Great sales team to deal with.

I found the perfect retirement home at 3Roots. It was expensive but exactly what I wanted. Loan and escrow were fairly simple compared to my previous home. Had a few problems with various items but they were all attended to by Lennar.

Our journey with Lennar has been smooth. Newly constructed home looks and feels great! Lennar delivered on time, and with quality. It has been almost 1.5 months since we moved in to this new home and so far, few initial minor issues found after move-in were promptly and professionally serviced by Lennar team. I recommend Lennar for those home buyers who want to buy a brand new home. Lennar is very organized.

Lennar made it easy for first time home buyers like my wife and I to own a home. We appreciate everything they have done so far. I think the only feedback I have is for customer service as I have submitted multiple tickets and only got one resolved so far and never got an update from them.

We've been in our home for 3.5 months so far and the experience has been very good. We watched our home be built and were impressed with the speed and even closed earlier than anticipated! There have been a few issues but all have been minor and most have been readily fixed by Lennar. The market is insanely high right now (we purchased in May 2021), so our house cost more than we wanted, but that is due to the overall economy and desirability of our area (San Diego), not just Lennar.

This is our first buying experience with the Lennar and i would say i will buy it again with them in the future although our escrow closing has been delayed 3months and materials that used for the new home seems bare minimum quality products. Im saying this so hopefully the Lennar will consider this into for the future home buildings. The reason i would buy it again is people who are working for the Lennar. Lindsey Chavers homebuyer concierge was there to address my issues and support so i could put up with 3months delay problems.A huge thanks to her! And once we have moved into the new home we have faced and are facing problems in my new home but the Lennar service team is kind and there to support and try to fix my matters asap so i feel confident of my new home. Although im hoping the home warranty can be 2years rather than 1year! And there are still Lennar people onsite to work but they are all friendly and kind. We are very pleased with Lennar for the price, care and the service they are providing for their customers.

Lennar is great company and produces beautiful houses. Maybe it’s just the market and material shortage that drives the houses prices. Overall I did have a great and awesome experience with the Lennar sales team.

It would be great if Lennar play a key role in quality check; we personally ran into multiple hassles due to poor quality inspection after completion of each area.

We upgraded our flooring with Lennar( initially I wanted to upgrade my flooring using an external contractor once I close but the design team scared us that we will loose the warranty of the post extension slab) hence we decided to go with Lennar even if the cost is high. But the quality of the work Lennar invested in laying our flooring is so bad that we feel like we are walking on a 80’s built house. When we asked about that they mentioned it’s done based on manufactured specs, but I am still trying to find Shaw manufacture specs but not able to. Everybody was satisfy and happy after I talked with them

Cathy at Ventana did a great job keeping us updated on the progress of our house and was alway available to answer questions. We have no complaints regarding the whole process.

I looked at so many town homes and this particular layout was hands down the most practical and spacious. We've been loving living there.

Materials and quality of build are great.

Overall the buying experience with Lennar felt like a breath of fresh air in comparison to that of what was almost our builder, Cornerstone. We scoped out a few builders, Lennar, Cornerstone, and Taylor Morrison, and felt that Lennar offered better floor plans, and more bang for your buck.

The lottery system for initial purchase was intimidating and caused us to hesitate to make an offer to purchase for the first couple of phase releases in the Lilac community at the Junipers. Fortunately for us, the model we were interested in fell out of escrow and was offered for public sale and we were able to make an offer without going though the lottery. Overall we were happy with the closing process and Lennar Title/ Escrow and Lennar’s responsiveness to final inspection issues. The post sale concierge has been responsive to issues raised and promptly arraigned for correction of identified issues. Home buying pretty good. Customer care follow up afterwards, slow. Cell reception in area being not so good has affected customer care reps responsiveness.

Mixed experience. Pretty good value with their Everything's Included packages, however the catch is that there is no room for customization outside of flooring, window treatment, and cabinets/counters if your timing is good. What's not included is solar, gutters, and drainage, which are some basic items other builders have included. But overall a large number of "upgrades" that are standard. So if you like a lot of options, Lennar is not the builder for you. Customer service is a bit sub par compared to other builders. Perhaps it had to do with COVID and the absolutely insane seller's market of 2021-2022, but they treated customers like a number instead of a potential homeowner. They're attitude was, "we're gonna tell you how this is gonna work and if you don't like it, go somewhere else." Zero visibility into the sales process. As for after close of escrow, it's been mostly smooth. Small issues here and there but they're good about taking care of it. Overall happy with the home. ... More

Overall, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful explaining the home buying process and what to expect with your home. Some minor things Lennar could improve - there's no customize option as other builders offer. Lennar makes it convenient offering home insurance, home mortgage making the experience more streamline because its all handled by Lennar. After moving in, there were some minor dings, but Lennar did fix it in a timely manner.

House is well built, the Everything included feature is the best, appliances are top notch. We only did the floors and backsplash for the upgrade and that’s a big savings for us.

Prior to loan approval sales force was very aggressive. After sale survey is completed multiple times. Alley at garages is far too small. No walking path front to back of property nor to commons open space.
