Was very nervous about buying a home especially as a new build but overall had a very positive experience buying our first home through Lennar! The team was very nice, informative and quick to resolve any concerns we mentioned. We are really enjoying our time in the new home!

The sales folks and the customer satisfaction people were excellent. There is a personal feel to the community and we are enjoying the community. The escrow process was a bit clunky in the use of it email system.

Price changes, pressure sales tactics, lack of honesty in answering concerns not appreciated, delays in getting answers.

Nice home. Garages too small. Very hard to Park suvs

Responsiveness to issue... The telephone that I RECEIVED WAS not the right phone to report my issue.. To request or report my sliding door is not smooth or easy to open and lock the Sliding door.. For your information IStill need correct number to report of any issue concerning the Home.. Thank you..

Overall home buying experience has been great with our sales agent for Lennar Cortona, post purchase support for our warranty requests were promptly addressed. Can improve the service responses on the in house lender of Lennar Mortgage

The entire Lennar Team, as listed above, is top notch! They are all friendly, honest and helpful! We are grateful to have worked through the homebuying process with such amazing people.

Overall experience was good. Our new home consultant Hyatt was amazing. He answered and addressed all questions and concerns we had about the homebuying process and the home itself. Our rep Jorge at our new home orientation walkthrough was also great. He took our punch list seriously and got issues fixed before closing. He has also been responsive to fix things we noticed after closing. Lennar falls short with their Concierge team. Diana sent me multiple DocuSigns with errors or missing documents, and she often did not respond to emails without multiple follow-ups.

Overall we’re very happy with Lennar’s sales team, construction team and warranty team. What was severely lacking and not a pleasant experience was dealing with Lennar mortgage and title teams. Communication from them was terrible and questionable business practices. We went with Lennar mortgage because of incentives that were being offered but we would not make that same choice again. It’s a shame that the Lennar mortgage and title teams ruined the home buying experience for us that was otherwise, very good. 5 stars for Lennar Sales, Construction and Warranty teams; 0 stars for Lennar Mortgage and Title teams! ... GUICK RESPONSE TO ALL ISSUES. LESSER CONFIDENCE IN THE DESIGN CENTER, WRONG FLOORING PUT IN, HAD TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED, WE WERE TOLD THE WINDOW TREATMENT COMPANY CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS, NOT TRU ACCORDING TO THE INSTALLER, HMMM???? LIVED WITH NAKED WINDOWS FOR ALMOST A MONTH, NOT GOOD

Great experience throughout the process of home buying. Reps are so helpful from the initial phase to closing the deal.

From the first person (Lori) who showed us different models here in Simi Valley to Becky and all the people who took us through the loan process, we had a pleasant experience. The person who took us through our walk through was so friendly and expertly answered all of our question. The builders who are completing the few remaining homes here are amazing. They never leave for the day without making our beautiful community looking like they were never here. Our new home is wonderful.

The quality of the home is good with all the ring devices installed, everything included saves me time and money in choosing upgrades.

The lenders were very helpful.

As my family and I were moving in the foremen on site were extremely helpful. Anytime we needed something they were there to help. One foreman in particular I must mention is Chris. He was always willing to help us out .they all made our moving in experience great.

The quality of the home got worse (we bought another home from Lennar 4 years ago), as well as the service. We have placed multiple orders to fix different things in the house and you get redirected to garage door company, door company, trash can door company, AC company etc. Nothing gets fixed in the first attempt ,it seems that Lennar thinks you have to be stay home homeowner to fix all the flaws.

After getting outbid in other areas against other buyers going to Lennar and getting a new home without having to compete was amazing. Could not complain at all for what you get for the price! Everyone was great and responsive.

Customer Care Representative after the move in was phenomenal. Warranty issues and the attention to detail.

From the moment we walked in to the office of Lennar, their personnel were so great. Christine you rock!
