The experience overall was good. We were disappointed with the quality of some items (the stair railings were slapped together out of necessity and a 5th grader must have painted them), but the flooring was installed with great care it would seem. The appliances are average but the amount of canned lights you get is amazing! I love me a brightly lit home. :-) I would buy from this builder again, but I would also be more vocal during the construction process. The warranty process is easy, but signing off on exactly what they completed is very covert. 5 stars overall would have been so easy to obtain, but I guess profit will always be king. ... More

Great buying experience. Lennar kept us informed of any changes or situations. The builders drywalled over one of my bathroom windows when they were building the house, lennar was quick to fix it after we put a work order in. Very pleased with the house and Lennar

house is well made - have a couple of design issues but they are relatively minor- follow up after move in was not up to par

New home purchase from Lennar was a smooth and easy process.

There have been a few issues post move-in, and most have been addressed in a very timely manner. There are a few structural issues we have noticed...like cracks down the corners of our walls...which is a little unsettling.

sales person, loan officer and costmer care rep were outstanding; price and building material can be a little better.

The quality of materials is average. Lennar builds new homes so the push is for quantity not necessarily quality, however, they have put a significant amount of energy into the after care of the house. I appreciate that though it started choppy, they are aggressive about making it right.

All of the people involved from Lennar were easy to work with.

Lennar has been great to respond to our limited issues. Wish the quality of paint and finish was higher.

Well designed with minimal wasted space and material. Typical material quality for a mid level home. These are not custom homes but provide good value for the money. We have had very few problems to date, however our neighbor has had many problems some major. We improved some of the areas of the house to provide a more custom house, but the basic floor plan is very well designed. If this was a custom house I would have made a few changes but overall this floor plan works very well for our needs. It would be great if Lennar had a high end package that would allow you to upgrade to even higher level appliances, water heater, jetted tub, heated tile floors, and better landscaping..... but ..... this keeps construction on a very basic level that the quality can be monitored. ... We love our Lennar home and our little neighborhood. Responsiveness on warranty work is a real problem. They are slow to respond and I have had to contact them multiple times on the same issues. I was also told that some of the things that were faulty was built to Lennar standards, which I find hard to believe.

The people we dealt with were all very professional and extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately we have had a few workmanship issues but the responsiveness of the warranty people has been great. Overall we had a good experience and are enjoying the new home.

Grant and Sou with sales were great and were very responsive to questions. Chad and Jim with customer care treat us great and are always responsive to our questions and concerns. A little disappointed with the quality of the cabinets and the wood floor is a really low quality product. Would also like to have seen more interior paint color options.

The townhome's structure is nice & the layout ok...but, the things you don't give enough thought to make this a regrettable purchase. Stingy on closet size & garage space; "tier 1" appliances included with no negotiation as well as "tier 1" finishes (carpeting, mirrors, bathroom accessories, no switch driven outlets, closet setups) - when you spend well in excess of $500K I would have expected better. A lot of poor workmanship throughout which I have paid to fix...not to mention replacing all of the lower tier items included which have been upgraded (at great expense).

Life circumstances required a home purchase in a short time frame. I did not see or experience the building phase, it was finished the first time I saw it. Final walk-through revealed multiple issues if varying severity, but none critical (mostly fit/finish, but not all). Walk-thru to close was 1 week, not all fixes made, was told to submit warranty requests for unaddressed items. Frustration: repairs that have been made were made to the lowest possible quality to still qualify as 'repaired' instead of genuinely done well. Bright side: warranty coordinator and individual staff from vendors, etc who I've met have all been professional and helpful. ... More

Salesperson and construction manager were excellent. Professional and responsive Construction appears solid so far, interior finishes are very low end

Sales team - I really liked Greg and the approachability. He was responsive and a great listener. He is customer focused and tries to get what customer want to his ability. House Finishing - It is good but can be better from painting, roof, grading, dry wall etc., Lacking to give the buyer a feel of completion/complete home - Lennar need to improve on giving the feel of completion. I mentioned it to sales and construction team. There are many things which are incomplete or not up to standard or not up to current generation ask like 1. Garage door opener is very old version which do not support wifi or app, 2. Second garage is not equipped with opener, buyer should install it. How much would it cost to builder for this or to that matter add this to the total cost. Why would you want buyer to get this done? 3. When blinds are given, I was told sliding door blind is not part of complete home blind installation. Does it not sound stupid, again same question - Why would you want buyer to get this done? 4. Fencing - I understand fencing is optional for most builders and back yard landscaping is personal, but my question is why can't builder give a standard fence for all and same question - Why would you want buyer to get this done? 5. Cabinet door handles - Why can't Lennar provide door handles, which is a common ask for every household? If buyer installs them then Lennar says cabinet doors warranty will be voided. This is so smart to get the doors out of warranty. 6. Ground cracks - despite follow up, ground cracks on basement or drive way are not done. 7. I understand Lennar has a policy of fixed specs but at least the sales team should clearly say what is part of package and what is not. Showing the model home and claimed it will be same but in reality it was different which dishearten at times. 8. Lennar may not need to provide the latest equipment but they can step up to provide the equipment which can satisfy the current generation instead of giving old or faded equipment like doors are not equipped with smart locks, way old garage door openers, refrigerator, bathroom accessories, wifi switches, blinds, etc., Warranty support team - Need to appreciate Tim and support on the warranty requests. Most of my experiences were great. The painters were a joke and couldn’t even use the correct paint to do patches. Carpet Installers are inexperienced and need to be trained better so that way you can’t feel all the strips through the carpet.

I thought the team overall did a good job. I am not super impressed with the construction process. They did everyhting so fast and somewhat sloppy. It all turned out okay, but slowing down and paying more attention to details should be emphasized to the trades. Especially drywall and carpet. More otions would be nice also.

They oversell expectations and under perform the exection in my opinion. Based on the feild team they need a better process for quility control. They don't like to give you plans based on architectural or structurals, but know this its public record and you can get them from the city or county free of charge.

Overall a good experience just really slow to respond to questions about the house and I’m still waiting to hear back from emails a month later especially after we moved in it’s been impossible to get a hold of anyone for issues it’s very frustrating
