I had amazing response times from sales and finance team. They made it possible for us to acquire our home. Response to fixing our issues has been quick. I have been disappointed in the quality of some small items such as heater grates and landscaping details that don't reflect our almost $900k investment. A lot of the work has been sloppy with need for repair/replacement. I will say Lennar has been super responsive in having contractors repair. I will share more in the future if our needs are not met, but so far, so good in terms of post closing issues. Hats off to Brad who quickly ...

The overall team has been fast and easy to communicate with on a consistent basis. They listened and responded to questions and requests. The item that jumped out at me as a huge difference between other builders is how fast they respond to inquiries. From my experience other builders would take months where Lennar has taken hours. Very impressed.

Shoddy workmanship, they shouldn't use the phrase "Everything's included" anymore - it isn't. No cabinet pulls anywhere in the home. Blinds in privacy rooms only (we had both in our previous homes - blinds throughout, cabinet pulls, nicer appliances, a clean ready to move in home, engineered wood floors, and quartz countertops in the bathrooms - not laminate). Do not close until the house is complete with all the options as advertised. Bombardment of emails without awareness of the urgent ones required for closing documentation and frequent missing closing information such as routing numbers etc requiring physically acquiring this information and possibly closing check on the day of closing. After closing and being inconvenienced after moving all items into house and having to address issues that should have been resolved prior to closing.

The sales process was easy. Lennar mortgage needs improvement. So many repetitive disclosures and multiple times submitting documents when they are clearly on the site. Then, we didn't have the scheduled walk-though at stud stage and another later before the two week before closing walk-through. It was noted that Lennar doesn't like to close a house at this stage of the build but they pushed ahead anyway. The anxiety of not being able to close since there were no appliances until the day before closing was enormous. I don't know why you bother putting appliances in that are low grade ...

We didn't like the fact that the builder will not work with the buyer in making simple slight changes in the home. Absolutely none even prior to the start of the building process even though you offer to pay for changes. The appliances installed are low end for quality. The dishwasher didn't work. We had to call a dealer who diagnosed the problem as a burned out motor and were left to wait two months for it to be fixed. You pay high dollar for a very average home. Cookie Cutter mentality.

We purchased a model (Prescott) that Lennar did not model on-site at the community we were buying in. Therefore they used a virtual 360 Tour online to let us “walk through” the home virtually. They assured us that the online tour represented the home accurately. The tour showed several high-end structural options in the home such as a gorgeous butlers pantry with glass faced cabinets, and dual shower heads/controls in the master shower, as well as tray ceilings in several rooms. We love everything about our home and the people who made it all happen. But when it came to issues we found and needed fixing it either went unanswered or took a VERY long time to get responses unless I kept pushing. Still haven’t heard anything about our grass when we first moved it.. it was leaking from the neighbors side into ours and our grass never took before winter so when it comes time our grass will look horrible.. sent numerous messages and never got answers..

Very professional staff from the initial sales team to the warranty team. Warranty guys work hard at being responsive and provide accurate communication along with timely responses when things come up. If and when things have come up it has been resolved.
