We are not first time home buyers. There are so many questions to be asked and make sure to get all those questions completely answered. The fees are very overwhelming and you need to understand all of it. We feel there has been broken down communications between subcontractors and Lennar. As homeowners it’s incredibly frustrating to purchase a new home, with no previous owners, and have many, many issues of improper and sub-level finishing of paint, kitchen cabinet, fan, shower, garage door, mirror and appliance issues. We all are paying crazy amounts of money to finish our homes and then have to deal with these problems. That’s $$ down the drain, added stress and ridiculous amount of time having to keep on others to get the jobs finished properly. It simply is not economically smart. If you do it right the first time, then it’s not an economic issue. But there have been way too many issues. First time home buyer’s don’t know or are afraid to say anything not knowing their investment will be problematic in resale if they do not get these issues fixed. I cannot say positively we will ever purchase another Lennar home. But we are upgrading already to make sure when we sell, there won’t be major issues to bring items up to standards that people /buyers demand. ... More

responsive to questions guiding in choosing options

Home buying experience down to the tee! Lennar Homes have figured it out. Buyers have the option to go with an outside lender or thru Lennar homes Mortgage with added benefit or discount. We opted to go with our previous Lender from our first mortgage. It’s the buyer’s choice and you’re in control of that decision which is important since you’re making one of the biggest purchases in your life. Home location & appliances are top notch with everything is included appliances (basic +washer & dryer, & fridge). Our Lennar Real estate agent at the Collection at St. Cloud did an outstanding job keeping us informed about the developments in our home buying process. And made sure to communicate our concerns with Lennar Homes. It was clear that she was also looking out for us. We really appreciate her excellent customer service. We highly recommend Lennar Homes to anyone dreaming of owning a home. It’s been 3 months since we’ve relocated from the east coast and we’re still in awe that our California dreaming is now a California living for real!!! I have bought 5 new homes over the past 30 years - this was by far the best experience of them all. The minor issues that popped up were addressed immediately. I would buy again in a heartbeat.

The sales rep we dealt with for Lennar was great to work with, always answered all our questions in a timely manner. All the Lennar employees we've dealt with have been very friendly and responsive to all questions and issues.

Alison- wonderful personality, easily accessible when question arise, patient with answering questions and ensures resources are provided for buyers and residents! Jason/Andrew - professional, respond to calls immediately, and look out for residents. They go above and beyond to help with questions on issues on my house!

I love the neighborhood and the customer service and customer care have been remarkable and noteworthy. The sales staff was welcoming, helpful and always available for questions and concerns. The design center staff was friendly, helpful and I felt no pressure. I love the "Everything is Included" feature and the included appliances are of good quality. The sales price was competitive, if not better than other builders. However, the workmanship and materials are lacking. I have had more issues in regards to workmanship and materials than with any other builder and the repair process is frustrating and time consuming. However, the customer care staff has been amazing and always going above and beyond. Overall I am very happy with my new home, it is beautiful, comfortable and in a lovely neighborhood. Everyone at Lennar sales, mortgage and service Team has been great throughout the sale and moving process. While there were a couple issue here and there with the new house (re-caulking needed, hot water valve issue), Lennar's Team has been very responsive and quick to solve them. The house and neighborhood have been overall great so far, loving the new area and amenities!

Overall the buying experience with Lennar felt like a breath of fresh air in comparison to that of what was almost our builder, Cornerstone. We scoped out a few builders, Lennar, Cornerstone, and Taylor Morrison, and felt that Lennar offered better floor plans, and more bang for your buck.

Moyses from customer service has been very helpful and went out of his way to help to get some left over materials for some of the home improvement i had to do. In general, very responsive customer service to fix all issues found in home.

Buying a home is very stressful however everyone at Lennar was very helpful, responsive, and resourceful. I have never felt like I was a nuisance for my questions and concerns. Everything was done in a very timely manner as well which is amazing! I was moved into my new home BEFORE I anticipated and it was everything I could have imagined. Thank you for making my dream of being a home owner into a reality. The quality of the home is amazing. Special shoutout to Kerry, Cody, and Roberto for being so helpful and professional.
