The Lennar home buying system was smooth and polished. The residence was built at a high quality with easy instructions and points of contact to resolve any type of issues that might arise.

I have had a good experience buying my new condo. The people I worked with were very professional. Everything is on line for your paperwork. I’m not “techie” so I needed someone who was patient and helpful. Except for a few minor things, my condo was ready at my first walk through. I even got to move in earlier than I expected!

From the time we signed papers Lennar finished the house with in the time frame. Throughout communicated very well.

I've own 2 homes prior and Reed @ EPOCA is my 3rd and hopefully my final. I can't say enough of how my shopping experience was low stress and somewhat enjoyable. All the staff from finances to the on-site representatives, were helpful and patient. We're very happy with our new home. Those individuals worth mentioning are: Felice, Becky and Lisa.

Overall I’m very satisfied with my Lennar Home at Junipers. Staff customer service is excellent. Staff response to any punch list items, loan documentation, or any information needed is excellent. I was very pleased with the service. However I’m disappointed that more than 60 homes have been sold and so far the street lights are still not functioning. In addition out of the 2 major entrances to the community only one is accessible with temporary improvements. These improvements should have been completed before the first family move in. Lennar helped realize our hope, wishes and dreams from the beginning though the end. They really have a great team who are always there to help you through stumbling blocks and make your dreams come through. The house is beautiful and has most of everything you can think of. The customer service after you move in is very helpful in assisting you with your questions and needs of your lifestyle. We are very happy and comfortable. Thank you Lennar Team! Both homes purchased from Lennar have been great. We were in our last home for four years and had no issues with it. In love with our current home and excited to make new memories here with our little family. We've only been here for two months and have come across minor issues, all of which were promptly addressed and fixed. Based on my experiences with Lennar, I'd purchase from them again.

Overall, buying a home from lennar was an excellent experience. Our first point of contact was Tina who streamlined everything for us from the beginning to the end and made sure everything’s goes smoothly. Without her, this would have been a stressful experience considering we had multiple obstacles; however, she made it easy and provided everything necessary, and quickly responded to every question, leaving no time for hesitancy to purchase and move forward. . She is a gem and Lennar is very lucky to have her on the team. Her upbeat, positive personality and expertise in the market, was a bonus that we didn’t expect and gratefully enjoyed. Sherri in escrow, assisted us tremendously as well. We had to purchase the house with a power of Attorney and she assisted by making us understand the multiple steps and kept us on track on the tight timeline, to close escrow as required. She also did it all with a super friendly, great positive attitude. Azita in title was super responsive and was happy to help in anyway possible. Even when we had difficulty finding others, she would reach out to other team members and made sure all parties were informed, had all needed and helped us by constantly keeping us informed of the status, so there are no worries. Josh who handed the house to us was great as well. He patiently explained all the features of this “ smart” house, multiple times. He made sure we were comfortable and responded to our many questions afterwards as well, even after hours, over the weekend. You can tell he takes great pride in what he does. Lennar is great, from Cody, Kerry, David and Joshua . All offer a great service and truly care about their customers. I regret working with an outside agent and not directly with Lennar and Lennar was the most responsive and helpful throughout the buying process. Would definitely buy from Lennar again and recommend them with friends and family. Kudos to the team!
