From the first person (Lori) who showed us different models here in Simi Valley to Becky and all the people who took us through the loan process, we had a pleasant experience. The person who took us through our walk through was so friendly and expertly answered all of our question. The builders who are completing the few remaining homes here are amazing. They never leave for the day without making our beautiful community looking like they were never here. Our new home is wonderful.

As my family and I were moving in the foremen on site were extremely helpful. Anytime we needed something they were there to help. One foreman in particular I must mention is Chris. He was always willing to help us out .they all made our moving in experience great.

Eddie delivered the home to us, he shared all of the unique features of the home and was very knowledgeable when it came to it. However, the quality of interior paint was horrible. It was easly scratched or stained. Constantly having to wash walls if you barely touch it.

The entire home buying experience was great. Being a first time buyer, I was scared and filled with anxiety. Lennar put my fears at ease which reduced my anxiety overall. I’m extremely happy with the everything included concept. From RING to the laundry sink. The workmanship is very good. I’ve only experienced a couple of minor issues. Very poor quality of everything beginning from the garage door ending with the faucets

The quality of the home got worse (we bought another home from Lennar 4 years ago), as well as the service. We have placed multiple orders to fix different things in the house and you get redirected to garage door company, door company, trash can door company, AC company etc. Nothing gets fixed in the first attempt ,it seems that Lennar thinks you have to be stay home homeowner to fix all the flaws.

Poor workmanship and materials used

These are brand new homes and should not have issues with items such as carpet, slump stone walls, smoke detectors going off when the oven is over 400 degrees or you use the self cleaning options etc. Many neighbors are experiencing the same issues but they don't take the time to report it. We are not alone! with the same problems in other homes,. GET THIS FIXED!!
