I'm providing this feedback after multiple attempts to raise concerns through the proper channels, including emails sent to the CEO, VP, Regional Managers, and Customer Care, none of which have resulted in meaningful resolution. My experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Cheating, Deception and Cheap - Playing with buyers

Absolute cheating where the sales associates don't disclose anything and just showing a model house which is built with quality, I am sure the home is going to collapse soon. Flushing water in the bathroom will create a Dolby digital sound across and Lennar being a big company playing cheap with HOA operators and this is not good at all and it is our fate to come and end here.
