We love our home but but the lender experience was terrible. It is too much to write, but they weren’t prepared with our paperwork at closing and we had to reschedule the closing to another day after sitting at the closing table for 2 hours. It was ridiculous.

The people at Lennar are very professional and very responsive and provide great customer service. The process Lennar uses could bd better. Too many people are involved and it became confusing as to who I needed to work with for different items (mortgage vs. building questions vs. document collection vs. closing agent). Would be great if the client worked with one person through the entire process. Also, the resubmitting of documents became a little tiresome. The same documents nearly every month is a bit overkill.

I purchased a Lennar Patio home at Green Gables three years ago. The place was delivered in pristine condition at acceptance on closing day. This time I did not experience the same thing. The place was very dirty paint and other debris everywhere and I felt pressure to close that day.

Timelines are not met properly, they are just building in a hurry which decreases the quality After move-in issues are not fixed on time and responses are not proper. The promise was made to install full house blinds verbally but now the salesperson who told me is not with Lennar and now they are saying he is not with Lennar and there is nothing in writing, however, my couple of friends/neighbors brought it up and got full house blinds installed. Our new home came with a thick coat of construction dust over everything. We had rust stains on our new shower pan bottoms, all the mirrors were still covered in stickers and filthy. Cabinets had wood chips and saw dust all over inside There had to of been no move-in clean. Lots of parts of it weren’t finished yet and we had to constantly check in about the contractors coming back and finishing their work. There is barely enough paint on the walls to cover the texture. Outside of the project manager who took over at the very end of our build, the building experience was terrible and Lennar as a whole excused away poor quality and lack of communication as just "part of building a new home".

Fast builds - lots of issues. Builders don't care about the quality only quantity.

The buying experience was great, but once in the home, things starting to come up and fall apart fast. The walls are not straight at all, some are very noticeable. The drywall is bad, in some spots, you can see gaps, and builders wiped or used silicone caulking, making it impossible to paint without sanding out the caulking. When we got the house, you expect a "brand new home" in some way clean. Not this one. It was very dirty, so we hired a professional house cleaner. I'm gonna be honest I love our home! It's a great location and something my wife and I are proud of! However the issues we need fixed still haven't been resolved. We had a call with the customer care person and she sent all the issues to the rep so he can schedule the trades to come in. We haven't heard anything from them. Responsiveness is severely lacking at willow bend. It seems like they are more interested in seeing how many they can get done this week and forgetting about their clients who have already purchased the property. Love the house, hate the follow-through on punch-list items

We closed on our house in September. We were told the day before that major issues still remained (appliances not delivered, etc.). We've been struggling with Lennar for months now (mid-November) to handle paint, drywall, flooring, cracked tubs, etc. They say they will fix things, and eventually they have been getting to issues one by one, but it takes forever. Everyone in the neighborhood has this same experience. Lennar does not have enough focus on the last 2% of fit and finish, and does not have enough resources focused on keeping commitments to new owners.

As far as sales,Deb is amazing to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in Sterling Ranch. On the other hand i am extreamly disappointed with the poor construction management and the lack of finishing anything before moving onto the next home. We moved in almost 2 months ago and still our house is being pieced together while we watch others move in weeks/months after us and have a fully finished house and landscaping. This company is more worried about putting up more houses than actually finishing what they had started.

Lennar provided the day for closing and there were a lot of items that were not completed/resolved prior to moving even though it was promised thet would be completed before closing. It’s difficult to get any responses from them to resolve outstanding issues and when they provide a date they don’t stick to it.

We have been left with numerous issues since the day of closing and it has been a month and a half of poor communication and constant follow up to try to get them resolved. From the poor finish work, incomplete work and lack of cleanup, it is clear that corners were cut to make the closing date set by Lennar. Unexpectedly dirty house at the time of sale.

House was very dirty at the time of sale. Many items were not finished. Still lots of trash under the deck. Basement was left unbelievably dirty. People were mopping the floor with dirty mops in front of us during final walk through. Lennar tries to rush in the sale of the house, but don’t really care about the quality. Really bad experience to say the least.

Overall, we are pleased with our new home and the home buying process. the only down side was in an effort to meet quarterly numbers, the closing date was bumped up and finishing the home was rushed. As a result, the quality was diminished and expectations weren’t met.

For the most part a good experience and a good house. Overall things are nice and well completed. The wood used to build the fence and porch area is awful and alreadyfalling apart, they left the basement very messy and I've been trying to get an unpainted part outside fixed since our walk through, it's been over a month and a half and I've been completely ignored multiple times and it's still not done. Otherwise we really like our home and are glad to be in it.

We have had a terrible time with our whole building process. We were lied to from day one about what we could choose, lied to about availability of items, gas lit for every explanation, and the entire construction team has been condescending and belligerent. We have had to go all the way to the VP for every issue in order to actually get it addressed. The quality of workmanship and craftmanship is abhorrent. We were very disappointed in the build quality in several areas and difficulty in getting issues with wrong location of washing machine water and drain piping - took three attempts to get someone to put it in the right place after being told "we leave it to the plumber.
