This awesome floor plan features a four-car garage, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a two-story great room with additional room in the unfinished basement. There is no more need to say. The only thing that I would want is a lot with an acre or two to put the cherry on top.

We recently moved into our new home, and overall, we are very pleased with the quality and design. From the first walkthrough to our final move-in, the house exceeded our expectations in terms of layout, craftsmanship, and overall value. The attention to detail in the construction is evident, and we truly feel this home was built to last. That said, our experience with the sales process wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped. While the builder’s construction team delivered on what they promised and responded to most of our inquiries in a timely fashion, the sales agent didn’t provide the same level of attentiveness. There were moments when communication could have been more proactive, and we sometimes felt left in the dark on important updates. For anyone considering this builder, we would recommend them for the quality of their homes, but be mindful of staying on top of the process yourself. The ONLY reason I bought this home was because of Josh. Hands down. Only person who cared to get everything done on time, made sure everything was fixed and touched up and communicated. If it wasn’t for Josh we would not be living here now.

Our experience was very efficient, mainly because of the integrated Mortgage and Title services that all coordinated together. We’re only a month in, but overall quality and willingness to address issues pre-sale is great.

Build time was longer than usual due to COVID but quality is good and they fixed all issues found before and after closing. I like Lennar’s everything’s included and that’s lots of value that you would need to pay extra with other builders.

Options is satisfied compare other builders.

Total experience from viewing models, answering questions, construction and final walkthrough has been excellent. Their team is outstanding and very responsive to issues noted after move in.

We bought our home totally remote and only saw the home physically after closing. Process included face time walk throughs to show us build progress. It was a spec home so we had no decisions for colors or upgrades which had some pluses and minuses but all in all worked out well. We came from a custom built home to the mass construction of Lennar and have been pleased with the quality of construction knowing it is not the same as custom built.

house is well made - have a couple of design issues but they are relatively minor- follow up after move in was not up to par

There have been a few issues post move-in, and most have been addressed in a very timely manner. There are a few structural issues we have noticed...like cracks down the corners of our walls...which is a little unsettling.

sales person, loan officer and costmer care rep were outstanding; price and building material can be a little better.

Well designed with minimal wasted space and material. Typical material quality for a mid level home. These are not custom homes but provide good value for the money. We have had very few problems to date, however our neighbor has had many problems some major. We improved some of the areas of the house to provide a more custom house, but the basic floor plan is very well designed. If this was a custom house I would have made a few changes but overall this floor plan works very well for our needs. It would be great if Lennar had a high end package that would allow you to upgrade to even higher level appliances, water heater, jetted tub, heated tile floors, and better landscaping..... but ..... this keeps construction on a very basic level that the quality can be monitored. ... Grant and Sou with sales were great and were very responsive to questions. Chad and Jim with customer care treat us great and are always responsive to our questions and concerns. A little disappointed with the quality of the cabinets and the wood floor is a really low quality product. Would also like to have seen more interior paint color options.

Genuinely had a good experience, but the ball was dropped when my walk through punch list was forgotten. Ended up having to move in without issues being addressed like they should have before closing day. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The process was smooth and staff was very helpful in the process , so far the experience was good hoping the same for future as well.

Lennar homes is not 100% perfect, but it is great value for price paid. Even tough there are still areas that could be improved, our home buying experience is a solid 4 stars overall! Thank you, Lennar!

The warranty representative has repeatedly come to us with solutions to issue which we have brought to him. Thanks to him.

Overall, the house is very nice! Only gripe is with their in-house lending, took two loan officers to review my loan and their underwriting is very strict, if you have a second home. Other than that, so far so good. Minor warranty issues after closing, but they are handling it, maybe a little slow though.
