncomfortable dusty gritty DG pathways with no concrete alternatives along critical paths. Sidewalk crumbling at some spots. Overgrown weeds blocking sidewalks. No garbage bins and bag stations for owners, unlike other builder communities I've occupied.

I purchased this home based on the amenities that were advertised when I was making my decision. Unfortunately, after moving in, I found out that many of those amenities are not actually within the community and require getting in a vehicle to access them. That was disappointing because the advertised amenities played a role in my decision to purchase here. I’ve also noticed some quality-control issues inside the home. There is visibly an area where a hole in the wall appears to have been patched, but the repair was poorly done and is noticeable. The paint also seems fairly inexpensive, and unlike other new construction homes I’ve experienced, there was no leftover paint provided on-site for future touch-ups. I also had an issue when trying to submit a service request and initially felt like I was getting the runaround before getting assistance. Overall, I am pleased with my home and the purchase itself, but looking back, I probably would have done more research and compared other communities more closely before making my decision. One of my biggest concerns is the HOA fees. We are paying more than what I’ve seen in *****, yet our community offers fewer amenities. When you’re paying those kinds of fees, you expect the amenities and overall value to justify the cost. This is not meant to discourage anyone from purchasing here, but rather to encourage prospective buyers to do their research, visit the amenities themselves, compare HOA fees, and make sure they fully understand what is and isn’t actually included before purchasing. ... This was my first experience with a new home builder in searching for a home. The sales agent was very knowledgeable and interested in our needs in the education process and the selection of a potential home.

Everyone with Lennar was top notch! They have been responsive and provided the highest ***** of service. I could not have been more pleased with my home-buying experience.

Builders and designers are experienced. Impressed by chosen materials. Loved every minute in it. I wish if they reduced one ***** of the house and little more space to lower ***** bedroom. Very congested.

I reached out to Aidan with Lennar customer care, yesterday, and he responded quickly to instruct me to submit a warranty request for this. Once I submitted the request, Aidan forwarded it to the team right away. Then Daren, Assurance quality manager contacted me shortly indicating he will work with ***** to resolve the issue. The issue is resolved today. Thanks for their excellent services!

The sales team was awful, basically ignored any questions I had and pushed me to sign paperwork before reading and reviewing. There was a point where they had an inaccurate box checked in the contract and kept pushing me to sign it anyway.

It was easy to deal with the lennar team and they were helpful to every aspect. There were some challenges but we were able to resolve it pretty quickly

Mortgage officer was unprofessional and incapable of doing his job. Brand new house looked like it never went through and inspection. Very slow warranty claim turn around times

Builder responded to all of our is*****s. The senior loan officer we worked with was not the most pleasant person to work with. The Lennar concierge was fantastic.

Lots of sloppy workmanship

This was an easy process, and everyone I encountered was patient and knowledgeable. I was happy with 95% of the condition my home upon key handover.

We haven’t moved in. When we talked about landscaping plan with the contractors, suddenly a cover?/ something fell off from the ceiling. One of cabinet inside shows a crack which we didn’t notice during the walkthrough. The bottom of bedrooms door is not even.
