Sara was good but I wouldn't work with her again or recommend her. She is passive aggressive and has a big personality, not good traits for a sales person. Melanie with warranty was great! Very responsive.

I think I get a very good value for the price that I paid.

The people at Lennar are very professional and very responsive and provide great customer service. The process Lennar uses could bd better. Too many people are involved and it became confusing as to who I needed to work with for different items (mortgage vs. building questions vs. document collection vs. closing agent). Would be great if the client worked with one person through the entire process. Also, the resubmitting of documents became a little tiresome. The same documents nearly every month is a bit overkill.

Overall, we are pleased with our new home and the home buying process. the only down side was in an effort to meet quarterly numbers, the closing date was bumped up and finishing the home was rushed. As a result, the quality was diminished and expectations weren’t met.

The major problems problem was with DocuSign process -- OVERWHELMING! It seemed that a minor change required to go through the process over and over again without seeing the change being highlighted. The third party agencies had little clue of what was going on other than the PROCESS. The last step (NOTARIZING) was a joke. In short, there are just too many departments involved. SUGGESTION -- Have one person assigned to a buyer who would the be the direct liaison between ALL groups involved. Matt was great but limited in interaction with a number of outside parties.

My Lennar experiences are mostly good. My home is beautiful, and I am pleased to be in it. Questions were asked and answered fairly quickly during the build. If time was needed to obtain an answer but was delayed the string of communication was open and straight forward. Once in the home some items were not completed from the punch list. Important issues arose for instance no electrical on the outside of the house. A call was placed but no return call. Lennar is the best home builder we have right now.

Very good experience with Lennar!

Lennar managed to close on time despite all of the supply chain issues. On-site customer service and sales manager were very responsive. Questions and problems were resolved quickly.

Overall OK but would like Landscaping option for back yard.

Our salesperson was very prompt and helpful in answering questions and keeping us updated on the construction progress.

Overall, we like most everything. The quality of the materials used though should be higher for the price paid on the home.

The sales team and customer service after the sale were very attentive to our needs as home buyers.

First - I love my house. The design and size is perfect for me. There are many things that done well, especially the insulation. It might be warm outside, but not inside the house even without the air conditioning. The customer service rep has been great and has tried to quickly have my issues resolved. However, several of the issues reported should never have made it pass the final inspection before settlement. While I was disappointed that some things are seen as 'within the standards', I know that Lennar's standards are higher than other builders that I have dealt with in the past. Good support with issues. Expected better materials

There were no surprises. The buying experience was very well spelled out from the beginning.

The quality of materials is average. Lennar builds new homes so the push is for quantity not necessarily quality, however, they have put a significant amount of energy into the after care of the house. I appreciate that though it started choppy, they are aggressive about making it right.

All of the people involved from Lennar were easy to work with.

Very focused on new builds but a bit slow to address issues pointed out prior to settlement. Follow up and communication on outstanding issues could be better.

I purchased a Lennar Patio home at Green Gables three years ago. The place was delivered in pristine condition at acceptance on closing day. This time I did not experience the same thing. The place was very dirty paint and other debris everywhere and I felt pressure to close that day.

For the most part a good experience and a good house. Overall things are nice and well completed. The wood used to build the fence and porch area is awful and alreadyfalling apart, they left the basement very messy and I've been trying to get an unpainted part outside fixed since our walk through, it's been over a month and a half and I've been completely ignored multiple times and it's still not done. Otherwise we really like our home and are glad to be in it.

Experience was overall pretty good but communication was lacking at times when we told it was on track then suddenly we were closing two weeks early which would have been nice to know since that changed our first payment date. When it comes to warranty issues most are dealt with fairly quickly but we do have a few big issues that we are having trouble getting taken care of. I also wish they had an option to include landscaping for the back yard as an option especially since we have a strict HOA. Everybody was great. The only question I would answer low on is the value for the price paid. Not a fair question in Colorado. Nothing is worth what you pay in Colorado.
