I recently purchased a home from this builder, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. When we bought the home, we trusted the pricing and assumed we were making a good choice. However, within less than few weeks of our purchase, the builder started offering discounts on the same homes by approximately $50,000 to $70,000. This is not only frustrating but also incredibly disheartening as a new homeowner. Lennar dropped the ball so many times during my home purchase. To start the real estate agent lacked communication which made us lose the original home we wanted. Then the home later fell out of escrow so we asked to bid on it again. Lennar took 5 full days to respond and tell us they sold the home again! We lost it a second time. Then On the home inspection walk through we pointed out numerous deficiencies that were noted and supposed to be fixed by the close of escrow which was 1 week later. Cheating, Deception and Cheap - Playing with buyers

Absolute cheating where the sales associates don't disclose anything and just showing a model house which is built with quality, I am sure the home is going to collapse soon. Flushing water in the bathroom will create a Dolby digital sound across and Lennar being a big company playing cheap with HOA operators and this is not good at all and it is our fate to come and end here.
