Poor, hurry up and make it look pretty so it sells fast. Some of the electrical equipment ( namely the circuit breakers ) are of poor quality. Minimum amount of plug outlets in the garage and basement. What is the delay in getting the front landscaping?

Well let’s see. I have no screens no fences no motion detector only one intake for air that had to be fixed a doorbell that does not ring painting that has not been finished and two awnings that’s have not been installed. What do you think. The home buying process was great! Getting anything done after closing and moving in is where the customer service fails. Don’t be so quick to meet the “demands of building houses”so quickly and focus on a good completed product. There was absolutely nothing good about the experience with Lennar. Don’t be fooled by having everything from your lender to you insurance under one roof. They are completely inept and unprofessional. Once we moved in we found the quality underwhelming. From crooked windows that make our custom blinds look like crap to the sprinkling system that won’t shut off and or leaks. This experience was horrible and I would never ever recommend Lennar builders.

I have friends and family that brought homes in this community. After months of living in it they say their workmanship or how they build the home it’s cheap. Doing walk through the home many many blue tapes to the home. Some of the items they take the tape off or on closing they will try to get it done before we come back from closing. Then items are not and they leave it there as if the Buyers forget. This builder has cricked exterior bricks, and bathrooms are cricked tiles (some corners are sticking out and the other sticking in). Months of moving in no landscaping just left with dirt. ...

Lennar has figured out the home building process to make it very efficient and easy for the home buyer! We have had a few hiccups since moving in, but the Lennar customer service team (Peg specifically) has been really great at getting those minor problems resolved quickly. We love our new home!

Between the dead grass, bad concrete (stains and dried mortar) and 32+ interior items I’m not sure I can give a positive review. When the poor workmanship items are addressed, they’re still not to the level Lennar is promoting.

I have had several issues with the home that have made me unhappy with the experience. All the breakers in the kitchen blew right away and had to be replaced. Told quality of breakers not good. Also major gaps in garage door that they want a two visit process for. Make it easy for home owners!!! Too difficult to resolve issues.

Salesman didn’t help. Wouldn’t comp anything messed up that was their fault that constantly delayed my move in dates. Concrete poured just days before close and cracked. Couldn’t even park in my driveway or garage. Wood work was sloppy and cut short. Drywall had lumps in it where the wall was left uneven. Stairs creek after only a week in home. Didn’t even clean the home floors weee covered in dried dirt from sloppy mopping. Definitely not worth 560k. I wouldn’t recommend this home builder to my worst enemy. The price that I paid for the house that I got doesn't match. The quality of workmanship is very poor. It's not just one area, it's everywhere. Foundation concrete has stains, colors on the porch (from and back) both are single coats that can last one year. The second floor is uneven, the walls are not perfect at 90 degrees. It's been two months since we moved in but already there are cracks in the concrete. Cleaning (inside and outside) was not properly done. Even after raising the service requests, no one looked at it. Given the real estate market in the Denver area, Lennar is constructing homes too quickly without much attention to detail which leads to poor craftsmanship and poor attention to detail. There are way too many issues with our new home, especially when paying this amount for a new home. You'd hope that those little things/details like adjacent electrical outlets lining up, ensuring HVAC wiring is correct so that the furnace and A/C condenser aren't running at the same time, picking up the debris/nails around the perimeter of the home prior to closing, ensuring paint is off of windows, ensure ...
