Great experience throughout the process of home buying. Reps are so helpful from the initial phase to closing the deal.

From the first person (Lori) who showed us different models here in Simi Valley to Becky and all the people who took us through the loan process, we had a pleasant experience. The person who took us through our walk through was so friendly and expertly answered all of our question. The builders who are completing the few remaining homes here are amazing. They never leave for the day without making our beautiful community looking like they were never here. Our new home is wonderful.

The quality of the home is good with all the ring devices installed, everything included saves me time and money in choosing upgrades.

The lenders were very helpful.

As my family and I were moving in the foremen on site were extremely helpful. Anytime we needed something they were there to help. One foreman in particular I must mention is Chris. He was always willing to help us out .they all made our moving in experience great.

Customer Care Representative after the move in was phenomenal. Warranty issues and the attention to detail.

From the moment we walked in to the office of Lennar, their personnel were so great. Christine you rock!

Home was well built with attention to detail and after move in customer service care is a priority for this company.

Eddie delivered the home to us, he shared all of the unique features of the home and was very knowledgeable when it came to it. However, the quality of interior paint was horrible. It was easly scratched or stained. Constantly having to wash walls if you barely touch it.

We had the most pleasant experience with our dream house that is beyond our expectations.

These smart homes were made well and all the amenities are included which is a big plus when purchasing a home. The sales staff are excellent and we could not be happier. Highly recommend.

The entire home buying experience was great. Being a first time buyer, I was scared and filled with anxiety. Lennar put my fears at ease which reduced my anxiety overall. I’m extremely happy with the everything included concept. From RING to the laundry sink. The workmanship is very good. I’ve only experienced a couple of minor issues. These were taken care of without question and resolved in just a few days. The move in process was easy. You are set up with a walk through and anything noted is taken care of before you take possession. I’m extremely happy with the entire process from the beginning and even after moving in. GUICK RESPONSE TO ALL ISSUES. LESSER CONFIDENCE IN THE DESIGN CENTER, WRONG FLOORING PUT IN, HAD TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED, WE WERE TOLD THE WINDOW TREATMENT COMPANY CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS, NOT TRU ACCORDING TO THE INSTALLER, HMMM???? LIVED WITH NAKED WINDOWS FOR ALMOST A MONTH, NOT GOOD

After getting outbid in other areas against other buyers going to Lennar and getting a new home without having to compete was amazing. Could not complain at all for what you get for the price! Everyone was great and responsive.

Lennar employees are very friendly and they answered all my questions. What I love the most is having one bedroom in the first floor and the upgrades in the house. Thank You Lennar!

High pressure tactics used to sign with mortgage company. Wasn't appreciated

The quality of the home got worse (we bought another home from Lennar 4 years ago), as well as the service. We have placed multiple orders to fix different things in the house and you get redirected to garage door company, door company, trash can door company, AC company etc. Nothing gets fixed in the first attempt ,it seems that Lennar thinks you have to be stay home homeowner to fix all the flaws.

These are brand new homes and should not have issues with items such as carpet, slump stone walls, smoke detectors going off when the oven is over 400 degrees or you use the self cleaning options etc. Many neighbors are experiencing the same issues but they don't take the time to report it. We are not alone! with the same problems in other homes,. GET THIS FIXED!!

Experience was not the best almost walked away.

I have sent complaints to corporate and still have not been contacted about my horrible experience with lennar
