From the sales people to the construction manager top quality!! We couldn’t wait to see was done from day to day. Everything went so well. Even after moving in it was fun walking up and down streets under construction Everyone said hi and was so considerate. Thanks to everyone.

Awesome home, very solid and well built. We hired an inspector before we closed and even he (who found nothing major wrong in our new construction) said Lennar was one of the best builders. Love that Lennar is also the warranty company instead of it being farmed out to a third party service.

Lennar was a fantastic builder. They finished ahead of schedule! My project manager kept me up to speed so I always felt informed. I highly recommend them!

This house was closed on and the quality of workmanship was poor upon arrival. Items addressed before closing were not completed. The process to get things fixed under "warranty" as it is put is a horrible experience. I don't know how the house passed inspection with a defective furnace, a missing AC unit, and a missing drain pipe which was dropping water into the basement. Also many other thing like a defective shower pan which has not been fixed yet, and installation of defective doors through out the house. The everything included is also a receiving statement as you are left with a box of items to install yourself. Customer care lacks any care. ... More

The cupboard/cabinets in kitchen are extremely compromised with quality. We did felt that the cabinets in rented apartments are much better quality than what we got.

Wellbuilt home, friendly employees, great neighborhood, good aminities. Sometimes overlooks the little things.

They kept me informed during construction and were always available for questions.

There are a lot of small problems. When I found the microwave vent was not even connected it made me wonder what other problems are here that I can’t see. There also was a water leak that took 6 weeks to repair even though it was reported immediately. Who ever installed some PVC pipe didn’t glue it correctly. We were told the water on the floor was from a pressure washer. The leak went uncorrected for 6 weeks causing mold under some carpet so it all had to be removed by a restoration company. Other problems with the quality of materials used. Seems like they will fix the issues, but they don’t seem to be in a rush nor do they seem to think the poor construction is abnormal. Lacking the attention to detail I would expect from a production builder. Several of their trades don't use a level so many finish things are crooked, wall and bath tiles are not aligned and flat, interior paint quality is poor, the trim paint includes excessive construction debris trapped in the paint surfaces, and the perimeter edges of the upgraded floor were covered with paint overspray. At this jobsite, the trades routinely drank beer at the end of the day and left empty beer cans in the yard and in the house. Based on the quality issues observed, maybe they started drinking at lunch.
