People changed left and right. Buck was passed throughout process. Was told these were single family homes in reality there is a shared driveway and it’s a condo. Shoddy work that builder refuses to fix.

Unfortunately, we had experience what a lot of our other neighbours also experienced. Lennar project was delayed by over a month and there was no clear answer about why and when it will be ready. We were all left up on the air until 10-12 days before closing. We’re phase 1 of this new construction and there are so many essential things (heater in the winter and water heater to start with) were defective when the home was delivered and there are so many outstanding issues still remaining. One thing that makes it more painful is that we bought this house almost $300k over asking price and I believe strong market made the Lennar to don’t care about their customers, because there’s always demand and another person if you don’t want it. Tina & Ryan we’re very helpful every step of the buying process, plus the EI feature is amazing! There is so much included in the new home that many other builders make optional for an extra cost. We love our new home!

Lennar is great, from Cody, Kerry, David and Joshua . All offer a great service and truly care about their customers. I regret working with an outside agent and not directly with Lennar and Lennar was the most responsive and helpful throughout the buying process. Would definitely buy from Lennar again and recommend them with friends and family. Kudos to the team!

Lennar made it easy for first time home buyers like my wife and I to own a home. We appreciate everything they have done so far. I think the only feedback I have is for customer service as I have submitted multiple tickets and only got one resolved so far and never got an update from them.

It was a great experience

Overall our experience with Lennar was decent. However, what left a sour taste in our mouth was when Lennar decided to change the buying process to a bidding war. It went from going down the priority list (all on list were prequalified through their lender) and offering the houses for their respective set price, to opening it up to everyone on the list and forcing us bid against each other. Only 1 bid allowed so it should be best and final. We did that and progressively started bidding higher and higher above the “Lennar starting at price”. I know the housing market was booming but we were then bidding 60k - 100k over the houses that we wanted and we were getting ghosted (must have gotten out bid but no information was provided). The house that was in our budget and that our family wanted, become unattainable in the blink of an eye. We paid an embarrassing amount over the starting price, and that was pre upgrades. We are now in a house our family is already almost too big for our family just because an exec saw an opportunity to exploit the system. As said, I know the market was booming but I feel like Lennar, a multi million dollar corporation, who was already making a ton of money building houses with the old process, saw an opportunity to take advantage and pad their bottom line and make even more money. It’s a bitter pill to swallow to live in a neighborhood who half of your neighbors were the old system, and you paid a hundred thousand dollars over what they did, and you have the same house and closed right after them. ... Overall, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful explaining the home buying process and what to expect with your home. Some minor things Lennar could improve - there's no customize option as other builders offer. Lennar makes it convenient offering home insurance, home mortgage making the experience more streamline because its all handled by Lennar. After moving in, there were some minor dings, but Lennar did fix it in a timely manner.

The sales staff was very attentive and respectful.

All the teams in Lennar are extremely amazing. The new home consultants, the sales, the loan officers are all very supportive and made our home buying process very easy and seamless. They are very friendly and easy to work with. They are always there to answer our questions at all times. This is regardless of their busy schedule. One thing we highly recommend is to use everything Lennar - it makes life super easy. + the amount that Lennar put towards the closing coast is generous. Thank You Lennar Team!!! Our Home Seller Rep Kerry and Build Manager David were awesome! We did experience some issues along the way and we are still waiting on things to be fixed, but our last build was a terrible experience with CENTEX. Overall the wife is happy so I guess I am too.

We waited ten years to purchase a home and the team at Lennar streamlined the process. Great responsive sales team, quality builders and the gift of homeownership for my wife and five kiddos. Thank you!

Without seeing a model home, it was hard to know what you are buying. No brand new home over a million dollars come with shingle roof. Quality of fixtures are lousy. Faucets, etc.

Number of work orders have been submitted and issues with the house are still continuing. Customer service has not been helpful at all. Can you address these issues as soon as possible

This is our first home so I don't have much to compare the process too. Overall, the build is great. There were a few minor issues that did not get taken care of before we moved in.

Very professional in all aspects. Their keen attention to detail is what makes the difference.
