issue fix very slow and not so responsible

Lennar helped realize our hope, wishes and dreams from the beginning though the end. They really have a great team who are always there to help you through stumbling blocks and make your dreams come through. The house is beautiful and has most of everything you can think of. The customer service after you move in is very helpful in assisting you with your questions and needs of your lifestyle. We are very happy and comfortable. Thank you Lennar Team! It would be great if Lennar play a key role in quality check; we personally ran into multiple hassles due to poor quality inspection after completion of each area.

The lottery system for initial purchase was intimidating and caused us to hesitate to make an offer to purchase for the first couple of phase releases in the Lilac community at the Junipers. Fortunately for us, the model we were interested in fell out of escrow and was offered for public sale and we were able to make an offer without going though the lottery. Overall we were happy with the closing process and Lennar Title/ Escrow and Lennar’s responsiveness to final inspection issues. The post sale concierge has been responsive to issues raised and promptly arraigned for correction of identified issues. I liked dealing with Lennar

Nobody cares about the homebuyer after you move-in. Be prepared to do everything yourself…

It was overall good. The only thing I didn’t really appreciate was the home loan officer that I worked with, who was very unresponsive and difficult to deal with. Not helpful at all, especially as a first time homebuyer, the loan officer made it such an unpleasant experience. During the home celebration/inspection, we found a few paint that needed to be addressed and I was promised that we can ask for some paint after we fully moved in. Now that we’re all moved in for a month now, they’re saying they can’t give us any paint as it is a state law.

The home as a whole is not designed for older buyers even though advertised as 55+. Entry steps are too high, the front access to the backyard is through rough mud/dirt obstacle, and very difficult to navigate for cane, walker, wheel chair. Most vehicles bottom out trying to get into the garages because of a sharp drip from the driveway to street below.

I purchased my home about 2 months ago . I am just finding outlets that don’t work the molding is cracked and the shower drain isn’t finished. I could not be present for my final inspection because I am active duty military and I was away. I have been trying to reach somebody because I was never given a key to the pool area but I am getting nothing. I am so disappointed

Good price for san diego but keep an eye on quality. They build houses against the clock so theres lots of defects on the houses. Be ready to be patient with them and wait to see if they will help you get it done correctly after you sign it. They do not care of delivering good quality to new homeowners.

Lennar team was always kind and helpful in clarifying ideas, collaborating in solving problems and reliable.

The home buying experience was top notch. Mark was very welcoming and Supportive the entire journey. We love our plan and I’m very happy in our new home.

It was good experience

Both homes purchased from Lennar have been great. We were in our last home for four years and had no issues with it. In love with our current home and excited to make new memories here with our little family. We've only been here for two months and have come across minor issues, all of which were promptly addressed and fixed. Based on my experiences with Lennar, I'd purchase from them again.

Many issues with my house they have yet to fix. How can then sell a home with a broken items and let you move in? This is ridiculous

First of all, Felice is great at explaining everything; she is a fantastic person and helped us a lot during the process. Mark on sales was excellent; he constantly communicated with us and was very helpful in showing us the property. From the builder, I am happy, but I also see some quality of the work is not good; something happened that makes me believe they are using non-high-quality contractors; they seem to oversee some essential things to get right and fix (ex, the did not connect the laundry, garbage disposal, minor leaks, dirty carpet with paint) and some stuff that should not be happening in the first place. I believe they are slowing down the start of the construction of the community area, giving more importance to the houses. I was inside the newly built homes several times to see the foundations and everything, and I do see some low-quality work in some areas when they break wood and do not fix it properly. So far, no significant issues have been encountered in the house; I still believe it is not worth the money, but the market is crazy. Also, the upgrades in some places are crazy expensive; I do not know why they overcharge for it; it does not seem right to me when the quality of the work and materials are not that impressive. Overall, it is a good community so far; there are no significant issues, except it is still under construction and there is some noise; parking is a mess with all the contractors and workers coming, but you have your garage, so as long as you don't have more than two cars, you should be fine. We upgraded our flooring with Lennar( initially I wanted to upgrade my flooring using an external contractor once I close but the design team scared us that we will loose the warranty of the post extension slab) hence we decided to go with Lennar even if the cost is high. But the quality of the work Lennar invested in laying our flooring is so bad that we feel like we are walking on a 80’s built house. When we asked about that they mentioned it’s done based on manufactured specs, but I am still trying to find Shaw manufacture specs but not able to. How does a home that is priced for more than a million dollars not have a duel zoned air conditioner when it has two stories? Why is it necessary to resubmit requests to get the smoke alarms to work correctly? Why is the home delivered with a cracked powder room sink? We just wanted our new home to be new and functional.

Both Adam Weiss and Eric were very helpful. They understood our needs and supported us throughout the buying process. Although the handover process was postponed couple of times by Lennar, we are aware of the situations. Thank you Lennar for building our dream home.

I won’t change anything with my experience with the Lennar Team! from the start, Adrianna help me with the process as well, ILa was so helpful & understanding as well. I felt anxious not knowing how my home will come out, and everything is so perfect! I love my Lennar Home!! My boyfriend and I are very happy with our home and know if we ever buy another home will be with the Lennar Team!!!

We had a wonderful experience buying this home! The entire sales team, mortgage team, escrow team, everyone was great to work with!

sales agent and customer service are great! Quality of workmanship is poor. Found too many issues during walk through and most are not fixed before closing. Now a few months after closing and many issues are still not addressed.

Smooth process end to end. Also, the after care is great as Margarito has been helping us. He is great!

Overall is good except walkthrough too fast, person going through walkthrough is too fast and not allowed enough time for buyer to understand.

Poor response once you have an issue that need to be addressed, good response via teams or zoom to explain the situation but a lot of time to get fixed any situation on the property, maintenance department need to have a value stream mapping process in order to understand the response time/ Leadtime for costumer service.
