New home in new neighborhood

The process went smoothly with good communication during building home. The only problem is there is nothing that requires new homeowners to maintain their properties in less than 2 months large amount of properties look like ghetto because of lack of maintenance with weeds above your knees blocking sidewalks. Just ridiculous for a new neighborhood. Sad that these aren't things dealt with for other homeowners by Lennar or the city of Hanford.

All staff were very nice and provided us all information we needed. The communication between the staff and myself went very well. They texted me and/or emailed me in order to help me complete the process of purchasing the house.

Door bell isn’t ringing, there is a power short in the master bedroom and bathroom that needs to be fixed . When I put in a warranty ticket it takes forever to get an answer .

Lender doesnt put out information as necessary and Lennar Rep doesn't honor their words thats promised

If you buy a house from Lennar, make sure you ask questions all informations that you're confused on because they dont explain things to you to level that you'll understand it and they expect that your comprehension about home buying informations are same as theirs. Another thing, make sure you review all paperworks before you sign the closing or as the notary agent explain stuff to you because again, the lender doesnt put out information to where your "credits" goes to and ours almost didnt get all credited because of lack of communication from lender. Did not contact you on the phone to ensure you want to lock in your rate. Only contact made was all through email. Made changes to the floor plan after signing and completed a final walk through. Baseboards cracking.

Lennar homes are designed with the area nearby in mind. I am so happy with my new build. My husband and I did a lot of research and had very manageable expectations after reading others reviews of Lennar and their new builds. Yes, there are built fast and not everything is perfect. With that in mind, we are very happy with the home we purchased. Greg at Avertine in Lemoore looked out for us better than I did for myself! He was exceptional in making sure everything was perfect for sign off. With the incentives offered, it is the best option out there for anyone looking to buy in this market.

Purchasing the property was pretty simple. The only complaint I had was that with it being a contactless process, we had to email and text with way too many people. It was difficult to keep track of everything. As far as warranty work and repairs, they are quick to respond and I haven't had any issue where they decline my repair ticket. We had an issue with a toilet not flushing because there was a blockage in the line somewhere. They were their with a snake and camera in a couple of days. Lennar was great to work with. There were a couple things in the house that needed improvement at closing and Lennar came through to finish things well. The tile, flooring and countertops are all great work with decent fixtures and finishes. Overall we had a good experience with our new home

From the beginning, the Lennar Sales team was not responsive to initial inquiries we submitted for home we were interested in. It required me to follow up on weekly/bi-weekly basis before a representative even provided the information on the available homes and the plans. I felt like I was inconveniencing her asking for information. Once we signed the purchasing agreement, we submitted the application to Lennar Financial who waited a few weeks before reviewing and starting the escrow process. Unfortunately this time around Lennar failed to stand by their name. It's my third Lennar home , and by far this is the lowest quality of work and attention to details. Garage door paint already peeling off. Poor design of roof without gutters, therefor water intrusion. Customer service demonstrated so far is below average. Lennar get it together., my previous Lennar residence were superb.

Lennar was really great to work with. From initially showing and agreeing to purchase, through the financing, progress updates and finally closing. Post close they have been equally responsive with questions and warranty issues, which have only been a few. I'm fairly particular about things and the build quality of our new home is quite good. You see it in small ways the more you stay there. All-around a positive experience.

Seriously Lennar is the best when it comes to buying newly constructed homes, the process was so fast and the sales team was simply the best. There was alot of communication and education especially for a first time home buyer like me. I was in the market for so long but i think Lennar stood out amongst other builders. I will highly recommend Lennar.

If you're looking for a low-quality/maybe middle-of-the-pack type starter home, this is a good start. If you're looking for high-quality finishes and not find any issues like what I found with scratches, dirt on finished drywalls, debris throughout the property, stained driveway, messy finishes like clean caulked edges, etc. to have to contact the crew to finish/fix things, then you are better off looking elsewhere. Love the neighborhood and home! One comment I would make is that we’re hoping lennar closes the wall at the end of our cul-de-sac (perhaps with a coded gate) to the St. John’s river. It’d make everyone feel safer, keeping our the riffraff and give residents easy access to the pathway.

Customer Care Employees leave a lot to be desired. Say a lot but do not do anything and you have to do the follow up. Just excuses is all they give you and very poor solution’s.
