Lennar delivered a problem-free home on schedule, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. They do a lot to make buying a new home as easy as possible, such as integrated lending and insurance. These homes are not cheap but I really like the floorplan and overall it has been a great experience!

We LOVE our Lennar home, just not Lennar!

We were placed on the "VIP" list for our home in the volatile Colorado home buying market in November 2020. 48 hours before going under contract on an agreed price, we were told that our signing date was going to be pushed back a few months ( Due to covid of course ) and there would be a 20K plus price increase. We were told by a Lennar employee that the reason for the increase was because Lennar was underselling their homes so they increased prices to generate profits (this employee also stated this to our realtor ). We still continued our purchase despite the increase because if we hadn't, ...

Confusion about close dates resulted in lost $$, lost items, lost sanity and lost time. Would not recommend to people we like.

Our experience with Lennar has been excellent. The people whom we worked with have all been professional and knowledgeable. We moved over a thousand miles, so much of our interaction was either on the phone or via email. They kept us informed at every stage of the build-out and the timing of the close of our new home. I would and have recommended Lennar to several of our friends. We made a great choice buying Lennard.

We absolutely love our home and the process from choosing options all the way through to the construction meetings and home walk-throughs and closing. The process was pretty straightforward with regular check-ins and updates. Our biggest area of feedback is the warranty follow-up now that we are closed on the house. Understanding that trades and materials are delayed at this time, but need more communication and scheduling updates from the warranty team. Other than that, we love our house and the building process with Lennar.

I asked the Lennar construction manager if Lennar would put in frames/support for ceiling fans for the back deck. The response was " Normally we don't customize homes, but thats not a big deal. We can handle that. Three times during the construction, I reminded him. On the walkthrough I asked about the ceiling fan supports. His response was "Lennar doesn't do that. If he would have been honest. I could have had the supports put in myself while the soffit was still open.

We bought a paired home four months ago in Buffalo Highlands, and we love the home. The buying experience was pretty uneventful, which is what you want. There were some delays in landscaping, and the quality of the (late) landscaping was pretty poor, but not a direct Lennar thing. This far the house has been solid-a couple of warranty issues have come up that took too long to address, due to the warranty lead person leaving her position, but the supervisors stepped in and got it handled. Overall, we would buy from Lennar again.
